Very pretty and rustic, with an awesome site among the towering trees. The area was beautiful and the staff was constantly cleaning throughout the day, so washrooms were always clean. Would definitely return. The staff were so courteous and helpful, roo.

Location is great and the trees were lovely. However; grass or I should say weeds need cutting, all but one washing machine broken, bathrooms need renovation although they were kept somewhat clean. Rv sites are pretty narrow and the patio site we stayed in was very disappointing compared to others.

Care of property has gone surprisingly downhill. Cleaning is not done we in facilities. Slimy bath mats with instant clog, no drainage in shower. I had to lift the mat and grab a huge mound of old slimy hair from the drain. After cleaning, facility is still dirty. So many extra campsites have been added for lack of privacy. We were placed in a campground with a house directly behind us.

Amazing staff. Beautiful grounds clean bathrooms & showers.. amazing kids area and game room. I would love it if they had some sort of workout area with stationary workout equipment like you see in city parks etc. That would make it a total dream vacation place for the whole family.

Staff was very helpful checking us in and giving info on seeing rhe redwoods. Great personal service ie filling up propane tank and delivering it. Clean well equipped. Nice overnight stay

Loved our site very private and with a redwood next to our site. Swing, table & fire pit. Loved being able to walk around in the woods and see redwoods up close and see old roots of redwoods. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Laundry was okay but had 1 washer and 1 dryer out of order and had to wait to use washer as only 3 and 5 dryers.

Camp site was close to redwoods, which was why we were visiting the area. A few things were unfortunate, laundry has been down for 6 weeks, signs about bike theft being common, and campsite seemed understaffed as garbages were overflowing in game-room and bathrooms.

I was not happy with our stay the laundry facilities was broken the whole time of my stay. I liked the dog area & used it often but whomever is filling in the holes with dirt needs to pay closer attention there was a huge piece of glass in the dirt and I picked it up & placed it on the fence. Did not realize we had to share our space back in to another trailer

Everyone on the staff was extremely nice and one person was extremely helpful me getting my toilet unclogged. He worked on it for more than an hour, and he was off the clock exceptional terrific. Wonderful I tried to give him some money for helping me and he wouldn’t take. His name was Shane

upon arrival we were told that the laundry was out of order for repairs for a couple of days. During our stay we watched the laundry being used by what appeared to be an employee. we were also left with a challenging time parking our rv due to an employee of the park using the driveway as their personal parking area for the laundry... which was out of service??? dirty, piled up garbage, run down.

Most of the campground we saw was very nice, if you are tent or cabin camping in the trees. However the pull through RV spaces (that we were in) are very close together and just don't give much room. Too close to your neighbor, especially with slides out, we were right next to their utilities and their sewer line to sit outside. As a whole though the campground is nice and a great location.

We've stayed here many times over the years and I know there is a climate change, but with the new owners - they need to put a little work into the place - bushes need to be trimmed and most of the cable boxes need some work

Giving 3 stars for location, however, this is the roughest KOA I’ve ever stayed at. Luckily we were self contained so we didn’t need to use the restroom facilities. Hot water only in the main bathroom and laundry room has apparently been shut down for an indefinite period of time. This is supposedly a Holiday park but there were absolutely no activities. Store nonexistent just ice.

Booked a stay . Was told that no full hook- ups were available. First night of a 3 night stay water / electric. Went to the office to check on availability for full hook-up I was told none available. Did a walk around that evening and the next morning. I noticed more than one opening for fulll-hookup. Disappointed The young lady at the desk wasn’t more helpful.

The location is great actually very quiet for being right of the highway. But staff was not helpful called several times before we arrived they never answered the phone or called back. We had booked 2 sites requested they be next to each other but they were not. Bathroom showers were in poor condition and laundry facilities were not working. Should not be a KOA worse one we stayed at.

The grounds are beautiful with many large and interesting Redwoods trees towels amongst. Facilities were lacking - no washer/fdryer for the 3 days we stayed there. That is my main reason for downgrading my rating.

I am so sad to see this campground go down hill so bad. There was no hot water available in 1 of the 2 restrooms for showers. The washing machines were down and the restrooms were filthy. The front desk manager did tell me they cannot find people to work, and they are extremely understaffed. This was a favorite location of ours years ago.

The location is amazing, however most of the park could not obtain wifi, which was advertised. Also showers and bathrooms did not have hot water and no timeline as to when they would be repaired. Also it was advertised to have laundry facilities but they were also broken and I was told by another camper that it was broken for a while. Not up to KOA standards! Was very disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is lovely and very peaceful with redwoods as part of the park.. We were in an open area that had sun on the days it was out. The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly and the restrooms/showers were cleaned frequently.

Stayed for a week. I was a little worried after seeing quite a few poor reviews. We found the park to be beautiful, clean and quiet, just as it was last time we visited. I only saw the front bathroom area, it was clean and required a code for entry. Office hours 8-5, staff was friendly and let us know that laundry was not working. Saw staff working around the grounds regularly. Excellent KOA!

Def better than last year. no amenities were avail last year due to wildfire, but still the rate was same. Wasnt happy about that. This year, more was open however, laundry still not avail which is one big reason I choose KOA. And wifi was not available at the spot they put me at. Ugh. Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
