Arriving at 3:30, sign on door stated they would return by three. We checked night check in and went to designated cabin, found key in cabin, mgmt stopped by around 4:30. Unique appearing individual. The camp site was very scruffy….bathrooms were clean by no TP. directly across the street from our cabin, a drug house was operating. Not a secue safe KOA. Other nicer RV camps available

We were thrilled to be trying an RV, and the RV itself was lovely but unfortunately there were a few issues with it, neither of the exterior lights were working, the staff did offer a lantern which was kind but we had one. Some of the interior plugins did not work. The shower in the RV was no more than a dribble, only tried on last day so don't know if it would have been an easy fix.

Arrived at 8:45 for our stay in a cabin, found our paperwork but no key, or instructions, office only open 10-12 and 3-5. Cabin was unlocked. Did not enjoy the old mattresses, or the ancient bathrooms. No soap in dispenser, shower floors gross with paint peeling under old mats. No warm water to be found, doors did not shut completely.

The cabin was nice but the bathrooms and showers are too old and dirty. Expected much better conditions for a KOA

The KOA, near Craters of the Moon Nat'l Monument, is an option for RVers passing through. We rented a KOA trailer, which was billed as a "glamping" alternative. It had basic kitchen items (no towel or sponge) & a bathroom (no hand soap). The toilet was unusable due to an overpowering sewage odor when flushed; it could also be smelled outside. We reported it; problem wasn't fixed. Grill was dirty.

The folks in the office were great and helpful. Restroom was clean and so was cabin I stayed in. Unfortunately I left early and missed waffles in the morn.

KOA Arco was great. Wish we could have spent more time. Just came up to climb Mount Diamond, but the cabin we rented was perfect.

Very convenient to the national park. Arco has some history to see. The camp has some unique neighbor's.

Very minimalistic, middle of nowhere. There was not much to do, bathrooms were not as clean as could have been. Highlight was National Anyhem played at dusk from rundown school bus in lot next door! View was nice though!

Wonderful cabin! Clean & comfortable bedding, clean restroom, nice (but small) pool, well-maintained playground, & clean laundry area. No grass or shade in the dog park, but plenty of space at the park perimeter for on-leash walking. Complementary waffles & coffee in the morning, & a fully-stocked store/gift shop.

We stayed in a cabin site. Everything was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The kids enjoyed the playground and pool. The only thing was the pool was a little cloudy. Other than that we enjoyed all the our stay and all the amenities.

Was greeted & told about the campground & morning coffee/waffles. Campground was tidy, easy to navigate, bathrooms were clean. The cabin I rented was dusty and stuffy, thankfully there was a broom to brush the dust off the mattress & fridge. Picnic table was falling apart & one of the boards was laying on top. Overall, stay was fine for 1 night, but cabin should have been freshened up for arrival.

Rented a camper. It was not cleaned after the previous renter. Food crumbs and stuck-on food on the table and cooktop. Garbage in bathroom. Mud and dirt on floor. No idea if the sheets and towels were clean; luckily I had my own with me

Very friendly staff, clean restrooms, nice ice cream social, only bad thing was the picnic table needed to be replaced, campstove had to be placed on the bench and we could use table top for anything. I took a major fall when I caught my shoe lace on a log in the parking lot and the staff showed great concern for my well being. Sore today but ok.

We stayed in an on-site RV…. We normally stay in KOA cabins or tent sites, so to have a living area, full kitchen, and bathroom made us feel pampered. Our only complaint was cleanliness…there was a layer of dust on the inside surfaces, and the trash had not been emptied from the camper before us. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives and we would stay there again if ever in the area.

Very quiet, "off the beaten path" place to stay. Great hosts, very accommodating! Beer on ice in the office. Cheap! Host recommended a great place to eat in town. Stay here!

Very clean cabin and bathroom. Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses in the cabin were thin and not very comfortable. Free waffles and coffee in the morning were a delight. Thank you for a great stay!

The owner was one of the most awesome people I’ve delt with so far with KOA. I was extremely late getting in and he was so gracious allowing me to use the puppy yard for hours (no one else needed it, thank goodness!). After a 14 hr trip to get there, he was more concerned with me resting than anything else! It is a way-out-of-the-way spot, but worth the drive! Quiet, restful, just what I need

We had a lovely stay in a RV that was very roomy, comfortable, and with all the amenities you need. The owner, Allen, was so nice and welcoming. He even carried in our luggage (for 2 seventy year old women). The next morning he showed up to carry our luggage out. The campground was nice and so close to Craters of the Moon. We would recommend.

The amenities lack the finesse of some other KOA sites, but that’s compensated with the friendliness and helpfulness of the people of the KOA. We’ve been here for the third time, now with a power outage. The people went out of their way to help us. Great!

The RV had everything we needed. You just need to get a new American flag for your flagpole. The one that's there is kind of shabby-looking. I would be happy to rent here again.

Conflicting info on the website. One spot said the pool closes Labor Day, another said it closes 9/17. The website & my checkin paperwork said free coffee & waffles from 9-10 a.m. No coffee or waffles. We stayed in a cabin. Website says queen sized bed, I’m 5’ 4” & felt cramped. No exterior lights for bathroom. We booked 2 nights and left after 1. Won’t be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The pool area, showers and restrooms are very clean. Our site was spacious and quite. The campground is close to the Crater of the Moon park.

Only 20 minutes from the Craters of the Moon national park we found a peaceful, clean and well managed RV park. RV sites were spacious with full hookups, strong cell phone reception (T-Mobile and AT&T) for those not using Starlink, comfy laundry room, and even an on-site golf simulator facility. Conan was kind and helpful
