The Kabins need to be cleaned between guess. K2 was dirty and had a TON of dead flies in the windows and on the beds.

Halloween Camping always a family favorite. Staff is always friendly. Great place for the kids to feel a little independance riding their bikes around.

Campsite was fine. Bathrooms were fine. Laundry was fine, but a bit expensive. WIFI was terrible - you should not say you have WIFI when you really don't (except if you sit beside the game center building).

This was a new location for us. The tent site we stayed at was very nice, the bathroom building is nice. We were used to having access to the KAO store during our stay at other KOA so it was an unexpected change.

Long walk to the restrooms! Wifi unacceptable - having to pay was unexpected and we chose not to try it. Beautiful place. Above comments notwithstanding, we will definitely be back.

Unable to get entry to facility. Last minute info sent by voice mail while we are inside a National Park. Hey, national parks have sketchy cell service. Put us in a half filled campgrounds in a spot farthest from the one and only shower house. It was a 0.25 mile walk to a shower. No friendly encounters with any staff. Place felt like a high security enclosure. Signs threatening fines everywhere.

We didn’t stay cuz there were people & pets (6 dogs in separate pens) set up in our back space. They had yard games set up in our space & about 15 people on 1 site! The whole place was packed! It was so overcrowded & loud, we left & went to Rasar SP, just 5 mins up the road for a quiet, private wooded spot with great hiking trails. KOAs aren’t what they used to be!

Not our first visit to Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA, but it was our first time in the pull through spots and we will probably be trying for those in the future. Great time had by all, even the just turned one year old

It is a nice facility. RV sites are spacious and everything was nice and clean. I feel that you are over charging the customers. You should not be charging families extra to play on the bouncy mat or for the mini putt.

We were disappointed when the pool and hot tub was shutdown before we got to use them. A LARGE part of why I chose this location was for these amenities and why I triple checked the day before arrival. I understand things happen but was still disappointing. Love the bathroom and shower remodel BUT would like hot water brought back to the sinks for sanitary reasons.

Fabulous stay! It was our first time there and loved it. Great place for our kiddo to explore and play. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Bad news when the pool had to close. Very disappointed kids. Maybe offer free golf or something to compensate & give them something to do. Many many people going WAY too fast, some doing at least 35pmh at times. Would appreciate more regulation on this for the childrens sake.

It was ok a bit overpriced We were very disappointed in the mini golf ~ not really a mini golf and to charge for that is ridiculous! The hot tub was nice Club house needs updating

What put me off on this campground were the extra charges. I have often had packages shipped to me when we are on the road for months at a time but this is the first campground that changed me for it. I had to pay $5 a package for the two packages I had shipped to me here. No other campground has charged me for this! Also while the first hour is free, they charge for WIFI over an hour.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your campground. Everything was clean, well marked, and running to perfection. All games and toys for the children were available and operational. I used the recreation center for internet access, and met fellow campers while doing that. I hope you win a President's Award in 2026. You would get my vote!

We like the patio sites, but they are too far away from the pool, mini-golf, clubhouse, store, playground, etc. With two young grandchildred the walk from the patio sites are too far away and exhausting walk that distance. This time we stayed in the Q sight with ample room but very disappointed in the neglect of the grounds, branches and sticks everywhere, grass is sick looking, plants dry/brown.

We had a wonderful time with our family staying in one of the cabins across from our Trailer. The girls loved the jump pillow and we loved hiking in the beautiful creek. The staff are friendly and always smiling. This campground is definitely our favorite. We will return again.

The main bathrooms were down the first day, which was fine because the campground wasn't busy. They opened before the big rush on Friday and look amazing! The pool bathrooms definitely need updated and more toilets & showers added. Lots of space & activities for the kids to run and play

We have always really enjoyed our stays at this campsite. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We checked in at 4:30 pm on Monday, August 17th, and about 2 hours after that, the washroom/shower facility closest to our cabin was closed due to septic issues. This made for a very long walk in the middle of the night. As we drove out after 3 nights, the septic repair service just arrived.

During our stay 8/17-20/2026, the camp had issues with their septic which limited use of main bathroom and shower building, making it unusable. If you have children this campground has excellent equipment and our grandchildren had so much fun! For adults with no children it would not be my first choice.

Straight forward campground. We had to do a late check in and they called to give thorough instructions for a late check in with a map giving us direction to our site. Reasonably priced too!
