Campground was nice. Great site on the water. Showers and bathrooms were great. Park staff were very good and attentive. Was disappointed that the inflatable rafts were closed on our first full day there and then the following day they were open but you had to pay extra to use them. I feel that paying for the site should include the inflatables like other koa campgrounds we have stayed at.

This place is my favorite. They take great care of the place, everyone is respectful and my kids can be kids. It's an awesome family get away multiple times a year! I already have another stay booked and plan on many more! Thank you!

We just stayed overnight. The sites are close together but adequate for our stay. Nice lake! Not located as close to I94 as we expected, but roads were completely passable.

Awesome campground with fantastic staff. The management there fully understands customer needs and customer relations. Not all campgrounds value that!

This park is in a beautiful place, a lake with all kinds of attractions for kids and adults, lots of different games, beautiful trees with lots of shade in part of the park and it's just a shame that the park is so unkept. The bathroom and the outdoor kitchen area was filthy. Our sight was weedy and unkept. Lots of fulltimers with junk all around their RVs. Never going back! Felt unsafe as well!!

The view we had from our campsite was beautiful as it was on the lake. The staff is friendly but the campground is tired. It needs a refresh and some care given to it. Probably the most worn KOA we have stayed at.

We enjoy staying with yall. Your roads need a lot of work. There’s probably as much spent in gravel through the seasons as would cost to have the road paved from the street to the office. Not this trip but the trip before, I lost a “snap pad” off of one of my rear jacks and bent the jack while leaving through the exit road of the campground… Many holes… Very nice campground though.

Picked this KOA for the waterpark and was told it was open daily. But it was not open when we were there for our three day stay in 90 degree weather. One day they said they didn’t have an employee, another told not enough people asked to open it! Entire property is in need of repairs, renovations, improvements. WiFi bad/no food service/not bike friendly/bad roads. Overall a rather sad place.

Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht da, dennoch haben wir einen ganz tollen Tag hier haben können.Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben einen super Platz bekommen. Unsere Tochter war so glücklich über den See und den Spielplatz. Zudem haben wir noch von mehreren Enteb Besuch bekommen.

site is fine but policies are crap. Charging $5 per person so my friends could come in and have a dinner and visit with us was bull. They weren't staying overnight or using the facilities in any way....what a crock!

We have stayed at many KOA this past 8 weeks. The grounds were we parked were just not up to koa standards and the 30 amp was not adequate. We had to reset it many times.

The roads into and within camp are terrible. The showers are awful. Doors open up to the camp Pavillion. Not very safe or private. Our camp site was very good even tho it faced the noisey kids playground. I would not stay here again. Also I did not receive an email receipt of my stay.

The staff were awesome. I messed up on my reservation and the staff member worked hard to accommodate my new request. Even called me back when she found a site that would allow me to stay without having to move sites. The site she put me in was on the end, so I had extra room and was very level.

Honestly, I have fun wherever I go with my camping family. It's nice we can find a place that has enough space for all of us. That being said this is the most expensive campground I have ever stayed at, & it is probably the worst kept grounds I have seen. Tree roots and stumps left as tripping hazards on sites, poison Ivy at my electrical pole, & large potholes in all roads. I won't be returning.

Beautiful setting for a campground, been coming here for years. Like a slice of ‘up north’ close to everything. Only complaint is the extra charge for kids to use the water park. The high rates for campsites should be enough to cover any costs, and it should be open during the week. Maybe just charge extra for guests/day use.

Power was going out every 5 minutes. Roads need stone. Lack of systems to keep track of life jacket. Antiquated invoice software, can't print everything charged to my site.

We had tickets to see the Thunder Over Michigan and chose the Detroit/Ann Arbor KOA to stay at since it was so close to the airfield. The campground was very quiet and staff were all very helpful and kind. I will definitely use your KOA if I need to be in the Detroit area again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our lake front site. It was disappointing to see how packed in everyone was. We were right on top of our neighbors, which made things considerably less fun. The reason for my low rating is the bath and shower. The showers were not cleaned during our entire stay. The same mud and underwear were left for days. Disgusting. 5 stalls in the bathroom for the entire park resulted in a mess also

I had alot of things brought with me for my stay and the others that came to join camping with me and even watched some movies and the other campers were nice Though i wish they had Dipp N Dots The ice cream they had was good too

We were suppose to stay 5 days, but only stayed 1 night. Roads were full of potholes and dirt, With the rain that made for a lot of mud. The showers were dirty and had spiders. Some of the rigs looked like they were longer term residents and in poor shape. Overall, it just wasn’t a welcoming feeling.

Nice shaded spot. Given incorrect directions to spot. Notice 6 other people driving around multiple times to find spots. Would have been nice to have someone escort to spots. Bought wood bundles and they were to be delivered to site. After waiting over a hour went back to office and wood was finally delivered.

We had numerous people walking through our campsite both children and adults When families come to camp the Campground needs to mention the RULES and educate campers It appears to a lot of the Tent Campers heading to the bathrooms cutting through the campsite

Stayed there on a he 14th and then again on the 21st. 14th was clean site level, gravel roads, 21st site was awful, the roads were muddy, no gravel, site was graveled but uneven, full of tree stubs, no vegetation, not really shaded, was on the end and couldn’t make the turn out back onto the road, had to go around the wrong way to get out, very disappointed for a KOA

Everything was fine except there was no Wi-Fi & the roads & mud was terrible! Some gravel is a must to keep people coming back. Even the spots where you park your camper is nothing but mud.

The check-in was fast and easy. The staff were very friendly but not able to accommodate our requests for a grass lot for our dogs, which I find interesting since there was an extra charge for the dogs too. The roads have potholes on the entry road and throughout the campground, which make it hard to walk a dog after rain or drive a vehicle with a heavy, long camper

There is a lot to do for kids. Wasn’t a fan of all of the adult staff driving around with cigarettes or cigars, even walking up the water slide, with them hanging out of their mouths. We had a tent site and it had recently rained. 0 grass, all mud, no picnic table or fire ring, we had to ask for it. But, most of the other sites seemed better. Nice walking trail around the lake.

A large campground with a lake for swimming. Spacious. Lots of things to do for kids. Convenient to The Henery Ford and the museum of flight at Willow Run. Shaded or open sites. Convenient to shopping.

Nice spot by the lake. We were lucky it was dry but I think it would get very muddy if raining. Too many potholes. Descriptions of facilities are exaggerated relative to the quality we observed. That said, Kids seem to love the giant pillow jumping activity - it was never empty.
