Everything was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The tent campsites were beautiful and nestled into the redwoods.

Whitney and the team at your location KOA redwoods are amazing very helpful outgoing, and is representing your KOA the way it should most definitely will stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Blessings the way Church Medford.

Booked our stay months in advance. When we arrived the park was full. The only site available was a small pull thru made for travel trailer or small 5th wheel. Could not use the table or anything outside after the slides were open. Our rig filled the entire site. We were very disappointed.

We loved our space up in the tree area of the park. Close to the bathroom and easy to get our van in and set up for a wonderful night of sleep.

We had a really great stay here! We were able to check in late, restroom/shower facilities were easily accessible, and campsite itself was perfect (picnic table, fire pit, space for car and tent). Will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed a nice evening while traveling along the coast. Campground, baths and showers were clean. The area was relatively quiet even though close to Hwy 101.

Loved this campground. Keeping it old school with individual wooded sites. Great WiFi. Clean common areas. Location was good. Very quiet!!

Convenient to Redwoods Park. However, the bathrooms near our site were not great. The shower was just a pipe coming straight down from the ceiling, and they were not super clean. Also, the site was a back in, but it backed into a site behind it so that our trailers were almost touching, it was so close. Not a peaceful, private site at all.

It was a breathtaking spot, making the reservation and checking in was easy, and the emenities were fine. The only disappointment was the weird shower head.

This time we only stayed one night. Our site was clean and spacious. I appreciate late check in. The gift shop needs replenishing!

I cant express enough how wonderful the staff is here! My kitty escaped my first day here. The entire staff has spent countless hours helping me try to find him. Also they have been gracious about helping me back in to my spot. I find the campgrounds absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend. I will be back

Overall a nice facility. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The RV sites are pretty snug to get into and need some pruning, primarily overhead. 5th wheels end up dragging through the tree canopy in some places.

Our camping trip started out with a phone call that our cabin had bats nested in it. The staff was able to get us a much different but definitely a usable cabin in a wonderful wooded area. Making our stay just as enjoyable. Just no kitchen or bath in the cabin. So we brought a stove and KOA showers are hot and very clean! Thanks for taking care of us!

We had a great stay. The site we were in was spacious and nicely lined with trees and bushes. The campground was quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed use of the dog park and playground. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got to pet the goats and see wild bunnies and baby quail around the canpground, which was fun for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is gorgeous, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need to be better maintained and kept clean, and the late check in process needs to be modified because someone took our reserved site, and we had to spend our first night in the parking lot. We were refunded the fees, but it was stressful not being able to set up our site and wondering if we would get our site.

There is a lot of potential here but it missed the mark for us due to poor customer service in the store, seemingly poor planning for keeping the store stocked after a holiday weekend, and the bathrooms/showers. Some stalls did not lock, shower heads are too low for people on the taller side (I am 5’8”&the shower head was eye-level). Campground lacked a lot of things that other KOA Holidays of

HAZARD! DO NOT STAY! Because the sink in the Kamp Kitchen was clogged, we observed dry campers washing and rinsing dishes at a shared water outlet, spilling the water on the ground. Health violation!. Also I overheard a camper in the office reporting a theft of a carry bag while in the shower. And the first site we were assigned had a reported “ground fault” on the 30amp circuit. Thank hea

The check in process was great. The lady helped us insure our RV was next to the cabin being rented by our group. The cabin was clean and comfortable. RV spaces well positioned for privacy and well maintained. Handy to Jedediah Smith. My only negative comment is public spaces (game room, office and particularly The bathroom needs to be updated.

We were in 606, the fire pit was smaller than the rest, we had no shade or privacy, and we were far from the bathrooms. We did have lots of space, room for a big tent, and 2 canopies, a Pic nic table and a small fire pit. We were right across from the play ground, a bonus because we had kids, not the best for noise as there were lots of other kids and they kept running through our campsite!

We were there for the 4 th of July. We had a big group. We got cabins and tents ���� they were all pretty nice. Bathrooms were clean and staff was extra nice (helpfully).we will be back.

*not by any fault of the campground* but I showered, which the showers are SO clean and have great pressure and hot water, and I accidentally left my clothes on the sink. Went back to get them and one of shirts had been stolen…really upset that people think it's okay to steal. It was a white long sleeve shirt that said trick or treat with the cast of scooby doo. Thrifted it years ago and really upset someone stole it. My other clothes had been left behind. Leaving something behind on accident does not give anyone the right to steal. Can hear the highway depending on your site. Laundry available for a fee but bathrooms and showers very clean.

Great location to setup your base camp when visiting the redwoods. Also one of the rare RV parks with solid internet.
