This was our second time staying here & couldn't be more pleased! Rooms are clean, tidy, and thoughtfully stocked with basic necessities (kitchen towels, utensils, tp). Both times have been off-season so the campground is rather quiet & peaceful. We had a neighbor but never saw or heard them. Location is very convenient for day hikes around the surrounding area. Checking in & out is breez

Good place to camp but had trouble with Starlink internet service cutting in and out even though I found a clear sky location for the receiver.

You switched the glass plates and utensil's with hard plastic ones. I couldn't eat my dinner with your fork so I one to the dollar store and bought my own forks. I also went and bought sponges because the sponges that were under the sink were filthy. I have stayed at this KOA for over 20 years and never had this trouble before. Changing ownership has caused the KOA to go down hill...

The campground is in a beautiful redwoods setting and we liked that very much. The cabin we stayed in wasn’t so good the smoke alarm was going off every time we turned on the small electric heater. The temps at night got down to the low 40s and we needed the heater but couldn’t use it because it set off the alarm. We didn’t get any sleep that night and had a long drive the next day

Our late check in form was not available when we arrived even though we called them and arrived within a few hours The campsite for our van was very small and crammed in between 2 large rv's. Can't imagine how hectic it must be during peak summer season

Lots of encampments around this place. Lots of people without homes here and it was hard to see. Beautiful trees.

We rented a cabin and the shower curtain was not water proof so when you took a shower water just ran onto the floor where you can see it had caused black mold along the trim, we I went to the office to let them know the staff seemed more interested in getting back to playing on her phone and the gift shop had nothing in stock like last year and since this location sold it continues to decline.

Our attendant was very accommodating and very very supportive as well as friendly. She is the reason we keep coming back.

My family stayed in a cabin for two nights. It’s a lovely area, and the cabin was great. The koa offerings are a lot more limited than others we have been to. More of a bare bones experience. The main facilities just seemed sort of…tired.

It was difficult to rate this KOA. The location is awesome and the sites are in a beautiful setting. This campground has a lot of potential but needs renovations. The roads and sites need gravel and drainage, water pressure is too low plus the internet did not work for our stay. This KOA needs more security. On our second night thieves drove in and stole our propane tanks from the RV.Disapointing!

Everything was great except the Wi-Fi. Could not get it at our site. Had to take a 3-hr online meeting in the cold, dimly lit meeting room. Got the meeting done, but wish it could have been in the warm trailer. LOVED camping in the midst of redwoods though.

Great location. They had a good amount of rain before our arrival however, this does not justify having a muddy spot. They need more gravel in the parking spots. Otherwise great stay and kind staff.

We were told it was under new ownership, hopefully they will fix the problems: huge potholes throught, the laundry room was a disaster, the camp store looked as if it was going out of business ( spare supplies).

Seems to be the standard now to gloss-over or outright deceive campers who reserve tent sites. Tired of seeing standardized descriptions like "gravel" or "mulch" or "grass" for the ground we're expected to pitch on, only to show up and find just dirt. We understand that it's not RV luxury, but at least be honest about what your sites actually look like. Positive, smell of the redwoods never miss.

A gorgeous wooded area right in the middle of the Redwoods. The new owners promise to fix what isn't working. Try to avoid talking to Whitney at the front desk. She is cold and unhelpful.

We have a Teardrop trailer, we stayed under the Redwoods and it was fabulous. Beautiful, quiet, and other campers spread out and not stacked on top of each other; another fabulous experience here. This KOA is clean, including the grounds, bathrooms, showers- everything! We love it here and definitely will be back!

We were somewhat disappointed with our stay. Several of the laundromat machines were out-of-service, making a backup there. The WIFI was marginal, and we were fairly close to the office. The campground and sites need some basic attention. On the upside, the bathrooms were clean and dry, and the water and electric service worked as advertised.

Beautiful setting! The cabin was clean and well maintained. It met our needs perfectly. The park was peaceful and quiet which was much appreciated. We so enjoyed visiting with the chickens and goats:)

Read the reviews before we came and was skeptical. No reason to be. Check in was smooth. Cabin was clean. However, I think it was an inflatable mattress for the bed. The entire campground was clean and inviting. Could use better signage on the road.

A few things : #1 is the roadway inside the park. I'd nickname this "Potholes KOA". #2. No WIFI. They said they had WIFI but the signal was so weak we couldn't find it. #3. Office hours. Check in was at 2pm. We arrived at @ 2:15 with a note on the door that they were closed until 2:45. We were there for 5 nights and never found the office open during normal hours. Good location though.

While it is somewhat rustic, it is conveniently located near historic sites, complete with all of the necessary amenities of a RV park, and the RV sites and cabins are right in the midst of magnificent Redwoods.

Woman’s bathrooms were a mess. Stalls and showers were out of order. Shower heads had lousy water pressure. I’ve been to a number of KOA’s and this was definitely not one of the better ones.

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
