The campground was very clean, neat, and quiet. It was conveniently located and the security was good.The KOA staff made check in easy, efficient, and communicated location, parking spot, and check in procedures clearly by email and phone. We enjoyed our stay at KOA and will certainly use it again in the future.

Not KOA’s fault but someone took my indoor/outdoor mat when I left for the day. Kinda left a sour taste. Why didn’t they steal the nice fire pits, chairs, decorations other people had out? Kinda a bummer on the start of our trip.

Sewage didn't work... backed up for three days. NO dumping. NO help. NO fix. Kids, from off the property we think, ran around the playground until after 10 p.m., making noise, shouting, banging things. We would stay again on a bet. We will continue calling until we get some sensible person to address the issues and refund the fee. The front desk today was clueless. 11/14/23 2:00 p.m. ish

The only thing you might fix was when we first went to your website it showed only one deluxe premium pull through spot (the ones with the fire pit, etc.) available yet when we arrived there was no one in those spots and during our 5 day stay only one rv was parked there.

KOA kampground was clean, landscaped well and kept up, with staff roaming and making sure the place looked cared about. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Delivered a portable fireplace when I requested it. Site 341 worked well for our 6 night visit. Our son who visited us each day was made to feel welcomed by the KOA staff. Will likely stay here again. Location worked well for us.

We love staying here. It’s a clean, quiet, well taken care of campground with friendly staff. We also like that it’s gated, so even though it’s in the city, it’s not accessible to just anyone passing by.

Our stay was fine, great neighbors, clean campground. The gate is where I found issues. Driving a class A, I could not see the key pad to get in, maybe it should be on a hinged platform so it can be viewed from multiple angles. Upon departure there was a motor home towing a jeep, pulled to the right just outside the gate. I believe they were waiting for propane blocking the exit. Poor setup.

The campground was fine and staff were great. The only reason I did not give it top ratings is the cost. I thought it was pretty high. I wish that KOA would not put the average cost down when listing the price for a site. I rarely seem to end up with a site at the lower end of the average.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet, well kept and nice park. You forget you are in the middle of all the city action. Will be back when in the area.

Very friendly staff!! Well kept grounds and great security! The only issue was that the WiFi was a bit spotty. Other than that, we will definitely be back the next time we’re passing through!

We had major delays to our stay due to health reason and the staff at KOA Holiday were so accommodating. They allowed us to stay and extra week and when that wasn’t enough time they gave us an extra two days. All of this was through text and only a couple trips to the office for unrelated items we needed. They truly go above and beyond!! We will stay here our next trip.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The park was clean and we love that they are dog friendly. We always enjoy our stay here.

Friendly staff, access to the campground was limited to a one way street, narrow entrance and the entrance to the campground and sign was not lit, so it was very easy to pass up. Our campsite was nice with a nice picnic area.

Glad you enjyed your site! The street sign actualy had an issue that took quite some time to have contractors repair, but we are all lit up now.

Internet would never work; neither of the two days we stayed. Customer service less than helpful. No cap on sewer inlet and it was cracked so sewer fluid ran on ground

Surpringly quiet despite the fact it was so close to a major road! I slept great with no load intrusions. Very nice lay out and friendly staff! I only stayed 2 days but would definitely return if I were in the area. The only issue I had was arriving after dark, it seemed the lighting could have been better but overall great place!

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
