They were having some electrical issues and the pool was down. We were there paying for pool and wifi as a break from boondocking. The wifi didn’t work on any of our devices, so we paid an insane amount of money for a piece of grass to park on and a light. Was refunded for second night and left, but the one night should have been discounted as well since all promised “amenities” weren’t av

Nice people, the waffles in the morning are great. The free dump and easy in and out were great. The WIFI is terrible. The pool was closed. That’s the reason I booked this RV park was so my kids could swim. It was a big deal for us. It would be good to update your website if the pool is closed.

This campground does not not live up to what I thought was KOA standards. This is an old campground that needs a lot of work. The pool was closed for electrical work. The workers cut the cable wires while working on the pool, but no one bothered to try to fix it. This place would be ok for an overnight stay. They do not provide what is advertised. We were charged more than $50 a night.

A very fair KOA in a very sad place. It is very convenient to get to Craters of the Moon. Sites and bathrooms are up to standards. The town has nothing. NOTHING. I did have 2 or 3 bars of LTE service most of the time. The KOA wifi did not work.

This was a very pleasant place to stay while exploring the unique history of the vicinity. The ice cream in the evening was a great way to raise money for cancer camp. Also, they were very informative of things to do and see. But when they discovered we’d left our laptop behind they promptly called us, then mailed it to our daughter’s house! These guys are great.

We were pleased with our stay at the Arco KOA! The complimentary waffles and coffee in the morning were a nice surprise, and our tent site and the campground in general were pretty quiet. We also got a nice view of the sunset.

Great staff, very friendly! The park itself could use a little refinement. Campsites need a little releveling or maybe should be paved. Also there really needs to be more trees planted for shade in this hot area. Otherwise the park is nice and if I was in the area again I would likely stay there.

We had a great stay. The neighbors next door that played the national anthem at night and Reveille in the morning made it extra interesting!

Very disappointed in the KOA. Pool not working, no hot water in the morning to take a shower. We will not be returning.

The day prior to our stay we were notified that our site had no power. They could not relocate us. When we got there we found that the pool was also not open and it was very hot there. That night we found that they do not ask guests to turn off their generators, try sleeping with that. Sites are not well kept and unlevel, could use some grading. Staff was nice though!

It was extremely hot inside the cabin. We opened all the windows and the door in order to not ne overcome by the heat. There was only a small table fan for the 2 room cabin. Was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, as other KOA cabins we have stayed at, or have seen all have. But did enjoy the ice cream social and the free waffles at breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. The pool was closed due to electrical problem which ultimately didn’t affect us but did for others. The ice cream social was good. Overall enjoyed the small town feel.

We arrived a day after the state cut power to part of the KOA for aperantly unsafe electrical installation. The park only has trees in the front spots. No shade in the back. The "playground" was tiny step 2 plastic thing and a small dome. Gravel roads and very small rv spots. Some of the staff were nice and others rude. I would only stay here if no other choice in a pinch for 1 night. Wont be back

The workers were polite. Pool wasn’t working. Tent sites were big, plenty of room for several tents. Bathrooms were ok. Not enough shade on a boiling hot day. Nothing special, but suited our needs for a one night stay.

Our 6-year-old loved the pool, and we took advantage of the covered patio to escape the heat and relax with a snack. We had a great tent site under a large tree that provided some evening shade from the excessive July heat. This was a great location to get to Craters.

We had a friendly reception from Todd. He gave us a quick overview of the facilities and features of this far flung campground. The ice cream scoops in the warm evening under the large cover with plenty of chairs was a great treat. It was nice to know the proceeds would be helping kids in need. The store offered postcards to my add to my collection. All in all a nice clean and friendly facility.

Great campground. Grass large grassy sites were a big plus. The outdoor common area where social events where held is something every KOA needs. Really added to the experience. Plan to stay here when passing through again.

Planned this stay to meet up with family from the West as we came from the East. My husband and I had an ok spot with at least some shade. My brother's family got stuck on the opposite side of the campground in direct sun, no shade, electric only for our 4 nights. We all did a lot of walking back and forth as overnighters came and went beside us which could have gone to my brother. No more.

The electrical system doesn't work and was shut down by the state of Idaho while we were there in 90 degree heat. We were not given a refund after the owner said he would refund. Had a dog been in an RV with no power in the heat, it could have died. Horrible way to run a business and terrible customer service. Reflects very badly on koa. This park should be shut down.

I filled out the area for a special request. When I called to make sure everything was ok, she hadn’t even seen my request. If you’re going to have a place where people can make requests, etc, why don’t they get read?!!!

Staff are friendly, efficient and address any concerns quickly. The grounds are maintained well. Good access to Craters of the Moon. Biggest negative is the Dog Park, it’s abysmal, a joke, sucks!

This was my best tent camping experience I have ever had in RV park. The T5 site was on a lawn, with a fire pit, dinner delivered to my tent with no extra charge, waffles and coffee at 9am, swimming pool, hot showers. All of the staff were happy to serve the customers.

Stayed in a gorgeous fifth wheel with all the little luxuries. Very comfortable. Camp store stocked with all the necessities. Super friendly and helpful staff.

When we pulled onto our site, the sewer line was clogged/backed up. The whole campground smelled like sewer. Pool was open for about an hour before it was evacuated and closed because it was shocking people. The tee pee next to the pool area had live open wires running behind it. Workers were pleasant and helpful. I would NEVER camp here again and would advise people to avoid this campground 100%

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
