Was very happy with theocation, the cabin, and the grounds. The bathrooms were. A huge downside though as they did not seem to get cleaned the entire 4 days we were there. It was very gross.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Located perfectly for hiking and ocean walks. Cabins were clean. It was off season and the bathrooms were not serviced regularly, grass needed mowing, and the office was not open much. I'm sure during summer season the campground is fully staffed. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in the largest Cabin with a full kitchen and shower. We had a great time, however the heating system was broken and we stayed warm with space heaters which did the job. There was no lighter available to strike the gas stove top. Thankfully I had one. Also the can opener does not work at all. So please replace that. Finally there was obvious mold on the wood above and around the shower.

So staying in a cabin, we loved having access to our own bathroom, kitchen, etc. However, there was no heat; there were a few heaters to plug in that popped the breaker. No instructions on how to turn on the burners (we’re campers so we figured it out) and we woke up every morning to ants on the table and counters. It just is not comparable to other KOA cabins we’ve stayed in.

Restrooms are not maintained, no tissue in the toilet, it’s muddy on the floor, no heater on the restroom. Our heater on our room is also broken, and it’s sooo cold!! They also miscommunicated about our stay, office is closed and they never email us where to get the key. Took us 10min to figure where’s the key! Room was fine, the bed is dirty, I’m glad we brought our own wipes.

We will not return to this KOA location. I booked the "Vacation Rental" but we were placed in a "Deluxe Cabin". When we inquired about the mixup the staff told us the cabins are the same size. They are not. The VR is longer, but more importantly it has a COVERED (and larger) front deck where we had planned to grill. I also paid $150 more for the larger and more convenient space.

I tried to contact the office using the number on the website and in the email but no answer. Tried again, no answer. I needed to check in late and there was no direction on how to do that. I fumbled around in the dark until I found the late check in box. The driving paths were gravel and washed out in places. The cabin was clean. The bathroom was disgusting and 2 out of 3 stalls were out of paper

Campground is rundown, bathrooms were dirty and had no soap, overflowing trash and sanitary napkins trashes. Men’s bathroom door was propped open all day/ night. I was given the wrong codes for bathrooms at check in. Store was empty. Campground has gone downhill, won’t be back.

It was good, i have seen cleaner and better KOA's but it wasnt horrible. The worst part is the bathroom/shower had no heater and to top it off I was taking a shower and the worker opened the door and propted it open! It was 30 something outside so I was frozen!!

It was a bit rough compared to other KOA’s. They asvertised services they didn’t provide or provide any notice they weren’t available. Including the bathrooms in the loops away from the main building were locked. There was no WIFI service. Listed TV but none in cabin. Routes through campground were poorly marked. The space heater was very loud without a thermostat so ran continuous

- cabin not ready for our arrival (we paid extra for a cabin - instead of a tent site - because of the rain prediction) and it was cold, with a blown breaker and the unplugged heater had a frayed wire (risk of shock or electrocution) - we borrowed a heater from a relative in town to use during our stay (turned in broken unit in A.M. on 11/9) - bathroom wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there

It was a wonderful week at our favorite campground! Whitney and her staff have done a fabulous job in keeping the grounds clean; the cabins spotless; and the place looking great! Thank you for making our visit so special! We can’t wait to return!

The cabin was excellent but the slats in the bed were old and I slept in the hole I was calling the Grand Canyon by 10 pm. The slats need to be replaced in the bed. 3 of the 4 washers were broken and only 2 of 8 dryers worked effectively. The campground itself was absolutely stunning though. It was clean the management was friendly. We will plan to stay again next year.

The deluxe cabin was adorable: nice wood, cute porch and front area. Well worth the cost. However, even though I requested for them to provide linens for us, well in advance, in writing, and verbally, 3 times, linens were not there. The office was closed. I left a message. The emergency rep called me back an hour later. Linens arrived an hour after that. Office hours need to be expanded.

TV didn't work. Porch light didn't work. Heaters didn't give off much heat and it was cold in the cabin and neighboring cabin too close. I don't see my deposit refund yet on my credit card. Nice staff though.

It’s was so cute and charming. The cabin was clean and so cute (I loved the porch swing) I’m definitely going to come back in the future. Our cabin was a little ways from the water access and bathroom but it wasn’t that big a deal. The cabins have electricity and I had 5 bars cell service. I’ve never booked a cabin before I’m usually a camper but this is the perfect glamping experience.

bin was really nice. Except we had only appx. 2 minutes of available hot water. Everything was nice and clean. Also our front porch lights did not work which was quite annoying. The office closed early on Friday night and we had to go to Crescent City for firewood. Could not let my 2 very small service dogs run around in play area because there were many escape routes under fence and gate.

The place is awesome, really nice! But the cabin was quiet sober… no cooking, but also no glasses/bowls. When we arrives the reception was very nice, the second day there was another girl. We mentioned that the remote control was missing in our cabin. She did not take any action to arrange one for us… sad! The guy who works on the property is great, such a nice person! Overall it was nice!

Clean and maintained. My only disappointment, my cabin #4 couldn’t get access to the internet so I had to be closer to the office for range, and ended up over my data plan through my phone.

The one thing I like about this KOA is that there is more privacy between the cabins. However, There are only 2 bathrooms and one of them needs a code. There is a sign in the bathroom warning campers of theft. Needing a bathroom code early in the morning is somewhat hard when half asleep. One of the bathrooms had broken soap dispensers. I must say that the staff was very friendly & helpful.

There was only one washing machine to use… The other two were broke down and the cabin that we were in had garbage under the bed and in the garbage can, and the showers had a lot of hair buildup in the shower drains … Other than that, the campground and front desk service was awesome. It is a beautiful area and we hope to return at some point.

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
