Laundry room needs an update with more dryers and large potholes throughout the campground need attention but overall a nice campground

Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was very narrow. WiFi was good once i contacted office to get another server. There is no cable tv.

Woman’s bathrooms were a mess. Stalls and showers were out of order. Shower heads had lousy water pressure. I’ve been to a number of KOA’s and this was definitely not one of the better ones.

laundry was being worked on, thats ok. still works. clean and neat, employee are great, quiet after 9:00pm people keeepng track of their pets. people could pick up after their animals a little better. but how do you control that? All in all very nice place to stay. We will return next year, thank you.

campsite was great....401 in the trees amenities pretty bad. Very run down to say the least! Having nightmares about the bathhouses! Do better!

This was our first stay with KOA and it didn't begin so well. After arranging our site in advance, we arrived only to find our site had been swapped with someone else who didn't like his spot so they put us there instead. Of course, we arrived just after 5pm, tried multiple times to call and reach someone but never got any call back (even the next day). Not a fun way to start the visit.

Arrived quite late and despite multiple phone calls to inquire about late check-in policy, never received a call back, however info was on the front door when we arrived. Sewer hook-up was inoperable. Otherwise our stay was fine. Wife liked the goats.

great place. I had car problems and the manager let me park on the property until l could resolve the problem. Wonderful help great attitude.

Beautiful campground that is well maintained. My only suggestion would be to empty the dog poop garbage can on the dog run more often. It was full the days I stayed in the campground. Your office staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Maintenance staff the same.

Worst KOA we ever stayed at. Staff unfriendly. Store had no supplies. Washers weren’t working but no sign indicating not to use them. When we complained employee hung up on us.

It is encouraging that the new owners are making some capital improvements in some areas. The bathrooms need to be entirely redone. Some of the sites are very narrow, such that you’re sitting outside next to your neighbor’s sewer. Others are lovely, nestled in the Redwoods.

We didn't stay long in at the Crescent City KOA, but our time there was lovely. The late check in worked perfectly and the office staff at check out was super helpful and fixed a couple of things on our reservation. The sites were nice and flat which was so nice after a long day of touring and driving.

No hot water for female morning shower, most washing and drier machines broken and no WiFi anywhere on site. A poor experience could be dramatically improved with some basic maintenance.

It was a very pleasant stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to make ADA compliant showers. In one KOA campground we stayed at, there was an ADA-compliant shower that was separate from the restrooms and you had to ask for a key to use it. This was a great option. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful by closing the womens restroom so I could assist my wife with her shower.

Very nice park. Beautiful area and great access to the Redwood park system, as well as the coast. Wonderful time in the park.

Only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked. Homeless people using the restrooms. The store shelves were bare. Our stay was subpar compared to the other KOAs. The staff was nice. We are traveling cross country so we depend on a comfortable KOA.

It was quiet at night which was nice. The majority of the spots could use some attention, whether that's leveling them out, updating the gravel/bark, or just basic maintenance, everything looks tired. The state parks are doing a better job with maintenance.

When we arrived, the office was closed. Why would a campground office close at 5pm? The map with our name on it showing our site was very confusing. Would have been nice to have a human help us instead of driving around 3-4 times looking for our site. It was very frustrating.

While it is an older KOA you can tell the new owners are working hard to get it fixed up. The frustration is when things like the trash in the dog area is not emptied for three plus days they need to work on their procedures.

We have stayed here many times and really liked it ,we know it’s changed hands a few months ago and things are changing but the men’s bathroom needs more attention other than that great.

Front office staff is very friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Our only complaint is all the washers and dryers were out of service accept 1 washer. But, can’t do anything without a dryer. One sink in the women’s bathroom was out of service also out of four. Maintenance needs to be be done.

It seems that the park is or has been sold. Park is run down. They had cable but it didn't work. Only 1 washer and 1 drier worked. Very disappointed in this KOA

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. For being there right after Labor Fay weekend, a few areas needed upkeep. The sport court was full of leaves and the large building next to it had spider webs on every corner of the ramp.

Everything was very run down. Most of the showers were out of order. Most of the washers and dryers were out of order. Whitney at the front desk was very rude and just seemed as if she did not want to be there. We went with our sister's family and booked 6 months in advance and they were unable to accommodate us camping next to each other. Very disappointed with our stay.

Realize new owners recently took over. Bathroom showers need updating. Pet area where our 3 dogs ran around should be updated as ground was hard, tall grassy areas, and very uneven ground. Also, laundry facilities needs attention. Unable to do laundry as approximately 7? Out of 8 machines were out of service. Had a nice play area for kids. Overall entire campground is very nice. Would stay again.

Great campground like they used to be, before they started turning into a big parking lot. Individual wooded sites. Good wifi and clean common areas. Very quiet place camp and relax or visit the local cypress trees.

The tent and RV sites offer enough privacy, but they are close together. Although the bathrooms are on a cleaning schedule, they get messy quickly because there are only 2-3 shower stalls and toilet stalls, with 2 bathroom locations in the entire camp. Overall, good experience and outstanding location near the Redwoods.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They have spent countless hours including on their own time helping me find my cat that escaped. The grounds are very well maintained.The setting is beautiful! I will be back
