As much as I enjoy the KOA I did have some hiccups this stay. Check in is at 4pm and my cabin wasn’t ready until 4:15. Behind my futon in the living room was a ton of food, dust and debris not swept up. I specifically called before coming out to make sure there was a working bbq and propane which I was assured there was. The bbq was barely in usable condition and there was no propane.

The store was not open during convent times. The ranger station was not maned during posted open hours. Grounds were unkept, lots of weeds between spaces mostly in the thousand trails section. Poor experience with one staff member repeatedly.

Newly remodeled bathrooms and showers are wonderful! Clean too! Young man cleaning bathrooms doing a great job and understanding of 5 year couldn’t make the walk to the other bathrooms. Very kind guy!

We’ve stayed here before back around 2019. This time we stayed off the Dogwood Loop spot 94 and it was great! Lots of space and quick access to the open field for dog walks. It was nice and quiet during the week, Friday-Saturday weekend visitors were different. One loud old white Ford truck, whose owner had difficulty keeping it running, also decided 04:00 Saturday morning was best time to leave

Lovely place. best campground bathrooms I've ever seen! Good playground, and pool area, though the open/close times were a little inconsistent, which led to some kiddo disappointment, but we all adjusted. Beautiful space with a perfect blend of laid back AND lovingly taken care of.

Disappointing. Rented a cabin, propane grill did not work reported to KOA staff was told maintenance would fix it but they didn’t so we had no bbq to cook on. Pool was closed with no notice, store was closed our entire stay, rec center also not open, so we couldn’t swim mini golf, jump pad etc Booked here specifically for the amenities but were unable to use them. Campground not as advertised.

Nice quiet park, nestled within the forest. If you want to rest, we recommend Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA. There are plenty of things for kids too. A small a pool, large jumper and other activities. These are away from the main camping area, so you'll still get your rest.

The campground was not kept up. No toilet paper in bathroom. Grass was long. We pay additional for kids but still have to pay for golf and it’s falling apart.

Nice facility, poor management. Advertised services including pool, hot tub, store not open during weekdays before a holiday weekend. Manager says “staff shortages” - they basically gave staff off during weekdays before to save money. After complaining they did give a partial refund but my trip was spoiled because the pool and hot tub were closed, which was the main reason for choosing this KO

We’ve stayed here several years in a row now, this was the best year yet!! Pool was so warm and such a hit, the new playground was awesome, maintenance was great and staff were SO friendly!!! The kids played so hard and it was tough to get them to bed, which is such a great problem to have when they just don’t wanna stop. Overall great stay

The park was not well maintained, there was a fire ban, but the firepit was full of debris and garbage. The WiFi was not working and an employee told me it had been that way for over 2 months, they had a printed sheet offering WiFi for a cost from a 2nd party, but it is supposed to be free and they advertise it ( false advertising). I am very unlikely to come back to the Grandy Creek KOA

Facilities = 5-star. A burn ban declared for Skagit County on June 15th- restricting fires to recreational and cooking fires. Firepits onsite were in compliance for recreational use, however KOA staff said burn ban was for all fires as of 3 days before we arrived - not in accordance with county. No prior notice given. Charged me add $50 for having a fire on 4th of July weekend.

I was very disappointed at how many sites and other areas like the dog park had not been mowed. Thankfully the site we were in had been mowed or we would not have stayed. I’m talking grass a foot tall in areas. This could be a nice park if it was maintained. It’s very close to North cascades National Park and the Birdview diner has great food. If you have bikes there is a rail trail close

The rest room facilities were great. The laundry room was great. Two complaints worth noting. The store not being open everyday. The site pads need regrading and graveling.

We didn't enjoy ourselves at this koa. We saw people who broke the rules but were staying there long term so they could do anything they wanted. Parking in the middle of the road so we barely had any room to leave on our move day. Employees calling themselves "rangers" when they weren't. Employees in the gift shop had no idea about anything when we asked about anything.

Without notice the pool was closed for two thirds of my stay. Although complete the playground was not open. Bathroom had an operable shower and paper products ran out.

This place is fantastic! My child was bummed that the jumping pillow wasnt opened during the posted hours, and the playground wasnt quite ready yet....even though on day one out of 4, we were told it probably would be open same day. We were there over father's day weekend and they had a breakfast (dads ate free with a kid) and the staff working the food prep worked thier butts off. The pancakes, eggs, bacon and biscuts and gravy were better then IHOP! Great time. Campsite was clean and lots of security checks done by staff.

We enjoy the camping experience while in a Cabin and the kid friendly pool and pillow. This is our second time coming here and both times the pool and pillow are opened late which is really annoying with our kids getting all ready to go in the pool but in Saturday it didn't open until 11:30, an hour and a half late. The staff are friendly but it seems they are understaffed.

Crystal was great. Would have been nice to have gotten an email about the burn ban. Would be nice if you treated the main road for dust. Time to maintain miniature golf course. Only four balls on croquet set. Large sign advertising koa magazine but none in office.

This time around, we were told the park would open and it never did. The pool didn’t open until 11:30 because they were short staffed. There was no paper towels in the women’s bathroom the whole time we were there. There was children swimming without parents in the swimming pool. There was also a burn ban so no fire pits.

During week it is quiet. Nice renew of Main Bathroom and watch the new playground installed. Need to update clubhouse smaller bathroom the women’s handicap was closed. Low staff so they didn’t open the clubhouse all week people couldn’t get putters for golf no coffee. We only saw it open once and no coffee.

Great campsite. However the trash container by the jump pad was never collected. The store was not open during the time posted. The new playground was taped off but kids were playing on it anyway.

Always fun. Come every year or 2. Rent a couple of deluxe cabins for a few days. Pool is nice for the grandkids. Store is fun. Wish the grounds were better kept. WiFi could be better along with the TV situation. Cabins are clean, cute and comfy. Really really better than you’re expecting. Early check in when you know the unit is ready would be nice also.

We booked a back in site with a 33 ft trailer. The site given to use was very awkward and the power/water post was half way in our site so the back in was even tighter. So tight i ended up scraping the side of the RV with it. It also was bad because there are two trees at the head of the site. Not too happy. Should not be able to get that site longer that 28ft.

Het was nog erg rustig op de camping waardoor we erg veel privacy hadden op onze plek. Als het vol is kan ik me voorstellen dat dat wat minder fijn is . De gratis douche was mooi schoon en erg lekker.

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
