It was good. I'd have preferred a cabin deeper in the redwood forest, but the one I got was fine,#13. The smoke alarm appeared to be damaged or missing; that should be checked. Thanks.

The assigned site was not made ready for the season. tall grass, uneven and no power in the outlet. Office was closed at 5pm. The person running the bathroom cleaning team found another site for us and let's know they have had many problems with power. Bathroom was spotless. Over all looks like the campground needs much loving care

We had a really good time! The weather was cooler, but our cabin came with a heater which was really nice! We definitely got our use out of it. The campgrounds and bathrooms were clean. My only note is that the floors were not swept enough. There was a lot of dog hair.

It was not that great 1. The bathroom near our camp was closed. 2. The people next to us were partying into the wee hours of the morning 2am was the time we had to leave the campground due to noise and people making noise.

Loved walking through the wooded part of the campground with my dogs. The redwood trees are so beautiful. Also sitting eating dinner looking out the window there was a herd of elk so cool!

It's a lovely park in the Redwoods with caring, kind staff. When we arrived after hours, we found our electric didn't work. The next morning, Debbie in the office not only comped that night, but upgraded us to a deluxe site for the next 2 nights at no extra charge. She also had two bundles of firewood delivered to us. Excellent customer service and a beautiful setting. We'll definitely be back!

Not a lot of lights to keep you awake and very quiet. Best sleep in three weeks of travel. Kind staff and a beautiful setting. We will have to drop in again. Thanks!

We picked the most horrible weather weekend of the year. That being said, our spot was a mudbog. Horrible. We had already set up the trailer when we realized that other vacant spots weren’t muddy like ours. We just dealt with it. The campground needs roadwork for all the potholes. It is a beautiful setting. Despite all the mud we will definitely be back!!!! Lovely staff!!!

We pulled in at 5:00 pm to find the office was closed. There was no one around to ask questions. The available site were listed with erasable marker that was difficult to read. We grabbed a site and then went to register and pay. . I could not remember my KOA number so payed full price, in cash. I loved this KOA, stayed in a cabin. Couple of things could be improved: cleaning the bathrooms every day - it was a busy holiday weekend and they were not tended to for 2 days; and better/more office hours: 10-3 doesn’t cut it when you’re out and about all day.

We had a great time! The cabin was stayed in, KK1, was a great size! I must say, the water pressure was the best out of every place I've stayed. My only 2 issues were that the heat didn't work, so they had to give us space heaters. That ended up working out fine though. Just wish we were made aware of this ahead of time. Also, the TV was fuzzy the entire time so we couldn't enjoy watching.

Pretty disappointed actually. The bathroom near our site was shut, had to walk about 100 yards further which is not very handy. Theater hookup made of aging plastic hose-type shutoff was leaky. Much of the campground was off limits apparently due to downed trees and issues of small stream flooding.

We stayed at this campground before. It is clean. The cabins were pleasant. The things not up to a 5 rating was the broken up driveway. Sooo many potholes. The cabin was cold until we found a second heater. The kitchen sick hot water would not get hot. The bathroom sink had hot water. I will stay there again. There was no garbage and it was clean.in the campground.

I’m really very disappointed that you guys cut down all of those beautiful trees in the back area. It’s so sad and looks horrible. I’m sure you need more space to expand but it’s just too much deviation of natural beauty for me to support in the future.

We went during the rainy season, but most of the sites were okay. Our site was one of the wetter ones, but we were only there overnight. It was nice and quiet. The store was closed when we arrived (about 4:30 PM), and closed when we left (about 8:30 AM). Lots of trees and protected from any wind. Wi-fi connection was excellent!

Men's washroom code would not work. WIFI was intermittent at our site. No one to contact on site and no phone number on the door to help.

Some sites need gravel refreshed and leveling. Had to change from the first site we picked because of this.

Close to the Redwoods! Clean restrooms with hot showers. Great little area indoors for our young child to play with toys they enjoyed.

I've never been more disappointed in a KOA. While on the road we called during business hours and they still had the message up about being closed on Christmas Day. No Answer! Got there - our site didn't have cable - the cover over the electric panel fell off, WiFi didn't work. I stopped by the office and no one home. My opinion of all KOAs is dimmed but I'll never stop in this one again.

Our site was perfect, thank you. The direction signs from the office were non existent. There was no sign telling us where to park, nor where to go to get to our B site. For someone driving all day, coming into a new venue, it would be nice to have signage telling us where to go. And to top it off as we rolled in the office person locked the door. They could have stayed on duty to help.

Our stay was terrible, we stayed at tent 604. We choose KOA why because we stayed at Palm Springs KOA before and it was great! But when we came here, it was very difficult to find out out our tent space. The map shows everything clearly but since there was no light it was very difficult to find out the spot. Also the spot is open to forest and there is no compound wall. Spot was ugly with cow dun

Very disconcerting to pull in and office closed early with a sign saying there have been a rash of thefts on bicycles in the campground. "People have been coming into the campground at night and using bolt cutters on bike locks to steal bicycles." We considered cancelling our reservation, but there was no one to cancel. If security is an issue, resolve it. Install cameras or hire security.

Our only issue is that site A5 was a bit too small for our trailer. We could not have our slide out extended with our awning, and we could not use the fire pit because it was too close to the trailer and the trees. We will be back next year and ask for a bigger site

Good overnight cabin stay as our group of 4 motorcycled through the area (Apr. 2024). Appreciated the website reservation process as well as the camp staff preps for our after-hours check-in. Clean facilities & grounds. Other than the electric heater not working, it was great. Yep, we'd stay there again.

Really great KOA, cabins are in the midst of Redwoods. Clean campground overall. Office hours are not that great, 10-3 only.
