It's not a KOA at all and I would like a full refund. There was no staff. Vegetation was overgrown; couldn't open awning. No kids programs. Rec center not functional. Store completely empty. Neighbors bikes stolen within hours of our arrival. Black bear at trash so kids weren't leaving our sight. We left after one night. Apparently, KOA doesn't hold all parks to the same standards.

The camp site was great. But the washroom condition of cleaning was left to désire. The reception well when we arrived it 4:45 the office was close even if it said it would be open till 5:00. It was because of someone else that found the box with papers telling us where our camp site was.

Camp / trailer sites nice, level, pleasant . Amenities came up lacking, bathrooms needed more cleaning attention, washer and dryer not working, short store hours ( regular 9-5). No wi-if available as listed. Staff at check in very pleasant!

This campground needs some work! The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and clearly loves her job. It’s too bad ,though that the restroom floors were covered with mud and at one point, I resorted to bring my own tissue with me. The showers were not very clean but at least the water was hot. So sorry to say but the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at

This campground should have the KOA name removed immediately! I’ve stayed in many KOA in its day perhaps 1976. It would’ve been a great campground at this point. It is so old and faded and in need of restoration. It should be closed. There is one washer and dryer, the rest are all broken. Everything about the entire camp is broken down and grungy. You asked for feedback so there it is.

This COULD BE an amazing place however it IS NOT. Sign said new owners but don't know how new because in 3 nights we never spoke to a single staff. Dog park had 1' tall grass, full of holes and dog poop with falling down fence. Similar with play area Our pull thru site had hookups on wrong side only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked No cable as advertised For now I would pass on this place until

Great location and sites were close but nice. However the facilities were terrible. Curious how things labeled a “Holiday” resort by KOA as they only had one washing machine and dryer working out of 5, and there was a line hours long to do laundry. No dumpster facility to empty your trash, no firewood available as we were told to go to Wal Mart, zero items in their store except 3 t-shirts.

The park is absolutely stunning. The trees are amazing. We really wanted to stay longer but we were beside some VERY obnoxious campers. Ruined our stay. We couldn’t leave fast enough. I wish others were more respectful of their words and volume. Quite time was definitely not enforced!

Good for very short stay while you visit redwoods. Power flickered, and only one washer and dryer were up and running.

Rough, bumpy and very dusty access to narrow sites. Price seems on the lower side for a KOA which helps offset the drawbacks.

The campground is beautiful! The bathrooms however were filthy. (I’m sending photos to corporate). They are old yes, but “old” does not need to be filthy. When I addressed it with the girl in the building she said it’s because they are under new management. The campground itself is peaceful, beautiful and awesome.

The potential is there, but this KOA is not up to standards. The RV sites themselves are beautiful, right up against a redwood forest with lots of privacy. The amenities are lacking. Only one bathhouse was functional as the other had no hot water. The laundry facility had one working washer and one working dryer. We also saw people using the facility who were not staying there.

Well situated off 101. However, restrooms and showers in poor condition (e.g. one shower head completely missing, no hooks next to basin). Pro: procedure for late arrival worked well.

The grounds are just beautiful and on this point alone I would recommend the campground. However, the facilities were unacceptable. Four of the seven showers were either out or operating in an unacceptable way (e.g., with a pipe instead of a shower head). One of the toilets was broken and several of the others rocked unstably when sat upon. Often the floors were littered and dirty.

Camp ground was old ,unkept ,dusty ,over crowded . Our site was a mud hole ,littered with branches ,and weeds we’re not cut .The power post had been run over I was afraid to use it . Also the koa sign out on the highway was hidden by tree growth , old and discolored by mold . I have always felt koas were a good choice in camping but this koa was not up to your standards

The store/office was practically empty. No ice. The grounds are very unkempt. I would stay somewhere else next time. We have stayed in many KOA’s across the country and other than location…this one is on the bottom. Not up to KOA standards. The girl in the office was VERY helpful!

It was very under staffed. The bathrooms were nasty, the mens wasnt to bad but according to my wife the women's were very nasty. There were only two machines that were workingin the laundry room and the dirt roads in the park were full of pot holes. Other then that it was a nice a quite stay.

The campsite we were issued was far too small for our rig. Also, the bathrooms were "disgusting"...dirty, no paper, no hotwater...this is simply the worst KOA I have been too...very disspointed!

Camp as such nicely located and ok. Laundry facilities: 6 out of 8 machines out of order. The working ones were partly really Dirty, seldom or never maintained. The restrooms where seldom properly cleaned, the showers had no hot water.

Property was well kept but one of the bathrooms the shower didn’t work and was filthy - all 3 days we were there. The store was empty of supplies and some of the campers were not following the 10pm noise cutoff. We loved our space and location was great for how long it took to get to town and the beach. We heard there would be a new owner soon so maybe that played a factor in the lack of staff.

Excellent location, my only comment would be to update the bathroom and shower building. They were clean just. Love the overall campsites and the staff super helpful and friendly. Very accomodating.

2 bathrooms. Both dirty. Only 1 with hot water. Laundry room was full of ooo equipment. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer for entire park. Grounds were well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I just wish I had a heads up before standing in the shower waiting for hot water that never showed. Lol. It seemed a little run down but we would stay again knowing a few things. The gal at the office was friendly.

There is significant deferred maintenance at the property, especially with the roads witching the park and the laundry equipment. Sad KOA, very sad.

We were camping at a nearby campground, and their bathrooms were closed during our stay. We switched to KOA. They were super nice at finding us a last minute site, had clean working bathrooms, and friendly staff. Great location for exploring the Redwoods National and State Parks.

The gravel roads in the campground have not been maintained and are very rough. Other than that, it was fine. Near the redwoods. Can’t beat that.

Great campground like they used to be, before they started turning into a big parking lot. Individual wooded sites. Good wifi and clean common areas. Very quiet place camp and relax or visit the local cypress trees.

The tent and RV sites offer enough privacy, but they are close together. Although the bathrooms are on a cleaning schedule, they get messy quickly because there are only 2-3 shower stalls and toilet stalls, with 2 bathroom locations in the entire camp. Overall, good experience and outstanding location near the Redwoods.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They have spent countless hours including on their own time helping me find my cat that escaped. The grounds are very well maintained.The setting is beautiful! I will be back
