Quiet stay. The gal at the front desk gave me several sheets on local things to do, and went out of her way to give me really nice directions to some great Redwood viewing. :-) Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Although we stayed only one night, we were thoroughly impressed by this KOA. The staff were helpful and courteous, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the grounds were impeccably kept. The location is excellent for exploring the Giant Redwoods as well as visiting the ocean. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent stay, grounds were very clean, our cabin was clean, dog poop was cleaned around the entire park. My kids loved the playground. Cleaning and grounds maintenance staff were awesome! Will be coming back again. Thank you.

This campground has a lot going for it but they appear to be understaffed and underfunded. The roads are quite rough with some very large potholes that are quite unpleasant. Some grass was mined during our stay but they would really benefit from a weedeater. The location is good and some of the sites were secluded. The store was empty with bundles of wood being about the only offering.

The facilities were dirty and unkept. Repairs to failing systems were janky at best. One restroom was completely out of commission. The other had extremely poor shower facilities. Hot water was a hit and miss and the shower stalls were haphazardly kept together. The property itself, despite the beautiful forest potential, looked like a disaster zone, with debris and muck puddles everywhere.

The phone number for the KOA that is posted on the web page will not get you to a person. If you want to talk to a person you have to email them and then hope and pray you catch the phone call. I also asked for 3 linen kits for the cabin and there were none. The office was closed, we slept on the plastic mattresses. I was grateful for the space heater.

Such a wonderful campsite in the middle of a Redwood forrest. Very close to the Jedediah Smith Redwoods State park with ‘Old growth’. Practical location on 101. Clean and friendly. Great camp

The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. I was told the campground has just changed ownership and they were working on things. It does need some attending to, and they were working hard while I was there. I believe in a few months the place will be great. The staff is already great and that to me is the biggest plus. We stayed in the c row and spots are very tight. The cable and internet did not work but we were not told when checking in. We went back to office to ask received a discount which we would not have gotten had we not gone to ask. The campground seems to be in disrepair with overgrown shrubs and weeds and needs work. Glad we only stayed one night.

Although a peaceful and nice setting things could have been better prepared for guests. 5 of 8 laundry machines out of order, bathhouse for the tent campers did not have working hot water and not serviced, morning utility interruption in the water supply did not allow for a shower when needed (apparently unannounced to the staff). I thought you should know for the sake of others to come.

fantastic the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time just relaxing enjoying nature would recommend as a good plan B if you can’t get a spot at Jedidiah campgrounds. will be coming back

The deluxe renal cabin was good. Overall the KOA needs some updating and some maintenance. The bathrooms and showers are horrible they need the most work. The location of the Koa is amazing but it needs some work to make it nice and usable.

This was the worst KOA I've stayed in so far. The bathrooms had no hot water, it was ice cold regardless how much time we spent letting it try and heat up. Bathrooms were dirty, with dirt on the floor and dirty toilet bowls. We only stayed one night so we werent able to assess the additional amenities, but the basics we came for and paid KOA fees to, were abysmal. I won't return.

Very unfriendly staff...this could be an awesome park with some clean up and less tent spaces and more rv spaces...had to clean our own patio before use...lawn clippings everywhere kind of a mess...lots of weeds and tall grass

This place was terrible. The showers in the tent area? Terrible. There was just a hole in the ceiling with a pipe, which I could have dealt with; except there was zero hot water in the whole bath house. I had to drive to the main bathrooms to get a hot shower - and the bathrooms there are a disaster. The spickets are old, worn, and dirty. I would not stay at this KOA again if you paid me.

Its not a bad koa. My only complaint is due to coastal humidity, mowing lawns and leaving grass clippings lie, leaves a big mess in your rv. They need a bagger! Staff was friendly. Due to dirt roads, dusty roads and grass clippings, comes across as a dirty camping experience. No complaints otherwise

It was really nice camp site. It has clean restroom and shower with light, hook up for water and light plug on some sites. The only thing we have to use our own hand soap and hot water for shower. It was a quiet, safe and enjoyable to stay there.

I love this place its located just a bit before entering Crescent City its quiet and well maintained. The staff was kind and efficeint. Showers were clean as were the grounds.

We visited this KOA with great anticipation and yet the only thing it has going for it is the proximity to the redwoods. 75% of the laundry facility was out of order. The cable was not working. The Internet was extremely weak. Grass was not mowed. Bathrooms barely had any toilet paper if at all. Showers were nasty and not fit for a pig. This is the worst KOA ever.! Keep driving!

Our 35 foot 5th wheel has 3 slides. The site we were assigned, A-7 had a tree on the North side that made it very difficult to open the passenger side slide without damaging the tree. Also sites were not level.

Was surprised to find front door locked upon our arrival at 4:30. Only one working washing machine, two working dryers. One working bathroom and shower building. Site was nice though.

Was very happy with theocation, the cabin, and the grounds. The bathrooms were. A huge downside though as they did not seem to get cleaned the entire 4 days we were there. It was very gross.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Located perfectly for hiking and ocean walks. Cabins were clean. It was off season and the bathrooms were not serviced regularly, grass needed mowing, and the office was not open much. I'm sure during summer season the campground is fully staffed. We will definitely come back.

Excellent staff customer service. Very nice people working there. Bathrooms seem in need of repairs due to various things I saw...missing shower heads, busted door latches in stalls. Still, I would not hesitate to book another trip. I did hear another camper complaining about weak Wi-Fi. Not an issue for me. Starlink or mobile Hotspot beats any RV park wifi I've ever used.

The campground was run down and un maintained. The bathrooms were filthy and garbage cans (no dumpster) where overflowing. We tried calling prior to our arrival to discuss late check in policy and they never answered the phone during regular business hours. During our stay we never seen any koa employees or anyone from the campground office. Very disappointed with this campground.

I had high hopes for this KOA, but was disappointed with the condition of road in the park. All but one washer and dryer were working. The dryer took forever to dry clothes. The condition of the park was kind of sad. I loved the surroundings of the redwoods and the fields. The park needs some very needed upgrades.

Great location. Nice & quiet. Needs a few loads of gravel for the roads & the laundry had a few machines that were inop. All in all, we would love to come back!

We stayed in the largest Cabin with a full kitchen and shower. We had a great time, however the heating system was broken and we stayed warm with space heaters which did the job. There was no lighter available to strike the gas stove top. Thankfully I had one. Also the can opener does not work at all. So please replace that. Finally there was obvious mold on the wood above and around the shower.

The office was closed when we arrived at the site 3:30 pm. The bathrooms were very dirty; dirty tissues everywhere on the floor, no toilet seat covers and out of toilet tissue in two bathroom out of three. We love KOA but very disappointed with this particular one. We will never go back to Crescent city holiday KOA.

We did not like the facility. It has potholes, not managed properly. The bathrooms are bad and also the WiFi signals are pretty weak.

Let me start by saying,staff at this facility were very accommodating and helpful advisors.The facility however, lacks greatly. Sites are crammed VERY close together, unkempt, not level, and have trees and fire pits in the way of doors and slideouts. A fire would have endangered our camper. Overhanging tree limbs on back loop broke our skylight and scratched camper. We won’t return.

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
