The campground was beautifully clean. The staff was phenomenal from the gate to the store to recreation. The weekend was full of activities for all ages. The sites were spacious and clean. We love Grandy Creek where we always have a Grandy time!

The stay was very pleasant. The woman working there was very nice and informative. She managed to squeeze us in as the campground we originally booked misrepresented the size for our trailer. It was a quiet and very accommodating. My only concern was that it was quite clear that the gal working there (who again was awesome) was juggling a lot and could have used some additional help.

The welcome and treed setting was fabulous! Our site #96, was set over the septic, with space taken by the 3 fenced areas housing the 6 raised septic covers was less than welcome. We did not enjoy sitting outside due to odor from the septic. There was some trash at our site and our impression was that the KOA is a little run down. We were happy that we only stayed the 1 night.

Great campground with mix of short and longer term campers. Huge trees for shade. Very quiet at night despite a campground that seems largely set up for kids. *don’t go over 5 mph though*. Also, speed bumps throughout because of how many kids on bikes there are. Overall, a very good KOA.

WOWWW...Absolutely the most amazing place on earth � Fun for the kids in every direction �ϋ� Extremely clean pool, playground area and this crazy bounce pillow!! The kids cried when we had to leave. Most items in-store were priced great. Excellent game room with movies and attention to details with painted rocks to make you stop and smile.....AGAIN WOWWW ..STAFF IS LOVING AND MAKES IT PER

While the setting of the campground was nice, the park itself was not well maintained. And they wanted to charge you for everything. For example, $3 for a putter to play mini golf and it was in terrible shape. Debris all over the putting surface and some holes were unplayable because of the condition. I do not think we will be returning.

Went to the store twice, not open. Never saw an employee driving around. Campground had a breakfast but never said where it was. They have a communication problem.

I wanted to stay all summer. Very quiet and low key. Lots of shade. Really nice people. Extra clean. A perfect place to stay.

Super! We all (family of 6 with 4 young kids) had fun. Loved the kid focused activities. Jumping pillow and pool were huge hits. Staff seemed overwhelmed due to understaffing and as a result the store was closed during typical open hours more often than we would have liked.

Great overnight when visiting North Cascades National Park. Very nice staff. When driving up to check in, Thousand Trails signs were posted and both campgrounds were combined. Not sure how I feel about that. Short staffed because store was only open if you requested it. Basic property.

The campground seemed to be a bit run down . The grass hadn’t been mowed in a very long time and the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing !

Hard working staff! They had to close the store a lot to work other areas but they always were nice and helpful. Making s’mores with the kids was fun and the hay ride around the park is a great free perk.

Very nice park quiet and friendly. Paid WIFI isn't worth the expense. Constantly dropping connections even when you are 20 feet from the WIFI antenna.

This has historically been a favorite campground of ours, and it’s pretty clearly understaffed at the moment. The store, which checks out recreational equipment like for mini-golf, wasn’t open on Sunday. The events planned for the kids were fun but often started late (15-20 min after their scheduled time). The bathrooms ran out of paper towels and toilet paper more than once over the weeke

This was our first not great KOA stay we have ever had. The staff were not very friendly nor was the environment that fun feeling you are looking for. I know that with anything customer service these days it is hard to find good employees and people seem to not always be wearing their nice hat... but we called for help a couple of times and were ignored.

Very quite. Very beautiful pine trees! Very close to the puget sound. We had the pleasure of watching the Denver Nuggets win thier first championship at the rec room… what a pleasure!!!

It was amazing with fishing close at Grandy lake. Trees were soooo large and place was well maintained My favorite part is I lost my wedding ring, called after we were on the road for an hour and left a message. Several hours later we got a call and they found it and are mailing it to us. I am forever in their debt and it is the little things that matter today!! Way to go staff!! Thank you!!

Beautiful area. No one was at the check-in gate during working hours. Had to call and then 10 minutes later someone finally showed up. Any KOA combined with Thousand Trails is off our stay list. Stayed at two and didn’t like either. Smug staff; like you’re a second class citizen. Not well maintained; too many issues to list.

Breaker poped on the electrical panel every hour garbage around campsite rude staff inside store. Park in general is unkept. Was put in a spot that just big enough to park my trailer. Wont be back.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. Regarding the breaker, did you let the Ranger know. Usually when this happens, it's a site change. Most of our sites are just big enough for RVs. Please let us know next time and we can see what other sites are available for you.

I heard they past credntials for KOA . But to us they missed on several marks. By the way we e been across country and go to koa because we knew what product we were getting . And this was a Holiday!!! We paid more for the kids and way too much for childless couples

Really enjoyed our stay! This was our 4th stay. Kids loved the bouncy pillow, open fields for play, the pool, and the great friends they met! See ya next year!

Our family had a wonderful time but the campground maintenance is not up to our past experiences. The fields where everyone plays softball, frisbee, croquett etc were not mowed. They said the mower broke 2 days before Memorial Day but the grass was about a foot long. They should have rented a mower and got it done. At $85-90 per night these things should be taken care of.

Beautiful park, friendly people, but the showers had only one accessible stall that was closed! That matters to me as a person with a disability.

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
