Worse bathroom I've seen in any RV Park. If this was the first KOA someone stayed at they would probably never try another one!

My family enjoyed our stay at KOA. We loved our small cabin. We like the fact that we had a small fridge and a microwave. It was very helpful in preparing meals. We also appreciated all the kitchen supplies. We enjoyed cooking outdoors. It would of been a 10 and a 5. Wifi was non existent and the TV was not working. But we definitely stay at another KOA.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds in Ca, we always enjoy our stay. I was a little disappointed in the condition of the restrooms, they were not a clean as I have seen them in the past.

Overall the campground is really nice. The only two suggestions we have are: 1. Clean up the ladies room showers and repair the plumbing (not pretty) 2. Try to limit the screaming kids during the daylight hours a little better.

We weren’t notified that the store/office closed at 3pm on the day of our arrival. We weren’t able to purchase firewood. The bathrooms closest to the tent area were not open and we had to walk to the ones near the front of the campground. Very inconvenient especially at night. The showers were clogged and water pooled up.

The office was only open for 5 hrs a day. I needed to change my reservation during their open hours and I left 2 msgs and nobody called back. Finally on my third attempt someone answered

Staff were helpful and grounds clean. Beautiful location, lots of redwoods, and quiet. The pull through sites are too close together.

Fairly clean, thought the campground had a whole was rather shabby, our area, grass was so tall, no desire to sit a picnic area. Bathrooms were fine

They gave us the wrong cabin size, charged us for linens and we only got towels, our cabin’s garbage cans were full from the last guests. The office is only open from 10-3 so it was impossible to actually talk to someone and when we did, she said they would take off the linens charge and give us one night free, but the linens charge was still on the receipt. Worst KOA I’ve been to.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Beautiful camp site. The staff were always on it whenever we needed Anything. We absolutely will come back.

This KOA was in the Redwoods. We were able to walk around the site with these giants behind out camper. Clean and easy access to Crescent City, National Parks and the infamous 101.

The site was average size but needs to be levelled. The women’s shower could use major renovations. The drain was slow or blocked and water backed up from drain to shower floor..The whole rest room area should be modernized. The grounds are beautiful and are worth visiting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They worked hard to keep the bathrooms clean and we appreciated the clean showers! The camp spots were spacious for the trailer. Fun to see the redwood old growth stumps throughout and places for kids to climb! Didn’t really understand why there seemed to be fruit flies everywhere. We saw them on our walks around camp and they got into our trailer and truck. Other than that it worked well.

I wish the store/office hours (10 am - 3 pm) could be more accommodating. Nothing in the game room, including ping pong, is complimentary. The camp site I stayed at felt cramped and too close to the neighboring site. On a positive note, the sight of elk grazing at sunset, though far, while enjoying dinner at the picnic table, was amazing.

We expected a lot more from this KOA. The bathrooms were very dirty and unkept. Toilet paper all over the floor and dirty toilets. The dumpster was overflowing with trash. We were told not to leave anything of value out overnight because of theft from a local homeless encampment.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Pros: quiet, space was large enough and semi-private. Field and playground for kids and small dog area. Goats. Cons: store only open 10-3 and no firewood for sale or allowed to pick up branches off the ground. Closeby bathroom facilities locked. WiFi very spotty. Barely any amenities.

Very understaffed. Dirty bathrooms. 'Closed for the Season' bathroom facilities left us with a long walk every time we needed to go even though the grounds were full of campers. Our tent spot was littered with limbs and branches forcing us to clean up before we could see up our tent.

The campsite is conveniently located to explore Redwoods National Park. Everything is well maintained with the exception of the laundry room that smelled badly like cigarette smoke. We didn't end up washing our clothes there for fear of our clothes smelling. Otherwise, I recommend it. Good for kids. We got in late and they had posted a map with our name on it and it was easy to find our campsite.

For the price I paid for the cabin, it was a bit of a disappointment. The toilet needs to be replaced. I paid for the linen package, only to have an old, thin sleeping bag provided for the single beds and pullout couch was less than appealing.

We had a fabulous trip, even though it was raining the entire time. The cabin was perfect and equipped with more than we were expecting. After hours check-in was really easy. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Not a very good KOA, bathrooms and laundry room doors where held open with rocks all night for homeless people. Management is there from 10am to 3pm. People were coming in late, leaving early, not paying.

Facilities were very nice and there was good communication. The front office however seemed like it was always closed so we couldn’t get firewood. Front desk employee was very unfriendly. She never made eye contact and sort of grunted when I said “Have a nice day”. Clearly didn’t care about my stay.

The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. The camp site itself was not great. It was so skinny we couldn’t use our awning and the fire pit was so close to the thrall we couldn’t use it either. If we weren’t planning to be at the redwoods each day we were there we would have left.

The office hours are very limited, as well as what is offered inside the store. The women's bathroom was out of paper towels for a couple days. The garbage in the stalls was full and overflowing. The men's bathroom didn't have paper towels and their air hand blower wasn't working. They had a badly clogged toilet. Our cabin heater quit working. It was disappointing. We've been coming for 18 yrs.

Absolutely loved our cute little cabin and the outside set up. The play ground was a hit for our littles and the goats were fun to watch. Only thing I would recommend is to have office hours a little later for people that check in at 3pm. Was a bummer not to be able to grab firewood for our first night stay. Overall we will be back and recommend!

The staff was very friendly and supportive, and I wish I could give you a higher score, but the mud around our parking area was a real problem. We had to build a platform to reduce the amount of mud that was coming into the RV. Other than that, we loved the setting and we would recommend this KOA to friends and family, but probably not in the winter months.

Bathrooms were terrible. Clogged toilets, floors were filthy, no paper towels, nobody to tell as they do not have anybody around. Nobody was in the office or answered the phone. You self check in. Location was beautiful, just seems unmanaged. Such a shame. Will not return.

We use KOA's often, as we are visiting the 48 contiguous states ( 3 years in). This KOA was clean enough and served its purpose. Their schedule is not convenient to the guests. If you need propane, you must be there before 3p.m. on Sunday and must wait around until 11a.m. on Sundays ( Sunday's are big travel days). Maintenance is lacking on landscape/ dog park,etc.

Witnessing the complete absence of a positive customer service when entering the building to check in, and then finding a big muddy hole in the middle of our site. When we called for help covering it up, she said there was nobody on site to help @ 2pm. We got a shovel & did it ourselves. We left a day early, emailed asking for a Wed night credit, but no response.

Great campground with close access to many Redwood State and National parks. Beautiful scenery and a great stay in the area. Explored lots of the Redwoods and had a great time.

It was good. I'd have preferred a cabin deeper in the redwood forest, but the one I got was fine,#13. The smoke alarm appeared to be damaged or missing; that should be checked. Thanks.

The assigned site was not made ready for the season. tall grass, uneven and no power in the outlet. Office was closed at 5pm. The person running the bathroom cleaning team found another site for us and let's know they have had many problems with power. Bathroom was spotless. Over all looks like the campground needs much loving care

Really great KOA, cabins are in the midst of Redwoods. Clean campground overall. Office hours are not that great, 10-3 only.
