Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rustic cabin was as expected and was clean. The park is a little off the beaten path, but is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is peaceful and quiet.

I left a day earlier than planned and was told they'd talk to manager about a one night refund but of course it wasn't given. There was large black ants in cabin, and in the early morning we were awakened by traffic of other campers. Also we went for jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking but couldn't get in touch with rental places and place on koa brochure the number was disconnected.

I loved my Cabin, it met my needs at a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and birds sang profusely which I love. Close to the falls, Cumberland Gap, and just an 1.3 hours to Natural Bridge. Highly recommend.

Good location for the area, the people working there are nice, but I would recommend the bathrooms to be cleaned more often and the air conditioners in the cabins should be larger because on hot days the coolest it got was around 77 degrees, at night was no problem keeping it cool.

Rented a cabin it was extremely dusty on the walls. Ants and other bugs inside. Woke up with something crawling on me in bed. Window unit ac would only cool during the night-time. Bathrooms were dirty. Fecal matter was left on the floor by a toilet for over 24 hrs. Also toilet out of paper over 24 hrs. Bathroom needs updated and everything needs cleaned. Not worth what it cost.

Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. On my last stay there, a guy was running around giving out free Firewood to anyone needing it. The campground is always quiet and clean. The only downside to this KOA is that the shower/bathrooms are outdated and there is no AC or much ventilation. A small tv, microwave and a mini frig in the primitive cabins like other KOAs would be helpful.

My family rented the 2 bedroom cabin as our first attempt at camping all together, and I must say the experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly as I have come to expect from KOA across the country. All in all, the cabin and the facility was clean, pool was refreshing too.

Not a good stay. Cabin is run down and dirty. The floor has not been stained and was dirty. The walls had duct tape. The entire time we stayed there the bathroom floors were not mopped. One electric outlet in cabin where others have been taken out.....come on get with it. Sitting on swing outside had wood shavings falling from roof from insects.

It was the first time I had rented a cabin. It was wonderful. I appreciate how clean the bathrooms are and the warm showers. I loved the front porch swing. No critters had gotten in the cabin either. It was a wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back. Everyone is so friendly. And I really appreciate how easy it is to access my spot when I arrive after hours. I love KOA. Thanks so much. Pam

I feel this is overpriced for a KOA Journey campground. While access is easy and there are lots of conveniences close by, the facilities are very worn and there are not many amenities to warrant the price. The restrooms smelled like an outhouse and were in need of cleaning(men’s). The staff were friendly and polite!

We arrived after hours and the cabin was very pleasant and clean. The heater in the front room was very loud and squeaky. The online info on the cabin stated that linens were supplied but their were none in the cabin.We slept on the bare plastic mattresses..Not our best KOA experience.

We enjoyed our cozy cabin. The owners and staff were awesome. There was a nice K9 exercise area which had two separate area which was great. Not very many KOA’s have that so this was great.

You couldn't ask for nicer camp workers!!! Leesa the manager is amazing and the front staff were amazing as well. We love the location, this campground just needs some TLC....some paint and landscape/ground work would help a lot. We have camped there several times, and we'll be back again next summer!

This is a very nice, clean Campground. Quick location directly off the highway and close to town. Although you can hear highway noise, you can't see it. Downtown Corbin is a great little town as well.

The people and area are great. Nice staff but place needs maintenance bad. Some of the stones around the pool are loose and was making children fall. We stayed in a cabin with no bathroom (no big deal) but this was the first of many KOAs we have stayed at that did not have a SMALL TV, MICROWAVE or Mini fridge. This place need to invest in some upkeep I g for real.

We enjoyed this koa, good camping space, hook ups, roads to walk the pups and items to get at the camp store. We would camp here again.

Staff was ridiculously competent and responsive, campground was clean and well maintained and the showers were a great break from the rv shower. Very impressed with the level of service here
