Great stay in all ways. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the restrooms were always clean and the setting was magical. I recommended it to my friends and family as a bucket list must-do.

We really enjoyed the campground, very quiet, clean, and very beautiful. We are always concerned when we go to a campground how quiet it will be at night. This is the quietest campground we have experienced with the amount of people. Thank you! This will definitely be on our list of campgrounds if/when we return to the area.

The campsites were very close together and tight with very little room. The men's restroom/shower needed maintenance attention. There were no latches on any of the stalls. The best part was the large dog run area that was fenced in.

Great staff, beautiful surroundings, close to Crescent City, ocean and redwoods. Campground continues to have issues with their restrooms- out of order too much.

The two ladies who met us at check in provided exceptional customer service. They went above to show us the best places to visit in the area. The campground was clean and neat. Everything went great.

We are so thankful to have a safe place to stay with our dogs on road trips. We were only able to secure a rustic cabin. The sleeping pads are in no way comfortable, but we had a place to rest our bodies. The shower heads are LOW. I am 5’2” and I had to duck down to wet my hair. The staff is friendly. The park is quiet. The scenery is stunning. Thank you for the hospitality.

this is a quiet campground, lots of pine and redwood trees, tall bushes in between sites and clean. friendly staff.

Nice little campground with friendly staff. The store was not stocked but it is getting close to end of season so I don’t hold that against them. Close drive to Battery Point lighthouse. We also did the Newton B Drury scenic. Parkway. A more RV friendly drive through some of the Redwoods and Trees of Mystery before heading back to the campground for an evening by the campfire and a peaceful wal

The park needs a lot of sprucing up. A work camper was running around in a golf cart with a small child driving. It didn’t seem like anyone was in charge. No one took you to your site. Bathrooms need updating n

Bathrooms needed attention, toilets plugged, some stalls wouldn’t lock, toilet paper empty, septic tank overflowing. Store was lacking supplies and $10 for a very small firewood bundle and an additional $4 for some kindling after paying $50 for a single night tent site is too much.

WE came in about 0100 and found our cabin, to find we didn't have a key to get in, and the after hours number, they will call your back in the morning!! Absolutely unacceptable. Had to find a hotel in the middle of the night, thank you.

We have been coming here for years and absolutely love it!! We met a gal who worked there this last time who had fresh blueberries. She let us know there was a blueberry farm close by- so the next day we spent the afternoon there. Always an amazing time at this KOA!! We love the one bedroom cabins they’re perfect!!

Small old style KOA. We had a deluxe patio site and while it did have a table and chairs a swing and a pinic table it wasn't the new furniture like other KOA's. There wasn’t a grill either. The campground was well maintained except for the lack of dust control. It has nice shrubs between sites for privacy. The staff was friendly but they are gone from 12 to 1:30pm daily.

The RV spaces are close together, showers are dirty, the toilet cabins and showers deserve an upkeep after what looks like decades of negligent.

This was my second stay at this KOA and I will definitely stay here again. The cabins are nestled back in the trees and it's such a lovely spot. Our family enjoyed the game room with the piano and the arcade. They also loved visiting with the goats.

Very nice campground. Very nice people. The only negative was the sprinkler ran all day for 2 days in the K9 area. We were there for 5 days and would stay again.

The cabin rental was good, however it is right against the highway and is very loud cars driving by at 55mph. Also one window has a broken handle, really needs to be functional. And the working window needs to have a proper screen, it is a screen that leaves a foot of space on each side and falls out everytime you open the door.

I could live at tent site 701! We loved this property. The bathrooms/bath house could use updated, but other than that this place is perfect.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the setting is beautiful, but this KOA, like others, blurs the definition between deferred maintenance and neglect. KOAs seem to have become the place to go only when all of the campgrounds in state parks are full.

After a long drive, you do not want to be told that linens are an extra $50. You just want to unpack the car and rest. It hit me as extremely tacky. I will need to pack a sleeping bag and towels from now on, just in case you want me to buy another set of linen for you. Other than that, the stay was fine.

I have stayed in many deluxe cabins. I could not use the stove without the smoke alarm going off. Had to pay extra for linens, told we'd get 2 sets of sheets, given only one, 3 sleeping bags not adequate, opened them up and used our blankets, 4 forks and spoons, 2 knifes for 6 person cabin, no indication TV inoperable until we asked. RV dump station right next to cabin which we smelled while in us

Positives. The campground was extremely beautiful: camping among the Redwoods in spacious sites. You could see the stars. Had recycling. Negatives. The office hours were short. Stayed at 7 different KOAs this trip. Our closest bathhouse was worst of trip & any KOA ever, fell way short of KOA expectations. Bathouse was overly/always full, cold showers, dirty sinks & overflowing trash.

three nights stay, I can’t say anything bad about the campground other than the spot we had we were unable to utilize our awning on our RV, as there were very tall hedges in between the RV spots, and we could not extend the awning without hitting the hedges. With that being said, it was cloudy most of the time and didn’t need to use the awning.

I had a great stay. The only negative was that I had to move from a wooded spot to a more crowded area but everything worked out well. The park has a lot of nice campsites especially the smaller tent and RV spots in the more wooded areas. Very nice helpful staff.

We stayed in two of the cabins which were clean and comfortable. The campground is quiet and pretty. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient to Crescent City and Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely LOVED everything about your KOA. From our check-in with Missy, until departurue, we truly had a great time relaxing at your campground after some busy exploration days. The location of your KOA could not have been any better for the things we wanted to see and do in Crescent City. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work! Highly recommend!!

*not by any fault of the campground* but I showered, which the showers are SO clean and have great pressure and hot water, and I accidentally left my clothes on the sink. Went back to get them and one of shirts had been stolen…really upset that people think it's okay to steal. It was a white long sleeve shirt that said trick or treat with the cast of scooby doo. Thrifted it years ago and really upset someone stole it. My other clothes had been left behind. Leaving something behind on accident does not give anyone the right to steal. Can hear the highway depending on your site. Laundry available for a fee but bathrooms and showers very clean.

Great location to setup your base camp when visiting the redwoods. Also one of the rare RV parks with solid internet.
