The one night we stayed was very quiet. The showers were clean. The only thing was someone was in our reserved site B4 so we just parked in B3 no big deal.

I'm sorry but the upkeep on the property is lacking terribly. Bushes and trees are overgrown causing scratches on my RV. The sites are muddy and unattended. If you choose to be open all year, RVers deserve the same level of care as in season folks. I'm very disappointed. I'll have to have scratches buffed out because of the apathy displayed.

Very tight if you have a big rig like us. Beautiful setting and not far from area attractions. Gal in the office seemed like she was sick, nasty cough. I became sick 2 days after being in close proximity to her. Plus they told me the office would be open on thanksgiving from 10 to 3. They weren’t. Maybe because she was s.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. I called about it and was told it should work instead of offering to move us. No heat in bathroom and no hooks in showers. They need to do some grading as we had several inches of water right outside our door.

Great stay, the dog area and playground were a huge plus for our family. We needed the washer and dryers upon arrival as we were on vacation and it was frustrating to see that only one washer and a few dryers were working at the time. This lead to spending 3 hours at the laundry area.

It was a bit rough compared to other KOA’s. They asvertised services they didn’t provide or provide any notice they weren’t available. Including the bathrooms in the loops away from the main building were locked. There was no WIFI service. Listed TV but none in cabin. Routes through campground were poorly marked. The space heater was very loud without a thermostat so ran continuous

Whitney was very helpful and kind. Need new washers and dryers (smell of mold and mildew.) Goats and chickens a nice bonus. Creek on property nice also.

- cabin not ready for our arrival (we paid extra for a cabin - instead of a tent site - because of the rain prediction) and it was cold, with a blown breaker and the unplugged heater had a frayed wire (risk of shock or electrocution) - we borrowed a heater from a relative in town to use during our stay (turned in broken unit in A.M. on 11/9) - bathroom wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there

It was a wonderful week at our favorite campground! Whitney and her staff have done a fabulous job in keeping the grounds clean; the cabins spotless; and the place looking great! Thank you for making our visit so special! We can’t wait to return!

The cabin was excellent but the slats in the bed were old and I slept in the hole I was calling the Grand Canyon by 10 pm. The slats need to be replaced in the bed. 3 of the 4 washers were broken and only 2 of 8 dryers worked effectively. The campground itself was absolutely stunning though. It was clean the management was friendly. We will plan to stay again next year.

The campground is conveniently located off the 101 next to beaches and the town. It's beautiful with an abundance of trees, however there's poor lighting and signage. There was no sign for the loop I was staying in. Get there before sun, because you can't tell what's a path and what's someone's site. Ended up putting a dent in my car side swiping a boulder. Bathrooms had subpar cleanliness.

If you plan on doing laundry, only 1 of the 3 washers worked! At 2.50 a load I'd be making sure they all worked. Very quiet at it was off peak season. Closed earlier than they posted. Showers were hotter last year?

This is one of the most beautiful KOAs we have stayed at, however it needs some TLC. Soap in the hand dispensers and more than one functional washer would be easy fixes that would make a significant difference in our stay. We still had a wonderful time and the sites are gorgeous. Would be 5+ stars for me if updates were made! Also, cable TV was not working for our family who stayed in a cabin.

The photo of our spot was false. It shows it’s a paved spot & was not. Very muddy, roads in park need serious repairs, so many pot holes! Cable box was broke so we had no cable either.

Clean and quiet campground, but just like the other two we’ve stayed in recently, the WiFi is terrible. It’s almost false advertising that KOA even has WiFi.

This KOA is in a beautiful wooded area and is quiet. The facilities were not well kept up, especially the laundry room that has only one working washing machine. Laundry is why we chose the KOA for our stay.

The people there are first class but this was probably the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on.

Lovely campground. The sites were a bit tight, but due to landscaping and big trees, did not feel that way once we got into our site. Just enough room in our pull thru site for our big 45 footer and full-size toad. we loved how the various campsites were spread out. It really felt like a park rather than a parking lot. Lots of big trees, but cell coverage was fine and roads were clear.

The deluxe cabin was adorable: nice wood, cute porch and front area. Well worth the cost. However, even though I requested for them to provide linens for us, well in advance, in writing, and verbally, 3 times, linens were not there. The office was closed. I left a message. The emergency rep called me back an hour later. Linens arrived an hour after that. Office hours need to be expanded.

The young woman up front had the KOA greeting with a smile. The older man seemed to have forgotten the rules about smoking. The place needs a good sprucing up. If you’re over 5’ft the shower head is way to short. My advice let the younger employees have a bigger say on the upkeep of this gem in the future

It was ok. The full hook spot was very narrow for a 26 ft trailer with one slide out. Additionally, the playground which had enormous potential for our kids to play was a giant tripping hazard with the weed barrier exposed from under the wood chips over a big portion of the area.

This is the saddest KOA I have ever stayed at. Everything is rundown. Someone from KOA headquarters should visit this location. The only positive aspect of this KOA is location, close to the redwoods and ocean.

We have stayed at the Crescent City Redwoods KOA several times & it is always a delight! The spaces are beautiful & the walk through the Redwoods is a wonderful bonus. There is nothing I could think of to improve upon. It's a favorite of ours.

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
