Low water pressure, little hot water, and dangerously slanted in women’s shower. Dog park was at entrance of campground, well away from sites. Sites were not as level as expected but was able to get it level enough. Road noise was incredibly loud and non-stop all night. We look for other accommodations in the future. Staff was nice though!

Hmmm low water pressure? We actually keep pressure regulators on hand because our water pressure is so high it causes issues for folks. We have a GINORMOUS water heater that keeps up even on the busiest of weekends. I'm really not sure what happened. I'd love to offer you a discount to try again.

Great WiFi service. Horrible street signs that are confusing to determine where you’re at when you arrive after hours. The 5xx sites are hard to get to and the incline back there needs work. I will not be returning to this KOA.

We hate to ehar that you struggled to navigate. We are always available to help you. We are on property and just a phone call away. We'd far rather you call then struggle and br frustrated. My guess is that you went on the road that is not meant for campers. Love if you gave us another shot.

It was beautiful and natural. Shaded and quiet. The manager took us to our spot and was very friendly and kind. Loved it there.

We love not being cookie cutter! If you wanted a parking lot you could go stay at Walmart. Come back and take part in our theme weekends and follow us on social media to see what we are up to.

Lively area. Site was beautiful, but too pricy.

I'm bummed we earned an 8/10. We keep our prices as low as possible-we have seen a 23% increase in energy a 50% increase in insurance etc. We have not raised our prices for our customers because we believe it's crucial to provide an affordable option for families to get outside.

It was only a stop overnight both ways to and from our destination, but it was a very nice campground. The sites were not on top of each other and the owners were incredibly nice. We will definitely stop here again.

Very nice owner was courteous. Only reason not giving a 5 is there is no over the air tv or cable available.

We are glad that you found our park mostly good. I checked and there was not a wifi outage while you were here. If you need help signing into the wifi next time just holler. It's lightenign fast and supports streaming of whatever you want to watch.

Always a pleasure staying with John at The Corbin KOA. Very courteous southern hospitality and a great little campground with excellent easy on/off I-75 access. From the free range chickens as you enter the campground to the "woodsy" camp sites a trus little gem. We will continue to use sweet little campground during our treks to and from our condo in Florida. A great little secret. Come stay!

My wife and I had a great stay at Corbin/Laurel Lake KOA. Our site was a corner site with a patio/deck and fire pit. The spot was nice and flat with ample room for our 40' fifth wheel camper and tow vehicle. The owner/staff were all very nice and helpful and fun to be around. We'll definitely be back.

Was there very early in the season. Campground was nice little surprised that the patio spot we reserved was sharing a patio did not recall reading that anywhere in the description when I reserve the spot thankfully I had no visitors the whole week so we had the patio to ourselves.

While the patio you booked is a "buddy site" we only put folks there that are buddies with you. Since you did not book with a friend, you therefore had the patio to yourself. We are glad you enjoyed your time with us. Come see us again soon.

We stay here a couple times a year. Staff is friendly and take care of the park. Some of the spots are goofy to get into but the staff will take you to the spot and get you settled in. Some of the sport aren't the longest but we did see a couple class A's and bigger fifth wheels. We will stay here again when we come down to visit my Mom.

Beautiful campground! We stayed in the PawPen campsite and it was fantastic! Lots of room to enjoy the camping experience with our dogs. Will definitely be back! This site was the perfect addition to their campground.

Quiet little park. Restrooms were clean and bright. Site had cigarette butts and fire pit needing cleaning. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice little campground.

Oooh we are so sorry - We generally clean each and every fire pit after a check out. We must have missed yours that day. We will do better next time. I will put a note on your file for a 10% off for your trouble. We pick up cigarettes ALL THE TIME. Sadly, folks tend to just throw them wherever.

We were welcomed with friendly, generous, open arms. My pups and I rented the Paw Pen site which came with a nice sized pen, concrete patio, table and chairs, propane fire pit and chairs. Everything was new and well cared for. Well worth the extra cost. Wonderful place to be over all, with nice level sites with many amenities available! We will be back!

Checking in with John for our stay was amazing. He provided such excellent customer service which is sorely lacking these days and he was like a breath of fresh air! As much as we like the park it is a bit difficult to maneuver around in when your coach is full body paint and length over all is 72+ feet with all the gravel.

We strive to provide World Class Guest Service to every person that drives up our road. We love the woodsy feel of our campground but it was build in the late 60's when rigs were 13ft. We took over 1 year ago and have been widening turns etc. to make it easier for the big boys. More changes coming.

Clean, quiet and easy to get to site. Have stayed here before and looks as if they have made some improvements. Bathrooms clean and inviting. Overall nice quick stay

It was just an overnight stop, but John was amazing. Welcoming, thoughtful and funny. The lots were gorgeous and well taken care of. The park was beautifully decorated for Easter. The bathrooms were amazing. Definitely will consider a longer stay there.

Very nice campground. Didn't unhook plenty of room. Looked questionable driving in, but very surprised! Will stay again.

This is a nice park, right off of I-75, but not noisy. They are getting ready for spring, spreading gravel and working on the pool. This is nice to see, as we are in a lot of campgrounds that maintenance doesn't appear to be a priority. Very clean laundry and shower house/bathrooms. Gracious management, and a well stocked store.

We are always striving to improve. Once all those trees leaf out you hardly notice the highway. We have planted a slew of evergreens that just need to get bigger to help with that too. Please come see us again during hig season to see all the flowers in bloom and the pool sparkling blue.

Overnight stay, tornado warning at 2:15 am. Owners were there with us in bath house. Would stay there again.

Stayed at this KOA about 7 years ago…wow!! The place has improved…beautiful landscaping, clean cabin, clear/clean pool, friendly staff and even delivered firewood to our camp. The gift shop is adorable w/great gifts and last minute items needed. John, the owner, is so friendly and running a great KOA!!
