Cleaning bathroom and shower must be done every day (at least)! I stayed for 3 nights, and the 1st cleaning was done the day I left.

Booked a stay . Was told that no full hook- ups were available. First night of a 3 night stay water / electric. Went to the office to check on availability for full hook-up I was told none available. Did a walk around that evening and the next morning. I noticed more than one opening for fulll-hookup. Disappointed The young lady at the desk wasn’t more helpful.

Cabin was excellent and clean. The campground was quiet and clean. Would stay here again!

The location is great actually very quiet for being right of the highway. But staff was not helpful called several times before we arrived they never answered the phone or called back. We had booked 2 sites requested they be next to each other but they were not. Bathroom showers were in poor condition and laundry facilities were not working. Should not be a KOA worse one we stayed at.

The grounds are beautiful with many large and interesting Redwoods trees towels amongst. Facilities were lacking - no washer/fdryer for the 3 days we stayed there. That is my main reason for downgrading my rating.

Young lady at the reception counter was super pleasant however the primary reason I booked a cabin was to exit my truck for a night and sit more comfortably while reviewing destinations and personal accounts via wifi. The fact that the wifi does not reach the cabins and wifi is advertised is misleading! Had I known this was the case I would not have booked the cabin.

Beautiful setting in the tall trees. Lots of shade, which was great coming from several 90+ degree days. Could use more staffing as the office and store closes at 5 and I was prepared to buy beer.

This was my 3rd time at this KOA. The people are super nice and the facilities are great.

Hot water out- couldn’t take showers, wash hands or dishes unless we went across the property to the office area. The main road to our campsite was blocked by an RV for a long duration so we had to go through a play field to get to our site. Both nights campers came into sites next to us and set up tents very late (11pm) and woke our family up- should be a time deadline for arrival.

Stayed in a cabin Aug. 5-10, our traveling companions took an RV site. Pros: the staff was very helpful, the campground had beautiful big trees, the cabin was clean. Cons: firewood wasn’t very good and one bath house had no hot water. We enjoyed our stay, had no problems.

The bathrooms were very clean, the office attendant was very friendly, the map was helpful, our site was easy to find, and the campsite was lovely! No complaints

I am so sad to see this campground go down hill so bad. There was no hot water available in 1 of the 2 restrooms for showers. The washing machines were down and the restrooms were filthy. The front desk manager did tell me they cannot find people to work, and they are extremely understaffed. This was a favorite location of ours years ago.

I enjoyed being surrounded by large trees and this was a good location near the redwoods. I liked that they were dog friendly. The highway was right next to the cabin we rented so you could hear cars at night.

The location is amazing, however most of the park could not obtain wifi, which was advertised. Also showers and bathrooms did not have hot water and no timeline as to when they would be repaired. Also it was advertised to have laundry facilities but they were also broken and I was told by another camper that it was broken for a while. Not up to KOA standards! Was very disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is lovely and very peaceful with redwoods as part of the park.. We were in an open area that had sun on the days it was out. The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly and the restrooms/showers were cleaned frequently.

They say "Quiet time is strictly enforced." They must have meant "NOT enforced." In addition to our stay being NOT quiet and peaceful, the place was also in poor maintenance.

Stayed for a week. I was a little worried after seeing quite a few poor reviews. We found the park to be beautiful, clean and quiet, just as it was last time we visited. I only saw the front bathroom area, it was clean and required a code for entry. Office hours 8-5, staff was friendly and let us know that laundry was not working. Saw staff working around the grounds regularly. Excellent KOA!

Amazing location, friendly staff. Condition of deluxe cabin did not match other KOA’s. Toilet often didn’t fill or ran, cup rings on surfaces indicating lack of cleaning, method to light stove not provided, ceiling fan in disrepair, WiFi not always on and no PW. Nice camp sites and people at the desk were very helpful and well organized. They were able to assign several of our family group to adjacent sites, which we really appreciated. Downsides are that site is a 15 min drive from Jed Smith; that there are no water spigots at the camp sites; and the hot water was out of service in the bathroom. Overall, good alternative to Jed Smith, which was full.

Cabin was great! Women's bathhouse needs more regular maintenance and cleaning. Washing machines were down with an extremely long wait for repair time.

Def better than last year. no amenities were avail last year due to wildfire, but still the rate was same. Wasnt happy about that. This year, more was open however, laundry still not avail which is one big reason I choose KOA. And wifi was not available at the spot they put me at. Ugh. Really like the sites! Only thing to mention is that for some strange reason there was a lot of mud in the restroom! I’m not sure why… maybe an outside wash area would be helpful for rinsing out muddy stuff?

No hot water in the showers/rest rooms. No one in the office when we arrived at 5pm. Water faucet at campsite produced a high pressure, low volume spray.

Overall, we were very pleased with the campground and staff! Checking in and out was very simple. Facilities and camp site was clean and flat. Due to sites being placed closely together, the noise from neighbor campers late at night negatively impacted our stay.

Stayed overnight with a fifth wheel in pull through site. Campground was quiet and clean although a little dusty due to the gravel roads

Great location, horrible upkeep on bathrooms. Women's restroom passcode is a hard password to remember just a bunch of random numbers in a row, and the mens is super easy to remember (example of mens: 12345 not actual password). Not a super great equality here.. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper almost every day we were there & trash was over flowing. No one was at front desk to tell.

We arrived after dark, but were able to find our cabin. We had a restful and quiet night in the cabin. At 2:00 AM I had to use the men's room, but when I was using the restroom a homeless women came in and took a shower. That was interesting!

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
