While the setting is kind of nice, the bathrooms and showers were consistently dirty or missing toilet paper. There was also a drug addiction screaming to himself while sleeping on a chair outside of the showers. The front desk lady was super nice and professional, and some of the tent sites were pretty. Ours was not the best but the ones near our site looked pretty.

The setting was beautiful and our site was great. However, the bathrooms were a little dirty as several of the toilets were clogged and the laundry room was out of order until July 8th (2 weeks after our stay).

Restrooms were nasty and one set of showers weren’t even working. Front office wasn’t open very often to talk to them. Laundry room wasn’t available. Rec room was lacking. The cabins were cute and the setting was beautiful.

More than half the showers out of order. Only two stalls available for women on the whole campground. Tent sites very close together.

We stayed in a cabin and were arriving really late so I requested linens online and called ahead to make sure we would have them. The lady ensured that we would. We arrived around 1 in the morning and there were no linens at all. Was a rough nights sleep.

Very accommodating. New owner working hard to repair and update property. Would have been nice to have a tent spot under the conifer trees.

No hot showers, cold water. No where to put items when showering, no hooks for items. Toilets were dirty, these were the bathrooms on the backside of the site. Had to walk and bring all shower items to the only stalls that worked for the women, always a line and very dirty with several people using the stalls and toilets. No shower head and no shower curtains. No power outlets for tent site.

This KOA is in a beautiful location but needs a lot of work. We left after seeing the bathroom without staying the night. The office closed at 5pm so we didn’t bother asking for a refund. Don’t stay here until new management gets the place back in order. So sad to see a KOA in this shape.

I can't believe that this RV park has the KOA name on it! The park is great but the upkeep is terrible!! The women's restroom had one functioning shower out of three. Broken shower doors, filthy bathrooms, both men and women! No soap in dispensers, no paper towels and trash cans overflowing! One washer and dryer working in the laundry room! Nothing for sale in the store! A truly atrocious display!

If this was my first KOA experience there wouldn’t have been any more. Office closed at 5. No hot water in bathroom. Bathroom not cleaned on a regular basis. The one time it was cleaned during my three night stay no soap refill. Trash piled up. They need an intervention. The one star is for what Mother Nature provides.

Many of the bathrooms, sinks, showers, and laundry facilities were out of order. Trash had piled up by the main sink/laundry area and we saw no employees except for a young boy- maybe 10- came by on a golf cart asking if our fire pit had been cleaned out. It had not.

Staff were friendly, but the campground is generally run down. 6 out of 8 of the laundry machines were out of order while we were there, our 'deluxe cabin' had broken screens installed backwards, the fridge was not very cold and leaked water, and the mattress was old, saggy, and dirty.

If this was my first KOA I wouldn’t stay at any others. I’ve stayed at quite a few across the US since I was a child and I’ve never seen one quite like this. Bathrooms were dirty constantly and in disrepair. No locks in the women showers and a BAD mold problem in the men’s. No firewood for sale and it was never restocked and bare shelves in the main office. Cabin and front staff were nice

Great natural setting with redwood trees and mature landscape. Close to the redwood state park and had private camp setting. The bathrooms need a handy man. One of the shower doors needs a new hinge, and a toilet seat was cracked and taped instead of replaced.

The desk clerk was friendly. The bathrooms were disgusting. A lady came in with a key and I assumed it was someone on staff. Low and behold she was a guest that asked the front desk to stock the toilet paper. The desk clerk gave the the guest keys. The guest and her children then stocked and cleaned the bathrooms. They tried charging us for 3 nights when we only reserved for 1. They told us it was our fault because we made the reservation online and would have to pay for all 3. Our receipt proved we only had reserved 1 night. So, at some point either the front desk or KOA tried adding 2 more nights for the extra money. The spot we park at was so small, with the slide out we had to park in the fire pit.

Absolutely terrible! This place should not even be open which is under “new management”. No inventory in the store snd the absolute worst, all cable REMOVED. Never going back! Worst KOA stay ever.

It’s a great location to the redwoods & quiet location. The tent sites are nice & quiet. The hours of staff is disappointing & the fact that upkeep was lacking for the price of staying there. The toilets and showers weren’t all working, toilet seats were broken or wobbly. Plus I think they only cleaned the bathrooms once a day. I was disappointed for how much it costed for the state of amities

The sprinkler was on in the tent area. It was headed toward our tent site, where we did not want to set up our tent in the wet grass. It was running for several hours. After we got back from dinner in town about 8:30 pm my partner followed the hose to the turn off spot. Then children came out to play in the playground! somebody went home and forgot to turn off the sprinkler. Not worth $40!

Unfortunately the facility is in really bad shape. The bathrooms are moldy and there was only 1 working shower in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms. The laundry room only had 1 working dryer and washer. For our first experience with KoA and what it cost to stay there we were extremely disappointed.

The check in girl, who worked the two days were were there was a bit snotty. We went at 11:45 to ask a question and there was a homemade sign that said , “ out to lunch until 1:00”. Then we went at 4:30 and it was closed, even tho website says office closes at 6:00. Guess she makes her own hourThere are 5 washers and 5 dryers, 1 of each work and staff was using them for cabin laundry linen

While the cabin we rented was very clean, the bathrooms were a totally different story. While i don't like to give a bad rating and we did find out they just changed ownership the week before we got there, i have to give this for the time we were there (june 14-16, 2025). Hopefully the new owners can turn it around because it's in a very cute location.

Our stay was unpleasant to say the least. The restrooms were disgusting. Broken shower doors, no toilet paper in any of the stalls, feces on the toilet seat and floor along with toilet paper soaked all over the floor. The trash was overflowing, one dryer out of 6 worked in the laundry room, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the pot holes in the driveways were horrible.

Cabin and grounds were wonderful. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bathroom facilities needed more attention both in terms of cleanliness and functional components. Playground swings were great, but the rest was falling down and broken.

Young woman at check-in was very nice and helpful with info. We noticed that almost all shelves in the store were empty and were told it was undergoing new management and there a timing issue with restocking. Bathrooms were not clean and at 10 am there was no toilet paper - yikes. Hopefully there will be improvements with new owners.

Incredibly misleading and run down KOA. The location and setting is beautiful being nestled in the Red Woods. Unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the bathrooms not having toilet paper for days or the trash scattered throughout the property. And that’s just the basics, the extras that are advertised for this KOA (horseshoes without horseshoes, showers without hot water, etc.) are not availab

Great for access to Redwoods/Crescent City. Good cabin. Back bathroom was nearly unusable. Arrived Mon, by Wed I had to go ask for a roll of toilet paper. No hot water, broken toilet handles, filthy floors, falling fencing at dog park and playground. No lights in arcade/rec room. Broken foosball table and ping pong ball, only one washing machine/dryer. Overall VERY rundown.

The setting was very beautiful but the ba5hrooms left something to be desired. Lots of things need fixing there. No shower heads on some of the showers, industrial floor mats that were so painful to stand on while showering, a broken shower stall door, broken toilet seat, only one washer and dryer out of the bunch was working, and one of two bathrooms had no hot water.

Spent 5 days here would have left sooner if I could have got a refund. Bathrooms were not maintained, one cleaning in a 5 day span, a towel wrapped around the toilet to slow a leak. Store is bare no product, laundry room only has 1 working unit. Hopefully things get better staff was pleasant but this location needs some help.

While the location is absolutely stunning, the facilities are completely lacking. The bathrooms are run down and dirty, most of the time no toilet paper or paper towels were available. All but one shower was broken and even the working one didn’t have a locking door. The laundry room only had two working machines. Trash was piled high at all stations creating a concern for wildlife. Very sad.

The KOA was super dirty. The bathrooms were a mess with random garbage (used w-tips, full sanitary napkin baskets, etc). One of the four sinks, one of the two soap dispensers, one out of three shower nozzles, and the door of one out of three showers were broken. The floors were constantly muddy and toilets dirty. There was garbage piled up all over the property spilling out on the ground.

Homeless guy in rear restroom. Someone vandalized front restroom. Ripped off stall door. Both restrooms were in severe disrepair. This was the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at.

Horrible stay....Facilities are very outdated...plugged toilets. Worst campground I've even stayed at. Hopefully the ownership change will improve the conditions of the park.

The setting of the campground is beautiful. They were under ownership change. The new owner hadn't had time to fix everything that had been neglected by the old owner. It was excessively dusty, huge potholes, dirty bathrooms, dirty laundry that didn't work, cable did not work, furniture on the patios was sun rotted, trees needed trimmed, store empty. Hope it improves.

Trash needs to be taken out more, bathrooms need to be cleaned more, and the washers/dryers need to be fixed one washer and one dryer is not enough for a whole camp ground.

Camp site 112 was amazing 👏🏾 for my first time here. Great location and not far from pebble beach. Amenities were nice . Bathrooms are open to nature if you dont minds Charlotte's web your in a forest remember. Shower water was nice and hot just needed to find the sweet spot. Staff was great 👌🏾. I drove 4 days to get here from Denver CO. Thank you for the memories I'll definitely be back
