They need to add rocks by the recreation room entrance. The small stepping stones where not safe. When I stepped out I almost twisted my ankle. My 92 year old mother found it very hard to use her walker to get in the room. You should also have some full cabins that are HANDICAP!!!!!! Other then that we had fun getting together with our other family members. Thank you

We loved our stay at the Crescent City KOA, camping among the Redwoods. Walking the grounds was pleasant, the showers and restrooms were clean, and most of the sites are private from their neighbors.

RV Sites are not good. Fire pit was next to the road. No priviacy. Other campers constantly walking through site coming and going from the playground and not just kids. Felt violated from the start when our neighbor approached us through or RV window and complained about the smoke getting into their camper and asked us to relocate. And then proceeded to tell us it was against policy. Felt unsafe

We stayed here for a few nights and the campground is fine. Our patio site was nice and the area and access to the Redwoods was good too. The camp store is lacking, but there is a Walmart just down the road if you need RV supplies. This is the only KOA I've been to where the laundry only worked through an app. I get it from their perspective, but it was a pain for us and added fees.

Very scenic among the redwoods! Close to the park and attractions. Quiet and safe. The bathrooms are standard camp bathrooms and could use a sprucing up. Got very muddy from rainy weather and was pretty crowded with only a few stalls. Overall I would stay again!

Camping as it should be. Spacious, private sites. Beautiful setting amongst the redwoods. Amenities were good. Nice and clean!

Super low shower heads, had to bend down just to wash my arm pits. Super close sites. Little run down. Men’s bathroom stall doesn’t lock.The one that does lock had no toilet paper. Not sure why you need a code just to use bathroom. Probably find a different campground if we came to area again

The check in process was super easy and the staff there have excellent customer service. Our cabin was nice and clean, and the KOA was well maintained. We have plans to return soon, it was great!

Location great for access to redwoods and ocean. In cabin. Queen bed mattress only 2 to 3 “ thick, so when you sit on bed the mattress goes below wood frame. Also not so comfortable. Discovered when we got to Bandon and stayed in same style rustic cabin with same style bed that the 6 to 7” mattress was more fitting for that wood frame. Small fridge at Bandon was nice amenity.

I had read mixed reviews online. Honestly, I'm not sure where the negative comments came from. The campground was clean, beautiful, and very close to the Redwoods. The desk clerk was welcoming.

We had to call to check in because we were coming in after the office closed at 6:30pm. Way too early. They knew we were staying in the Deluxe Cabin but they did not offer any information about linens or towels. When we arrived we had no linens for beds or towels. And no way to get help. Left a message and the office never called back or checked on us. We had to buy sheets and pillows and towels.

I got in late, real late. I had a good stay. The garbage dumpster was over full and the location was very cramped/tight between campers. Other than that it was ok. �

The setting for this property is very nice, good landscaping and of course the Redwoods on site are impressive! The lower rating is due to overflowing dumpsters, they were full when we arrived and had not been emptied when we left 3 days later. The place is in need of some maintenance. We loved the goats!

Very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Overpriced store compared to other KOA’s. Not well stocked. No Diet Coke. Big negative was overflowing garbage. Otherwise, nice place to walk around.

We stayed in cabins KK1 and DC2. They were both clean and we especially loved the private area KK1 had for grilling and hanging out. It would be 5 stars and a 10 if there would have been a TV and air conditioning in cabin KK1 my daughter has health issues and because of this i had called months in advance to check if there was ac in the cabin and was told yes on the TV and AC.

First, we'll start with the positives: this is a beautiful campground among the coastal redwoods, and the staff were very friendly. Bathrooms and laundry room were kept very clean.It was however, a little confusing to navigate, and could be marked a little better. Also, we stayed in space 201, and the electrical outlet needs to be fixed badly. The screws securing the outlet were stripped.

Screaming children, other guests running radio control cars raising dust clouds and a shower with no where to place my toiletries or sit to get changed made for an unpleasant stay. I prefer a place with more peace and quiet and am willing to do without the amenities but couldn’t find a harvest host location in the Cresent City area.

This campground is located in a beautiful setting. Amenities on-site were great and access to surrounding features (Redwoods State/National Park, Beaches, Crescent City) was easy. I had a hard time getting a hold of the site in advance of my stay, but once I was on site and popped into the main office I was able to get questions answered and issues resolved easily.

Great location.Tucked away in the woods. Very nice bark park for our dogs. Sites were close together but we could walk 50 yards into the forest to forget we had neighboors.

Two nights over the course of a week. Tent site. Beautiful campground in the redwoods. Late arrival worked smoothly. Quiet and lovely. Restrooms clean but one toilet running. Didn’t use shower.

We enjoyed our stay in cabin 10 surrounded by tall redwood trees. The restroom were constantly being cleaned which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

My stay was about a month and a week or so and if I had to change sites they were good at commending. Me changing sites and very nice about it. Bathrooms were hot showers

Great campground like they used to be, before they started turning into a big parking lot. Individual wooded sites. Good wifi and clean common areas. Very quiet place camp and relax or visit the local cypress trees.

The tent and RV sites offer enough privacy, but they are close together. Although the bathrooms are on a cleaning schedule, they get messy quickly because there are only 2-3 shower stalls and toilet stalls, with 2 bathroom locations in the entire camp. Overall, good experience and outstanding location near the Redwoods.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They have spent countless hours including on their own time helping me find my cat that escaped. The grounds are very well maintained.The setting is beautiful! I will be back
