I would not stay here!! Our mountain bikes were stolen off of our bike rack during our stay. This KOA knows this is a problem and doesn’t care about the campers coming in and out. The actual grounds were ok and pretty yes. However, it’s very upsetting to come out and see our stuff stolen. We were refunded our money for the stay but they also know this is a big problem in the area. Sad

We had a beautiful camping spot! The campground was clean and quiet. Wish we stayed longer, we were just passing through. We'd definitely stay again but stay longer!

Everything about this stay was above and beyond our expectations . From the reservation changes we made last minute, up to the check out . Professional and very accommodating . The entire trip was a little bit of magic . We had a Great stay and great time . Thank You again !

The only reason I dropped one star was that both sewers were full and someones underwear was left on site. Was this site checked or cleaned before a new person or my arrival?

My favorite campground no longer. Cutting down redwood trees from my favorite area. Maybe will grow into fav again. Electrical out. No electricity that I paid for, and did nothing about it. Showers and restrooms okay.

Clean facilities, nice spacing between sites. Adorable goats, beautiful redwood trees in the sites. My only complaint was kids were playing all over the stumps in our site and running through our site most of the evening

Liked the place a lot. Did not like the space. A6 very narrow, couldn't use the fire pit, to close to office , laundry, showers, tree scraps on my roof of 5th wheel. Many vacant much better spots?

We came in late, I had sent an email the day before and got a response promptly telling me how to check in since the office was closed. We had a bit of trouble finding our cabin. Very peaceful evening. We left early the next morning. We did not use the shower but the bathroom was clean.

My wife and I are only giving high scores to the staff. We were both disappointed seeing so many redwoods in the campground cut down. It has changed the look and feel we always enjoyed and now we have reservations upon returning this KOA. Very bad decision on the owner’s part to have them removed.

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. The cabins were arranged for privacy and quite. The campground is beautiful with and up close view of redwoods.

Staff was friendly, but facilities are old and in disrepair. They had 1 washer and one dryer out of order, and it was very busy...even late at night. The showers were sort of gross...I opted to shower in our small rig.

The campground is secluded in the pine trees north of Crecent City. It was clean, well maintained, and easy to get in and out of.

Lovely place to stay, super convenient to Redwood National and State Parks. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, well stocked shop, and comfortable cabin. We even saw elk from our site as we packed up the car on our last morning here!

Extremely dirty, bathrooms need updated badly, water for hands and showers extremely unpredictable sometimes cold for over 30 minutes waiting for it to turn hot do I can shower (didn’t matter what time if day) no exit enter one way signs. No pattern to the map, nothing is clear to figure out the way to your site. Office staff extremely kind!

Sites were long and flat. Working on making improvements to the park such as the playground. Hate to see the redwoods cut down. People in office were friendly and helpful.

We were stuffed back in a site that was not so nice and the picnic table had a leg missing . Looked like a D6 Cat just pushed all the bush back to make our site

This place probably used to be great, but it seems all the trees have been cut down for the tons of cabins. RV sites are SO close together that we listened to our neighbor cough all night. Zero privacy in your site! I like people, but would like to choose whether or not I I react w/them. Kind of rundown, all efforts seem to be going towards the cabins.

We had a great wooded tent site for 1 night. The staff were really friendly and we appreciated having the laundry services, they sell single boxes of laundry detergent & dryer sheets in their camp store, just have quarters! The bathrooms were clean, the shower had great hot water and pressure. I gave it 4 stars because we didn't get wifi at our site.

Friendly and helpful staff along with decent amenities, plus the location is perfect (close to town and redwoods). The playground could use a little TLC, but still fun. The bathrooms were clean and close by. We stayed in a cabin without the kitchen/bathroom and overall was pretty happy with it, there were a few more cob webs than I would have liked to see indoors and the bed was not comfortable.

Quite and clean however needs maintenance. Dog park area fence needs to be fixed as does dog gate. We were there 4 days and the dog trah was not emptied and there were never any bags. No big deal to us but for people who don't come prepared. Other than that nice people nice park

Redwood harvesting IS sad - but my bigger concern was a large group of "tenters" (no tents), parked in the back, and my laundry room experience with one of them. Man walks in, strips down to his underwear in front of me, puts his apparently only set of clothes in the washer, and then turns around and asks me for quarters. Crescent City has a large homeless pop. & this KOA seems to rent to them.

I was sad to see all the tree removal since our last stay in August. My husband and our Shepard loved walking into the forest area of the park. It was taped off for tree removal when we were there in April. I understand, but so sad to see.

Even though we booked in February for late May, we were put in a construction zone. To their credit, the KOA manager did move us when we asked to be moved, but our original spot was less than awesome. Then we were moved to a spot that was better, but still in a construction area. The second night we were in an all right spot. I wouldn't stay here again unless I was desperate.

This KOA need work. The grass needed mowing, the hedges needed trimming, roads were rough, sites too narrow, sites not level at all. The owner needs to quit cutting down trees for his cabin area and give some attention to the RV area. We would not stay here again.

They were very kind to cut branches off trees to accommodate our rig, but I hated the cutting of hundred year old redwood trees to expand the campground. Very sad and disappointed.

This has always been a favorite campground for our family, location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay this weekend, it was quiet, relaxing and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Honestly don't know what people are complaining about. My family loved it. We brought our 3 year old and a small dog and stayed in one of the basic cabins with no bathroom. It was quaint and comfortable and very warm with the heater. We brought our valuables into the cabin and took everything off our roof rack and locked it in the car. No theft, no one bothered us, no loud parties, very quiet and relaxing. Other families with small children. Short office hours but everything was ready for us for our arrival after hours. Bathrooms were clean and operational with hot water. Grounds were beautiful and we loved the goats.

Good overnight cabin stay as our group of 4 motorcycled through the area (Apr. 2024). Appreciated the website reservation process as well as the camp staff preps for our after-hours check-in. Clean facilities & grounds. Other than the electric heater not working, it was great. Yep, we'd stay there again.
