Helpful lady in the shop. Great communication before and after arrival. Hassle free payment for the balance. Tidy campsite. Clean restrooms/showers. Helpful proactive staff (noticed me carrying some trash and said no need. Dog park could do with some more grass; I know it is hard to keep it when it is used a lot, but needed to prevent it being a mud bath. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Thank you so much!! And YES YOU ARE RIGHT! We have plans to turf the dog parks for that reason. Most KOA's are filled with children ours, dogs out number the kids 6 to 1 some weekends. LOL Hope to see you again soon!

Stayed 2 days in late May to visit the Fort Worth Stockyard. Weather was hot but pool wasn't open yet. Alot of sites have nice shade trees but they need trimmed I couldn't put out my awning. Internet was ok for email but nothing else. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Thank you for reviewing! All pools in Arlington are not permitted to open until right before Memorial Day, that is City codes. And we agree about the WIFI! Once the contract is up with Tengo we will be getting high speed wifi, this is why we advertise it as basic free wifi. Hope to see you again!

Excellent. Due to the City’s design of Cooper St. they didn’t allow for a turn lane for the KOA. They also blocked the direct access coming from the North. It’s not a big issue if you are aware of it. There are two entrances into the KOA. Coming from I20 on Cooper st , the second entrance on for the KOA is the north one. In a class A coach it gives you ample room to turn. Ron. Abi

We’ve stayed here several times but I don’t think we’ll stay here again. Our reception was less than friendly and we didn’t get an escort which is customary. The large dog park was filthy; I picked up at least 5 bags of poop and didn’t get it all. The pail was full and had excrement loose on top. I finally asked someone to empty it. The bathrooms were clean- the only reason for 2 not 1 s

Of three KOAs we've visited since getting the RV, this was the nicest! Clean facilities, open spaces, good price, and a fundraiser for children's clinic. Can't wait for the pool to open, we'll be back soon!

We always stay here when travelling through the Dallas local area. The park is always in great condition, with friendly staff. It is also close to all the major professional sporting venues as well as many excellent restaruants. We'll be back!

Nice staff. Clean laundry room. Grounds kept up. Sewer connection had no threads, just pipe. Sharp, narrow turn to get into Park.

Thank you! The ingress and egress is controlled by TXDOT, we've been battling them for years to allow expansion. Sewer connections in TX cities are coded to city codes and cannot be threaded. TX law actually states you need to use a sewer seal on RV dump pipes.

The entrance and egress of this place is so poorly designed for RVs that I couldn't recommend this park to anyone. Also, speed bumps are horrible on class A RV's. The rest of the park seemed nice enough.

WE AGREE!!! Unfortunately TXDOT has full control of all ingress and egress point and the streets. We have been fighting with them for years to allow us to address the entrance. The will not allow claiming it is designed that way for water run off.

Amazing to have this KOA right in the heart of two busy cities and still still feel like the woods. Enjoyed!

The only thig wrong is that I was still getting text. My phone is a flip phone and is hard to get text and i told them not to send them.

We apologies for that. It is an automated texting system and will not allow adjustments like that to active reservations because that is the way we alert the guests to any emergency situation including tornados, flooding and amber/silver alerts, just as an example so it is a safety feature.

I flew in from Florida and had to wait for my wife to bring the RV down from Oklahoma. They stored my bags and encouraged me to walk and enjoy the park.

We were very pleased with everything about the Dallas Arlington KOA. The grounds were well kept, the park was quiet, our site was flat and had a nice tree and we felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend this KOA and will definitely be back. Thank you so much Dallas Arlington KOA.

Buy 2 days get 3rd free. 2x they wanted to charge us. Email 2 me said take down gazebo I built. We didn’t build anything,called, the rude answer I got was”if it ain’t you don’t worry bout it” Wi-Fi sucks, noisy street. Clean place

Nice place once you’re parked. The property entrance is ridiculously small for a forty foot RV. You have to run over the curb, which could be removed. The parking site was not very level. With that I would still return due to location.

Thank you. This KOA was built in "67" and yes RV have gotten much much larger. TXDOT has control over Cooper Street and all ingress and egresses. We have been begging for years to fix the entrance and are still fighting that battle.

We were there 6 nights. The laundry facilities were clean and worked great. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Would definitely recommend the park. The only draw back is it is hidden so getting into park and out of the park is a little difficult due to traffic. Still would highly recommend the park.

Highly recommend bigger entrances both off the street and into the park itself. Traffic on Cooper Street is tough to make a wide turn into the area. Perhaps the double entry could be made into one large entryway. Could the in and out gates into where we park our rigs be made into one large gate?

Thank you but the entrance is controlled by TXDOT and a continued battle to get them to alter. The security gate can not be 1 full gate due to the size needed and space available of the road way. We have looked into that multiple times.

Your campground is very convenient and, for the most part, well-maintained. However, I thought it was a shame that we couldn’t use your dog park, because there were so many grass burrs.

Outstanding customer service, employees go the extra mile to ensure your stay is worry free. The camp ground is top for security (gated entrance/exit). Very clean/free trash pickup. This KOA HOLIDAY should be the example for all.

Even though the electricity went out, they kept us informed all night and day.. and we loved the convenience of the propane tank and how nice the ladies and gentlemen were in the office.

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
