Store & Registration Hours:  Daily 8am - 5pm
Pool Hours:  10am - 9pm Daily, Memorial Day to Columbus Day.  
Quiet Hours:  10pm - 8am

For a complete list of fire safety rules, please click here. Due to city ordinance, not all sites are allowed to have fire pits, please be sure to reserve a fire pit site or contact the office to reserve one for your camping experience.

Recreation Rentals

No Bike No Problem?  We have a variety of bikes available to rent for all ages. 
Helmets are required and an adult signature is required.

Propane Fills

Propane fills are available 8am - 4:30pm only.  

Please contact front desk for current pricing. 
Tanks much be dated 12 years, free of rust and damage and property secured per Texas State Laws.

Cancellations

Need to cancel your reservation?  Please call us at 817-277-6600 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $10 cancellation fee.  Email or Text notifications of cancellations are not accepted.  
  • RV & Tent sites:  Cancel by 4:00pm TWO days prior to your arrival
  • Cabins: Cancel by 4:00pm SEVEN days prior to your arrival
  • Holidays or special events may have special cancellation deadlines. Contact the campground at 817-277-6600 for more information.  

Cancellation after these deadlines will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Reservations made after the cancellation deadline require a non-refundable deposit.
Need to change your plans? We understand. Any time prior to your arrival, please call us at 817-277-6600.  Reservations changes cannot be made via text or email. 
There are no refunds or rain checks for early departure.

Golf Cart Policy

Campers are welcomed to bring their own golf carts. 
Golf Carts must:
  • Be operated by a licensed driver
  • Drive only on streets/paved roads
  • Park in designated parking spots or on site.   Golf carts cannot part on grass.
  • Obey posted speed limit of 10mph

ATV's are not allowed.

Pet Policy

Dallas KOA is pet-friendly! We accept all well behaved pets regardless of breed.  We offer two dog parks; one for our larger four-legged friends, and one for our smaller four-legged friends. We also have pet friendly cabin accommodations available.  We comply with the City of Arlington pet ordinance which states that all animals be on leash and no animal is to be leashed or tethered outside unattended.  Also per City of Arlington ordinance, no more than three dogs per site/accommodation will be allowed.  There are numerous dog comfort stations around the park, so please, always pick up after your dog.

Visitor Policy

Visitors to your registered site must pay $5.00 per person fee. Guests 5 years old and under are free, however we have a max of 6 visitors per site. Please have your guests check in at the office prior to going to your site. Visiting hours end at 10:00 pm.

Garbage Policy

Garbage is picked up at your site between 8am - 4:30pm.
Please keep recyclable cardboard separate.

Speed Limit

Speed Limit is 10mph throughout KOA property.  

Please be aware of kids and adults at play and yield to pedestrians.

Minimum Age

There must be a responsible person 21 years or older to register your site and there must be a responsible person over the age of 21 staying on the site for the entire stay.

Meet Your Hosts

Tamara Giacomozzi

Welcome your Dallas Arlington KOA's host, Tamara Giacomozzi!

Tamara grew up in multiple family owned businesses in New Jersey.  She graduated with a degree in culinary arts specializing in classical French style and pastries in 1992.  She began managing kitchens and pastry shops in 1996.  In 2004, she returned to school to get a degree in holistic healing eastern practices.  All while managing an established flower shop.  Multi-tasking is a strongsuit!  In 2005, she began managing spas and in 2010, opened up a Holisitic Healing Center in New Jersey.  The spa won best in the county 4 years in a row.  She went full time RVing in 2017 working as a roving corporate manager for a national storage facility company and found her way to KOA in November 2019.  She began working for KOA as a part time housekeeper, then went on to be housekeeping supervisor and assistant manager a few months later.  From there, she was promoted to General Manager.  She enjoys Renaissance pirate reenacting and animal rescue hobbies.  When not working, you may find her hanging out with her pets or sitting in a tattoo chair.
