Such a beautiful setting. The new management is obviously making an effort to make this KOA as good as possible. The laundry was back on, the bathrooms were consistently cleaned and staff were friendly and accommodating. This location is second to none, in my opinion.

The surroundings were gorgeous. The campsite was good and seeing the elk was wonderful. I cannot give it a higher rating as the bathrooms were horrific! They were painting the women's and told us we could use the mems, but the men's bathrooms didn't flush. Toilets were filled with poop. We walked all the way out to the tenting area a second set of bathrooms were. Women's was open but no showers

No linens available, had to purchase our own and fly with them there. Laundry facility wasn't operating until the day before we left.

They had no sheets or towels for cabin we rented said we needed 24 hours notice to get sheets and towels it doesn’t say anything on the website about that just extra money for sheets. The shower head was off laying on the window sill. The dumpsters were over full. Stall was very friendly or helpful

Site was way small. Women's shower closed and men's wad so dirty and there was no hot water. Dedinately not KOA standards and we'll think twice before staying at another one.

the place was well kept and the trails to walk were nice in the redwoods woman's showers were cold though only complaint. the host was really helpful and let us have a late check out, thought they might want to get a hot tub in the redwoods

We arrived at 6:00 pm and the office was closed. All of the other KOAs along our route closed at 8:00, but okay. The problem arose when no information was available about where to park our rig. We prepaid so that was not an issue, but not a map to be found. Also, there was a notice posted at the posted at the office that all sites were full but this was clearly not the case. Grounds not great.

We had the most magical stay at the KOA. The staff was really friendly and shared some information about the local sites. The kids loved the bunk beds, the park and petting zoo and we loved the kitchen and private bedroom in the big cabin. The grounds are beautiful and location is convenient to get to the Jedidiah National Forest, the beach and the Walmart. Couldn't ask for more!

Older facility but clean bathrooms, store inside empty, no one was there at 3 O'clock to check-in. The entry was off the main road had a big sign but no working lights and made it difficult to see where to turn into at night. I think is dangerous being the road has no turn lain and people are driving 60 plus

Campsites were nice and somewhat private between sites. I realize its off season but still the store was sparsely stocked. Restrooms/showers didnt get cleaned for at least 3 days....gross. Laundry was closed for some work.

The rudest koa I’ve ever been to. I was harassed about stealing a heater that wasn’t even in the cabin to start with causing me to drive the rest of the way into crescent city to buy a heater. Whoever was on the phone at the front desk was beyond rude and needs a serious re-evaluation on customer service.

Overnight was fine. The exit was full of cars blocking us. We asked front desk to help but she suggested backing out. No way! We finally took the chance and a lot of time and made it. A larger rig would have been stuck.

It was a beautiful campground very quite and friendly people. Excellent location to the Smith River fishing and redwood Parks everywhere. I would definitely come back.

Check in staff was friendly and it was quiet at night. We reserved a premium pull thru site with patio and it barely fit our 41' 5th wheel. We couldn't use our patio due to how we had to park our rig. Wasn't worth the $70+ that I paid for it. The patio seating was in poor condition and the seat for swing wasn't there. Wifi was nonexistent. Road in campground was full of potholes. Place needs love.

Was greeted by a young woman who was very pleasant to work with while registering. Site was easy to get into and the grounds were clean and organized.

Check in was great. The heat in the showers has been increased from when I last stayed, so thank you for that. I still feel you have someone homeless that comes in at night to shower, I'd see about changing the codes to the bathrooms. Remodeling is going on in the cloths washer room, looks like a work in progress now but next visit should be done! Will stay again soon!!

They put us with the long term campers ( didn’t know this was a thing at smaller KOA’s) neighbors clearly sold drugs 10 + different visitors at all hours. The other long term had his two dogs tied up outside and they barked from 7am to 10 pm all 4 nights we stayed. The young lady in the office literally told me there’s nothing she could do another camper was in complaining too. Bad bad exper

We arrived to stay in a cabin w/o a bathroom. We got there at about 4:30 pm and the office closed at 5:00 pm. We were assigned cabin 15. After being assigned 15 and where it was located we learned that the closer restroom was out of order and that we had to walk from our cabin to the restroom by the office. I later noticed they had an unoccupied closer cabin that we could have been put in.

It rained cats and dogs the entire time we were there. I don't feel any calling at all to return to Crescent City or anywhere in the Pacific Northwest again.

We're new to camping with an RV and this was our first KOA stay. We booked this KOA based on location and we were not disappointed! The staff was friendly, the grounds were like camping in a magical forest, cabins were darling, RV sites had full hook ups, we noticed a playground and field for playing as well. Great job on this KOA, it feels like it's being ran by someone who loves the property.

The staff were great making sure we had a spot which fit our unit. The property is a little off the highway and very quiet. Enjoyed our 3 night stay and the price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely return, if in the area.

We arrived around 6:30. The camp was VERY dark, there was no one in the office, but I could hear employees inside the building. We selected a site near a restroom. The restrooms were locked with no signs or any information to why they are not open. The site was flooded from the storms so we had to drive to the front any time anyone needed a bathroom. Only restroom was dirty, smelled like cigarette

It was wonderful except for one thing. Please do better with customer service at the desk. Yes, winter hours are shorter but the lobby was locked up during these times. Receptionist could have been more respectful and understanding. Got things ironed out and stay was great.

The entire park was SUPER clean and extremely well maintained. It is like being in a redwood forest with magnificent trees surrounding you. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our site was possibly the nicest one we've stayed in at any KOA. Highly recommend this campground if you are ever in the area. It is centrally located for access to the coast and the redwood parks.

The water at our site was turned off. The bathroom nearest our site was closed. None of this was apparent to me when I booked. The showers/bathroom that was available was very old and in need of renovations. I probably would not stay here again unless they upgrade.

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
