Bathrooms were terrible. Clogged toilets, floors were filthy, no paper towels, nobody to tell as they do not have anybody around. Nobody was in the office or answered the phone. You self check in. Location was beautiful, just seems unmanaged. Such a shame. Will not return.

We use KOA's often, as we are visiting the 48 contiguous states ( 3 years in). This KOA was clean enough and served its purpose. Their schedule is not convenient to the guests. If you need propane, you must be there before 3p.m. on Sunday and must wait around until 11a.m. on Sundays ( Sunday's are big travel days). Maintenance is lacking on landscape/ dog park,etc.

Witnessing the complete absence of a positive customer service when entering the building to check in, and then finding a big muddy hole in the middle of our site. When we called for help covering it up, she said there was nobody on site to help @ 2pm. We got a shovel & did it ourselves. We left a day early, emailed asking for a Wed night credit, but no response.

Great campground with close access to many Redwood State and National parks. Beautiful scenery and a great stay in the area. Explored lots of the Redwoods and had a great time.

The assigned site was not made ready for the season. tall grass, uneven and no power in the outlet. Office was closed at 5pm. The person running the bathroom cleaning team found another site for us and let's know they have had many problems with power. Bathroom was spotless. Over all looks like the campground needs much loving care

It was not that great 1. The bathroom near our camp was closed. 2. The people next to us were partying into the wee hours of the morning 2am was the time we had to leave the campground due to noise and people making noise.

Loved walking through the wooded part of the campground with my dogs. The redwood trees are so beautiful. Also sitting eating dinner looking out the window there was a herd of elk so cool!

Not a lot of lights to keep you awake and very quiet. Best sleep in three weeks of travel. Kind staff and a beautiful setting. We will have to drop in again. Thanks!

We picked the most horrible weather weekend of the year. That being said, our spot was a mudbog. Horrible. We had already set up the trailer when we realized that other vacant spots weren’t muddy like ours. We just dealt with it. The campground needs roadwork for all the potholes. It is a beautiful setting. Despite all the mud we will definitely be back!!!! Lovely staff!!!

We pulled in at 5:00 pm to find the office was closed. There was no one around to ask questions. The available site were listed with erasable marker that was difficult to read. We grabbed a site and then went to register and pay. . I could not remember my KOA number so payed full price, in cash. We arrived after 5 pm but the instructions were clear and our campsite was great. Thank you for a pleasant experience and quiet , clean and restful night.

Stayed one week, the campground is beautiful and the people there are great.

Pretty disappointed actually. The bathroom near our site was shut, had to walk about 100 yards further which is not very handy. Theater hookup made of aging plastic hose-type shutoff was leaky. Much of the campground was off limits apparently due to downed trees and issues of small stream flooding.

I’m really very disappointed that you guys cut down all of those beautiful trees in the back area. It’s so sad and looks horrible. I’m sure you need more space to expand but it’s just too much deviation of natural beauty for me to support in the future.

We went during the rainy season, but most of the sites were okay. Our site was one of the wetter ones, but we were only there overnight. It was nice and quiet. The store was closed when we arrived (about 4:30 PM), and closed when we left (about 8:30 AM). Lots of trees and protected from any wind. Wi-fi connection was excellent!

Men's washroom code would not work. WIFI was intermittent at our site. No one to contact on site and no phone number on the door to help.

Some sites need gravel refreshed and leveling. Had to change from the first site we picked because of this.

Close to the Redwoods! Clean restrooms with hot showers. Great little area indoors for our young child to play with toys they enjoyed.

I've never been more disappointed in a KOA. While on the road we called during business hours and they still had the message up about being closed on Christmas Day. No Answer! Got there - our site didn't have cable - the cover over the electric panel fell off, WiFi didn't work. I stopped by the office and no one home. My opinion of all KOAs is dimmed but I'll never stop in this one again.

Our site was perfect, thank you. The direction signs from the office were non existent. There was no sign telling us where to park, nor where to go to get to our B site. For someone driving all day, coming into a new venue, it would be nice to have signage telling us where to go. And to top it off as we rolled in the office person locked the door. They could have stayed on duty to help.

Very disconcerting to pull in and office closed early with a sign saying there have been a rash of thefts on bicycles in the campground. "People have been coming into the campground at night and using bolt cutters on bike locks to steal bicycles." We considered cancelling our reservation, but there was no one to cancel. If security is an issue, resolve it. Install cameras or hire security.

Our only issue is that site A5 was a bit too small for our trailer. We could not have our slide out extended with our awning, and we could not use the fire pit because it was too close to the trailer and the trees. We will be back next year and ask for a bigger site

Only thing I would mention, is it would be much more convenient to have our reserved suite number included in our confirmation email so that when we drive in late we don't have to hunt for anything.

We were stranded due to a wreck and we're so thankful for this place. Julie in the office was very helpful and friendly at a stressful time. The laundry room and restrooms were very clean. I do wish they would spread more gravel since it's a rainy place, but that's my only suggestion. Thanks for being there for us!

We had a great stay. The campground was very clean and well-maintained. Bathrooms were great. Laundry room is small, but clean and everything works. The grounds are beautiful, and the location is very close to lots of great hikes and access to the state and national park.

We had a great time, even though it rained most the time. We walked around and looked at all the redwoods, we played volleyball, the young girls played on playground. We used the game room and the rec room. Our last night we all had dinner in there and we brought our projector and watched a movie while it rained. It was a great birthday weekend with those i love. Thank you koa for having dry space

This has always been a favorite campground for our family, location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay this weekend, it was quiet, relaxing and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Honestly don't know what people are complaining about. My family loved it. We brought our 3 year old and a small dog and stayed in one of the basic cabins with no bathroom. It was quaint and comfortable and very warm with the heater. We brought our valuables into the cabin and took everything off our roof rack and locked it in the car. No theft, no one bothered us, no loud parties, very quiet and relaxing. Other families with small children. Short office hours but everything was ready for us for our arrival after hours. Bathrooms were clean and operational with hot water. Grounds were beautiful and we loved the goats.

Good overnight cabin stay as our group of 4 motorcycled through the area (Apr. 2024). Appreciated the website reservation process as well as the camp staff preps for our after-hours check-in. Clean facilities & grounds. Other than the electric heater not working, it was great. Yep, we'd stay there again.
