We called last minute because our other campground did not open on April first as they said (due to winter storm damage). Your staff was pleasant, understood we would be coming in after hours and explained that process clearly. We were given a pull through site as requested, which was very easy to access after dark and easy to leave in the morning as we continued our trip.

It was a very nice surprise to stay here on our way home The staff were super nice campground was clean and the store was fantastic. I recommend staying here

Great location close to many activities including ski, waterparks, waterfalls, hiking, antiquing and much more. All the amenities you need are right there onsite and the staff are great.

We stay here about two times every year. They take great care of this property and there are great spots to walk your pup. We will be back in two weeks!!

Everyone at this facility is great to work with and the property itself is well laid out and shrubs and plantings are added for additional privacy. We have been to this KOA now three times and highly recommend. The road to get to it is fairly narrow and rural seeming, but you're safe with your big rig!

Staff was very accommodating. Sites are large and easy for setup. Bathrooms were very clean and warm in the unexpected cold weather. Will recommend for those traveling North or South and need an overnight or several nights for a clean safe place to stay. Great camp store too.

1 thing that was very disappointing. Was the cost of firewood that you sell in your store. You charge $12 for firewood. Thats like $1.75/$2 a piece. I've stayed at many KOA's. And I have seen that when people leave firewood behind.It's rewrapped and sold again. 1 small stack of firewood and a bottle of lighter fluid is $20. I just feel the prices r ridiculous. Makes me not want to stay at koa's

This was the first time we stayed in the winter and it was the best. Quiet, calm, crisp cold air, clean, animal print in the snow and th staff, as always, was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were VERY clean. I highly recommend this as a great getaway in the winter and get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

EV surcharge makes this uneconomical for off-season in-car camping; please waive the fee in the off-season. I spent $96 total for 1 night: $68 for the campsite + tax + EV surcharge, a ripoff for a slow 50A charge to 50%, an empty camp, and few open amenities. The same money was better spent at a Radisson and a supercharger. Other weekend RV parks can be little as $25/night during the off season

This campground in the winter is so creepy. Light is inexistent and no maintenance. It is also expensive for its quality. Our experience in the spring was great and it’s definitely the time to go there!

We requested a spot that might best accommodate us with two large dogs, and they chose a perfect spot for us. It was close to a bath house, but the bath house was closed since the sites have no water after Veteran's Day, but it wasn't far to the office bath house / showers / laundry. We had a large patio site and loved it, it was well worth the extra money with the snow and potential mud.

Excellent campground, owners and staff. We will return. We have camped at DWG- KOA several times over the last 20yrs, and have watched steady improvement to the point that it is now among the very top in the KOA system

This is our second year in a row staying during Thanksgiving Week. We really love the campground. It is well maintained and the location is great. We were a little annoyed during this stay that we reserved two water deliveries when we checked in, but then had to remind the front office each day that they actually needed to be done. The system for this could use some improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at Delaware Water Gap KOA from Thursday through Saturday over Columbus Day weekend! Our site felt newer and was beautifully maintained, with a concrete pad, a nice fire pit, picnic table, and patio furniture—all in excellent condition. The full hookups looked newer and worked perfectly. The entire campground was well kept, with friendly employees, very clean bathrooms, and a store stocked with an awesome selection of supplies and fun items. The fall scenery was beautiful, and even with a packed campground, it was quiet at night. Saturday's activities were a highlight! The costume contests for people and dogs were a hoot, and we loved the campground trick-or-treating, haunted trail, live music, and bar. There was plenty for kids to enjoy, too. Our nephew spent hours on the jumping pad with other kids! The basketball court, gaga ball pit, playground, and mini golf area were all in excellent shape. It's also a great home base for visiting nearby Bushkill Falls and exploring the many trails in the Pocono Mountains. We're already planning to return—especially for another holiday weekend!
