I was disappointed in the laundry facilities. The dog park was in tatters and the disposal of the dog waste was not attended too. There were no waste bags and the waste was spilling out onto the ground. This KOA could be the best if attended too properly.

Our stay was great! Cabin was very comfortable. We look forward to seeing what the new staff and owners do. We used to visit this koa quite often and our kids loved it.

Where to start. Site (C8) to small for my trailer . Slide out into bushes to make it possible to come down my stairs. Water in another persons camp through trees. Rear neighbor 3’ away. No table. Social area, if it was one, was next to the road in front of trailer. Dog park trash not emptied, poop bags piled up on ground, no poop bags. Laundry room all machines out of order. No wifi.

Never saw an actual employee (office closes so early). Our campsite wasn’t marked - we had to guess. Bathrooms absolutely disgusting and dirty. There was only one roll of toilet paper for three bathroom stalls in the women’s bathroom. Shower was warm at best and is a random pipe from the ceiling. We stayed previously and were pleased with our stay. This stay we couldn’t leave quickly enough.

Bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Place could use some updating. Campground has potential but, seems very little effort put into the place.

Unit wasn't clean when we arrived. Wasn't sweeped. Dust everywhere and hair from previous people. Ladies bathrooms lacked the toilet seat cover and paper towels were not supplied the first day. There were no personal at the office to notify about issues. However the place is very convenient and nice

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA! Our small trailer was nestled in a site that had two huge redwood stumps and several redwood trees around it. The area is quiet, the bathrooms and grounds are well maintained save for a few potholes in the gravel drive into the camping area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask about the self-guided tours that they can provide info for!

Nice place, but. Laundry only had 1 washer and 1 dryer working. Ridiculous. I usually would rather stay at state or federal parks but stay at KOA to do laundry and have full hookups. This has not been the first time washing facilities have been out of service at KOA’s. Might decide to skip them and go to a laundromat!

Very cramped sites. The water and electrical was wonky and clear up front in our site. No cover over the electrical box. Thankfully we had long enough extensions. Office closes early every day. (5pm and no help) Not secure and the washer/dryers were out of order except for two random machines. No way to make change. WiFi did not work. Overall just disappointing for a KOA…… WiFi didn’t wor

This is the only KOA I wasn't impressed with. The bathrooms need a lot of work. There was a pair of underwear hanging from the showers. Mildew/mold in the corners. I stay at KOAs a lot and this one left a lot to be desired.

WiFi has become a mainstay for those of us who travel. Having KOA Park WiFi that didn’t work is a major takeaway for us. My wife found a disclaimer that the WiFi was only working in rows A & B, our camp spot was in row C. That being said, it was a nice stay, easy access and friendly staff.

Need to spiff out the bathroom. Need to fix the laundry...one washer one dryer only working? Ridiculous. Also longer office hours with more items to sell in the store. As is, this KOA doesn't deserve to call itself a Holiday.

This was a beautiful park. However, nothing worked. 1 washer, 1 dryer, the computer system was down and the staff were stressed, as they should be.

We always enjoy staying at this KOA. Great location and nice camp sites. The showers need better cleaning.

The laundry room was out of order except for 1 dryer. The bathroom/ shower house was horrible . The vent didn’t have a cover on it and was so rusted in the shower house. The only good thing about this place was the plentiful of hot water in the shower and the beautiful trees that were on the property. Someone needs to take over this gorgeous location and help this KOA.

The staff was not very helpful. After paying for my stay, the young lady handed me a map with my campsite marked on it. I drove around through a maze of roads for some time before finding it. You need a code to get into the bathroom and she did not inform me of this, but fortunately another camper helped me out. Wifi only works at the main building, which was a long way from my campsite.

The campground made a good gathering spot for our group, although we had hoped for more wooded spots. Minor inconvenience was that the closer showers had no working hot water and of the more distant showers, 1 of the 3 in the women’s area was out of service.

I've been coming here for about 15 years, and this is the first time I can say it's not my favorite. I understand new ownership, but nobody was around, one guy was helpful once we chased him down. The store is empty, there were ZERO activities, no help for firewood, no-one in the office mostly ever, even with times posted. I was really really disappointed this time around.

You can read my detailed comments on Google. We believe KOA Inc. would cancel the franchise agreement if a visit was like ours, and ours likely is not an isolated case.

Did not deliver the services on the KOA reservation site. No hot water or showers in bathhouse near our site. Owners were on vacation and left a small staff to run the campground. It’s a beautiful location that needs good management.

This camp is not well maintained. Sites are very small. They have 1 washer and 1 dryer working. No camp host. Allow homeless people to stay in the cabins if it’s not rented out. A bike was stolen from our group due to the lack of security they have here. Bathrooms are gross and/or out of order. Don’t waste your time and money here.

We booked before the the alert went up on the website so we were surprised at no laundry and no wifi Also ran into no toilet paper a couple times And when the store closed at 4 all week, we never did get in from touring in time. High hopes; it’s the longest KOA stay we’ve ever booked. However, as far as KOAs go, it’s the first sub par rating we’ve given

Needs hooks in changing area of shower Strong cleaning smell. Asked for a cabin change & they said there were none available. However, we know that there were 2 cabins which were the same type as ours that were not occupied. They did wipe everything down again & did give us a fan. Opened windows ate outside. Went to town for the evening came back & it was still strong smelling. Amazing views!

This KOA was under new management. The store didn’t have much (rightly so due to the transition phase). The bathrooms are dated but the staff kept them as clean as they could. We loved our cabin amongst the trees. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this place. We stayed in a deluxe cabin in 2023 & loved our time.

This campsite is in major disrepair. Also very dusty. WiFi useless. Way overpriced for what it is. Small sites. Should never be labeled as a KOA Holiday. No laundry facilities. Staff riding around on a noisy utility vehicle kicking up dust everywhere. Only thing going for it is proximity to Redwoods Park

No cable TV due to new ownership transition. Office was only open from 1100-4PM. Roads have major potholes. Tall weeds in all campsites. Our pull thru site was extremely unlevel. Only one functioning washer and dryer in laundry area. This place has gone downhill! Look elsewhere!!

This was disappointing. No WiFi to reach our site, as advertised, and 1 of 3 washers was in working order and 1 of 5 dryers was in working order. We paid a lot of money for amenities that were either not available to us or minimal. I planned our 2 week road trip around campgrounds with amenities we needed and this did not feel as advertised.

Pros: beautiful setting, people were definitely quiet after quiet hours, easy access to highway to continue our road trip. Cons: There were only two working showers for all women staying at the campsite. The second bathroom has no showers or hot water at all.

We tried to call the day before we arrived and no one answered after 4 different times of calling. They were suppose to be open at 10:00am. When we arrived there was a line of RV's waiting to check in. The office was not open yet at 1:45pm. Some of the RV's were stuck in the street. Finally our spot was terrible, we barely fit and the grounds were overgrown weeds.

Such a great location! We stayed in a large cabin with a small kitchen and bathroom. Loved the cabin! We had to bring sheets and blankets and scrounge up some pillows and towels but other than that it is well stocked. We visited Kellog Beach, went on all the trails in Jedediah State Park, swam in Smith River and had a seriously magical time. There was a rooster that woke us up every morning.

This was a nice easy place to stay while we explored nearby redwoods. Late arrival checkin was easy. Everything was clean. We liked the rec room and game room and field with playground (volleyball net was in bad shape. but we didn't have much time to use it). The office didn't open at 9am, so we couldn't ask questions when we had them. We wanted to try banana bikes but never saw the rentals open.

During arrival staff was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately our site did not fit our rig, bushes and trees had not been trimmed properly so our pop outs were scratching against them. Additionally the laundry was out of service and the KOA store had empty shelves. We were told there was new management and we hope they will be successful.

Nice peeople! Kabin in the Redwoods was very aesthetic. Firepit worked well. Mattresses were not super comfortable. Thank you for not putting a time limit on the showers. Whole bathroom needs upgrade with working hardware including door locks and hooks for clothes/ towels. Loved the provided cheat sheets for attractions in the area!

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
