Nice clean close to the things we needed. Friendly staff. One complaint. The laundry matt. We had to set up a online account with a minimum of $24. We washed 2 loads and dryed. Ive been all over America 46 States and have never seen this and will probably never see it again.

We love this KOA! Missy and Whitney went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful stay! The maintenance crew got creative and helped us when a water emergency happened. Thank you to the team, the grounds looked amazing and we can’t wait to visit again!

I arrived during the lunch break and had to wait about 40 minutes; I recall that the men's restroom lacked a door and the cleanliness was poor. It was disappointing for a Holiday KOA.

The sewer connections were to high 6 to 10 inches above the ground. I had trouble draining my tanks

This was an amazing KOA! So incredibly beautiful, surrounded by huge redwoods. Friendly staff, clean restrooms. Did laundry there and it was so easy with a laundry app you download. We will be back to this KOA again. We stayed 4 nights there.

Due to heavy rain in the area, your KOA was a great location to do laundry, have electricity for the night, and warm up from the cold and dampness.

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. This KOA is listed as a "Holiday" KOA, the expectation was for a cleaner and better maintained park. There were cigarette butts everywhere around our site, including in our fire ring. Dog park overly full garbage container thru weekend. The desk person was very pleasant but additional effort made as to google maps sending new to area rvers to wrong address

It's beautiful here. Redwoods all around plenty of room in the sites. Laundry room clean plenty of machines. Staff was so nice, helpful, informative.

Whitney is the best!!! Upon arrival, she greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. During our stay, our plans changed and we needed to extend our stay. Whitney didn’t hesitate to accommodate our needs.

Great stay in all ways. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the restrooms were always clean and the setting was magical. I recommended it to my friends and family as a bucket list must-do.

We really enjoyed the campground, very quiet, clean, and very beautiful. We are always concerned when we go to a campground how quiet it will be at night. This is the quietest campground we have experienced with the amount of people. Thank you! This will definitely be on our list of campgrounds if/when we return to the area.

The campsites were very close together and tight with very little room. The men's restroom/shower needed maintenance attention. There were no latches on any of the stalls. The best part was the large dog run area that was fenced in.

The two ladies who met us at check in provided exceptional customer service. They went above to show us the best places to visit in the area. The campground was clean and neat. Everything went great.

Nice little campground with friendly staff. The store was not stocked but it is getting close to end of season so I don’t hold that against them. Close drive to Battery Point lighthouse. We also did the Newton B Drury scenic. Parkway. The park needs a lot of sprucing up. A work camper was running around in a golf cart with a small child driving. It didn’t seem like anyone was in charge. No one took you to your site. Bathrooms need updating n

Small old style KOA. We had a deluxe patio site and while it did have a table and chairs a swing and a pinic table it wasn't the new furniture like other KOA's. There wasn’t a grill either. The campground was well maintained except for the lack of dust control. It has nice shrubs between sites for privacy. The staff was friendly but they are gone from 12 to 1:30pm daily.

The RV spaces are close together, showers are dirty, the toilet cabins and showers deserve an upkeep after what looks like decades of negligent.

Very nice campground. Very nice people. The only negative was the sprinkler ran all day for 2 days in the K9 area. We were there for 5 days and would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the setting is beautiful, but this KOA, like others, blurs the definition between deferred maintenance and neglect. KOAs seem to have become the place to go only when all of the campgrounds in state parks are full.

three nights stay, I can’t say anything bad about the campground other than the spot we had we were unable to utilize our awning on our RV, as there were very tall hedges in between the RV spots, and we could not extend the awning without hitting the hedges. With that being said, it was cloudy most of the time and didn’t need to use the awning.

I had a great stay. The only negative was that I had to move from a wooded spot to a more crowded area but everything worked out well. The park has a lot of nice campsites especially the smaller tent and RV spots in the more wooded areas. Very nice helpful staff.

Absolutely LOVED everything about your KOA. From our check-in with Missy, until departurue, we truly had a great time relaxing at your campground after some busy exploration days. The location of your KOA could not have been any better for the things we wanted to see and do in Crescent City. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work! Highly recommend!!

We arrived late for check in and our site info wasn't in the box. I eventually reached someone, by text, at the after hours number and received our site. The site was already occupied. We ended up in the 'emergency' site, which had an awkward setup with the power box. Not the greatest or worst experience.

Facility was easy to find, very well laid out, check in was super easy with a wonderful clerk. Restrooms super clean. My first time camping at a KOA. I really enjoyed it.

Beautiful location but the wifi in campsites was non-existent. I don't have Starlink yet,so sometimes pay more to stay at a RV park for it. The maintenance guys said they'd try to reboot the extenders, but the office said they actually don't work. Was told I could sit in the office for signal to get on line for work. Had to set up my own cell booster for spotty service to get on line.

Very nice camp ground. We had a very pleasant stay. The only slight complaint I have is the lanes are tight for longer vehicles.

*not by any fault of the campground* but I showered, which the showers are SO clean and have great pressure and hot water, and I accidentally left my clothes on the sink. Went back to get them and one of shirts had been stolen…really upset that people think it's okay to steal. It was a white long sleeve shirt that said trick or treat with the cast of scooby doo. Thrifted it years ago and really upset someone stole it. My other clothes had been left behind. Leaving something behind on accident does not give anyone the right to steal. Can hear the highway depending on your site. Laundry available for a fee but bathrooms and showers very clean.

Great location to setup your base camp when visiting the redwoods. Also one of the rare RV parks with solid internet.
