Great other than starlink was not working.

Showers near us were all out of order, sink clogged, trash overflowing, nobody answers the phone, dog park fence falling apart and dog poop bin overflowing, fire pits rusted out and need replaced. I've stayed here multiple times over the years, but it's went downhill recently. I'll be checking out other campgrounds in the area for my next visit.

Garage everywhere, animals being abused by overgrown weeds, water bowl thingy for animals, fed trees hanging over our rv site 100% dead, I’ve been camping for years. Been to a ton of kOA’s and never seen a place not taken care of like this place.

There were a lot of recent bad reviews. Some stuff was warranted. But my stay was great!! The tent area is the nicest I’ve ever stayed at in a KOA. I know it’s new owners but they seemed to be getting it turned around. I would recommend staying there anytime especially if tent camping or taking advantage of the little cabins. Beautiful setting!!

The play area was big and Camp K-9 was also good sized. Bathrooms were pretty dirty, if you need Wi-Fi it did not work at all at our camp spot. Over all a decent spot for one night!

Excellent campground. Everything else was great. Restrooms were not cleaned properly and had some issues, but they were manageable.Thank you.

There are two bathroom buildings. The bathroom within the main building are the only ones with working showers. The women’s room only 2 of the 3 were operational. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer were operational out of the 3. The store closes at 5. The playground area was great for kids. I hope that the new management will fix and make necessary updates.

Dirty. Rundown. Laundry not working. Bathrooms were really bad. Mold, plugged drains so standing water. Office hours not honored. No one on site pm. No one cleaned for couple days etc….

Not what I expected from a Koa. I realize there is a change of ownership going on, but laundry was closed and the store was empty. They said all the new merch would be in next month. Was not impressed.

I am giving this review 4 stars because I love the location. But the plumbing situation and lack of showers and adequately flushing toilets and maintained bathrooms was super disappointing for me. I know there was a change in ownership but having two women's showers available for the whole campground is absurd. Also - people with disabilities need a shower chair so they can sit and shower.

We stay at this campground every year and this time was different the garbage in the whole camp was full bathroom went cleaned the whole time we where there and out of six showers only two were working so sorry but we love this place and it needs some TLc

Tight spots but pretty level, filthy dirty play room and bathrooms. No laundry facilities available during 4 night stay. Lawn wasn’t mowed. Friendly staff was only positive.

The tent site s in the woods were perfect. But the laundry room was down and the hot water went out for the showers in our area. They were new management, but their bathroom cleaning was non existent. This was for the bathrooms in the back tent area. On the weekend, no toilet paper and very dirty. They said they were taking laundry off the list, I hope not, this is why I chose it.

We have been traveling cross country for three weeks and this is the worst campground. Booked for the showers and laundry facilities. Laundry facilities were closed, one shower stall closed, human feces all over the floor, the other gobs of hair all on the shower walls, floor and bench. Dumpster was overflowing and a pile of trash beside it. Could never get anyone to answer phone or emails.

One night stop on our way up the coast. Beautiful spot, hot showers, and comfortable cabin beds. The banana slugs were an exciting plus for the kids! Thank you!

Store closes before check-in times. Bathrooms were dirty. Game room was disgusting. Not the standard we are used to having at a koa. Needs tlc for sure.

Location was 10/10. Most showers and laundry facilities were out of order. They didn't send an email stating that fact. For people on road trips it wasn't very nice when depending on the laundry facilities.

Nicely shaded site. Greeted with a great smile and a friendly welcome. Quiet in our part. Bathrooms not great. No warm water at all for a shower.

Felt like things were in state of disrepair, looks like there was a place for smoke detectors in cabin but they were gone, need a heat source in cabins, it gets chilly near coast, , store closed at 5 ,so no access to fire wood or supplies although store looked pretty empty inside. Setting is nice though

We stayed at this KOA for two nights with our 34-foot travel trailer. While the RV pull-through sites were a decent size, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The front desk staff member was unwelcoming and offered little assistance. The laundry facility was unusable due to broken machines, and the small on-site store was poorly stocked. The campground felt outdated and in need of TLC.

Overall, the campground is run down and lacks general maintenance. I was looking forward to washing some clothing, but the whole laundry room was out of order. For the deluxe cabins, a reminder to buy the linen option should be sent out closer to the trip. I booked in Dec and had no memory of the additional cost so we had to run & buy that eve, as did our neighbors. Not typical KOA experience!

We stayed at this KOA about 7 years ago and had a bad experience, but I figured we would try again- surely they were just having an off few days when we were there before. Not the case. Unfortunately, this is the worst KOA experience we have ever had- and we KOA frequently! It’s dirty, smelly, out of order. Plus no gravel in sites so just mud every morning. Pet area overflowing poop.

It is always a nice stay. We have, however, encountered issues a couple years during the 4th of July weekend. One year septic backed up and overflowed onto the ground, another year the bathrooms at the main building were out of order for a couple days. This year, laundry facilities were closed. Like I said, it is a nice stay, but I now know to expect inconveniences during such a busy holiday.

We stayed one night here. I knew there was an owner/management transition, it is need of a little love. It is a beautiful area. Staff helped us find our space, thank you. Restrooms were clean, people are messy!

This campsite didn't have a reliable stock of firewood, so we had to purchase from nearby resellers. Showers and laundry were out of commission. Restrooms were not kept clean. Playground equipment was in need of repair.

Just the facts, the trash was never picked up once for the week we were there. It was overflowing at the dumpsters and bathroom. No hot water at showers for tent campers. Laundry room was not functional. Weeds and bushes were overgrown all over the grounds. Site looks like it might have been awesome at one time but current owners and/or staff are not taking care of the place.

We stay in a cabin every time -There was very little stuff at the store. The office was closed early, bathrooms needed to be checked on more often, the laundry room was out of order. There was a game room but only with board games.( no Video Games they use to have them) No bikes to rent. I understand that there’s new owners but we go there very year for 5 days for all the amenities.

Trash was full, restrooms were in a state of disrepair, back tent sites roads are overgrown and do not have clearance for vans, and some sites are being overrun with blackberry bushes. Doesn't match the price of nearby locations.

It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time that the laundry room was out of order. We have stayed at a lot of KOAs and this was the most run down and dirty. Not having working locks on the bathroom was very uncomfortable for my family (especially my kids) It was also hard to get ahold of people. Overall staff were respectful and kind, the spots were good, lots of type to choose from.

The Girl was disrespectful, Asked for another Night and she said she had to move me she needed that site for a bigger unit.i looked in the morning and it was a van and my unit is truck and trailer. the laundry didn’t work, the garbage was overflowing everywhere, the sites were unkept and big rocks to try to sit a chair or walk on. Bathrooms were old and dirty. Worst place of our 3 week journey

Great place for tent campers or small travel trailers. Not so great for big rigs. Electrical service is 30 amp and it is not consistent. Voltage drops to levels that could damage appliances. Microwave runs slow. Early morning water pressure is very low. I understand there is new management. Hopefully some updates will occur.

Reserved a site 6 months in advance and was still moved around. No hot water and flooding in bathrooms. Store was not stocked. Been staying at this KOA for 9 years and this was the worst experience.

This KOA is honestly an embarrassment to the KOA company. The office is unmanned more often than not, and reeks of.......cat pee when it was open. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy with overflowing trash, nasty/ broken showers, and out of order toilets. The laundry facilities were "out of order" but I watched employees washing linens in them. The grounds were unkempt. Koa needs to fix this one!

We’ve stayed in all over the USA and this was by FAR the worst place we’ve ever been. The pictures on the website are completely inaccurate. The RV spots are in a dry field looking at old beat up sheds and garbage dumpsters. We got the delux patio site and our friends had the site next to us and it’s just simply terrible beyond words. It was a beautiful camp ground and the cabin was wonderful. Our last night there someone parked in our parking spot. It would be nice to have designated parking, so we don’t have to park away from our cabin.

The bathrooms were FILTHY and in horrible disrepair. Women's bathroom had muddy footprints on the counter for days. Only one shower worked. Overflowing trash everywhere. No staff on hand in office for our entire stay and no one answered phone. Site had electric and water on the wrong side so we had to run power and water under our camper. Power pole on site damaged and had exposed wires.

Beautiful campground Very quiet and bathrooms/showers were very clean Campsites are well insulated from other campers. And you're surrounded by beautiful Redwoods By far one of our favorites so far.

Great campground like they used to be, before they started turning into a big parking lot. Individual wooded sites. Good wifi and clean common areas. Very quiet place camp and relax or visit the local cypress trees.
