Have stayed here once before. Friendly staff, but a no frills KOA that is in need of some updating. For example, the wifi was spotty at best.

My kids were very disappointed in this KOA. There was no pool, a small playground and all but 2 games in their game room cost money in order to play. Ridiculous! They had no crafts or activities going on for kids either. I never saw the people in the office to ask questions and I couldn't find anywhere to buy firewood. The worst KOA I've ever stayed at.

Men's rsstroom/showers out of order our whole stay of 7 days. 3 deluxe sites at this KOA. The bench swing was not on ours and the frame was in disrepair. Other deluxe site on big rig lane had their swing. Place was clean and quiet and mostly uneventful as one would want, but the 2 miscues were pretty big ones.

I think this KOA should be classified as a Journey and not a Holiday. It's somewhat run down and missing several amenities compared to other Holiday KOA's we stay at. However it's a great Journey KOA. Right off highway 101 with easy in and out. Has all the basic stuff for RV/trailer.

When we arrived it was after hours. We had booked a water and electric site. Once we hooked up we the water faucet had no water. We tried calling the after hours number but the call wouldn’t go through. We left a vm at the office but no one called us back until Saturday afternoon. We tried to stop in the office in the morning but it didn’t open until 10am and we had a long drive ahead.

Was overall wonderful. However, people loud talked after 10 pm and it went on till after 1 am. That was disappointing and disturbed peaceful sleep.

KOA Redwoods was the perfect place to stay. You ante able to enjoy the breathtaking redwoods on the property. Bathrooms and laundry were both very clean.

Such a beautiful setting. The new management is obviously making an effort to make this KOA as good as possible. The laundry was back on, the bathrooms were consistently cleaned and staff were friendly and accommodating. This location is second to none, in my opinion.

The surroundings were gorgeous. The campsite was good and seeing the elk was wonderful. I cannot give it a higher rating as the bathrooms were horrific! They were painting the women's and told us we could use the mems, but the men's bathrooms didn't flush. Toilets were filled with poop. We walked all the way out to the tenting area a second set of bathrooms were. Women's was open but no showers

Site was way small. Women's shower closed and men's wad so dirty and there was no hot water. Dedinately not KOA standards and we'll think twice before staying at another one.

the place was well kept and the trails to walk were nice in the redwoods woman's showers were cold though only complaint. the host was really helpful and let us have a late check out, thought they might want to get a hot tub in the redwoods

We arrived at 6:00 pm and the office was closed. All of the other KOAs along our route closed at 8:00, but okay. The problem arose when no information was available about where to park our rig. We prepaid so that was not an issue, but not a map to be found. Also, there was a notice posted at the posted at the office that all sites were full but this was clearly not the case. Grounds not great.

Older facility but clean bathrooms, store inside empty, no one was there at 3 O'clock to check-in. The entry was off the main road had a big sign but no working lights and made it difficult to see where to turn into at night. I think is dangerous being the road has no turn lain and people are driving 60 plus

Campsites were nice and somewhat private between sites. I realize its off season but still the store was sparsely stocked. Restrooms/showers didnt get cleaned for at least 3 days....gross. Laundry was closed for some work.

Overnight was fine. The exit was full of cars blocking us. We asked front desk to help but she suggested backing out. No way! We finally took the chance and a lot of time and made it. A larger rig would have been stuck.

It was a beautiful campground very quite and friendly people. Excellent location to the Smith River fishing and redwood Parks everywhere. I would definitely come back.

Check in staff was friendly and it was quiet at night. We reserved a premium pull thru site with patio and it barely fit our 41' 5th wheel. We couldn't use our patio due to how we had to park our rig. Wasn't worth the $70+ that I paid for it. The patio seating was in poor condition and the seat for swing wasn't there. Wifi was nonexistent. Road in campground was full of potholes. Place needs love.

Was greeted by a young woman who was very pleasant to work with while registering. Site was easy to get into and the grounds were clean and organized.

Check in was great. The heat in the showers has been increased from when I last stayed, so thank you for that. I still feel you have someone homeless that comes in at night to shower, I'd see about changing the codes to the bathrooms. Remodeling is going on in the cloths washer room, looks like a work in progress now but next visit should be done! Will stay again soon!!

They put us with the long term campers ( didn’t know this was a thing at smaller KOA’s) neighbors clearly sold drugs 10 + different visitors at all hours. The other long term had his two dogs tied up outside and they barked from 7am to 10 pm all 4 nights we stayed. The young lady in the office literally told me there’s nothing she could do another camper was in complaining too. Bad bad exper

It rained cats and dogs the entire time we were there. I don't feel any calling at all to return to Crescent City or anywhere in the Pacific Northwest again.

We're new to camping with an RV and this was our first KOA stay. We booked this KOA based on location and we were not disappointed! The staff was friendly, the grounds were like camping in a magical forest, cabins were darling, RV sites had full hook ups, we noticed a playground and field for playing as well. Great job on this KOA, it feels like it's being ran by someone who loves the property.

The staff were great making sure we had a spot which fit our unit. The property is a little off the highway and very quiet. Enjoyed our 3 night stay and the price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely return, if in the area.

We arrived around 6:30. The camp was VERY dark, there was no one in the office, but I could hear employees inside the building. We selected a site near a restroom. The restrooms were locked with no signs or any information to why they are not open. The site was flooded from the storms so we had to drive to the front any time anyone needed a bathroom. Only restroom was dirty, smelled like cigarette

It was wonderful except for one thing. Please do better with customer service at the desk. Yes, winter hours are shorter but the lobby was locked up during these times. Receptionist could have been more respectful and understanding. Got things ironed out and stay was great.

Besides the torrential rains, the staff and campgrounds were wonderful. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
