It was good. Rv dump was out of order where we parked but everything else was good

I had 2 issues during our stay that I found unacceptable. Our assigned spot was littered with cigarette butts. Never stayed at a KOA that looked this unkempt. The second issue was having the water turned off one morning, this might not have been a problem but it happened while I was sitting on the commode in my trailer. On the plus side the location is nice.

At first our spot felt cramped but we were comfy and content. Showers were great. The creek is refreshing. The open areas are perfect.

Everyone was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. The bathroom could use a little more constant cleaning also the soap dispensers would run out. The lawn mowing could have been better kept up. There were three different times in our packet for the same event. All in all, my daughter and I had a great connecting and bonding experience.

Our first time visiting, and it was beautiful! The grounds were well kept, the sites were spacious, and we loved the trees. I picked some blackberries to bring home, too!

Our stay was all about the 3 grandkids. We chose to stay at Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA because there were many activities at this campground for kids.

We stayed for 5 nights. Our 18month old had a blast with the back field behind us and the space at our site. Sadly a campfire ban at the time but totally understandable. Also one of the quietest campgrounds we've been to considering it was almost full during our stay. It was clean and everyone friendly. Grass wasn’t mowed, loud sirens woke me up in night, kids toys seemed unkept, toddler pool was dirty, lady in store was very rude.

The staff was particularly helpful with my special travel needs, especially after I messed up the initial reservations. Hope you can overcome you staffing challenges to keep the store open more though!

We've stayed at Grandy Creek KOA many times over the last ten years. It is consistently a great place to stay. It's always clean, safe, well-managed and fun for all ages.

There was a lack of staff. Store was not open during normal hours. The mini golf is beyond repair, bordering hazardous! No! Is hazardous!!!

Wow, so campground is not full and we are placed in a site as far away from everything as you can get (and next to the private driveway). WIFI does not work - no connection. Boil water order - I get it, need to be safe - but the lack of urgency seems a little strange. Finally, the toilets only partially worked in the bathrooms up by the cabins and then all of them were full on Wednesday morning

I brought my grandkids for a long weekend. They had a ball with the pool, playground and jumping pillow. What a fun surprise when the Grinch showed up during Christmas in July!

Disappointed an email wasn’t sent out about lack of water and possible boil water advisory. Can’t believe you charge extra money for kids and then they have to pay $10 to buy a bracelet to play on equipment. Neighbour had dog barking for 4 hours and when I called ranger, then said nothing they could do. Site 2.5 inches sloped left to right. Nice trees though.

Reason for low rating is that you did not get a welcome feeling at all. We travel a lot and always feel KOA is welcoming and are able to receive pkgs.Had a pkg delivered by USPS to the campground, but apparently it was refused.Had even signed a consent form for receiving a pkg & agreed to pay $10 fee but still refused! Neighbor yelled at for going wrong way to site and fined $50! I could go on...

We have been staying here for years, and have always had a great time! We love that this KOA has more of a state park feel, and the staff has always been kind. It’s a great central location for all our kayaking adventures!

Great stay! The kids loved all the activities from swimming to wagon rides to putt putt golf. Also thank you to the staff for handling the water pump issue on Friday very professional making the best of the situation and getting someone out quickly to get the water back on to the park by late afternoon.

It was a nice place to stay for staying close to home. The one thing we did notice was garbage left behind in the fire pit as well as around the campsite from the last person/s who stayed there.

No pump out available for sewer; closed for season Park Pump on water system failed, evidently no back up pump. Had to boil drinking water Loved our wooded site, but it was like dry camping

They have rules on top of rules. Then their water pump broke and never told us. Then a day later, it might have been sooner, but they never informed us the water was back on but boil it before we use it. We found all these water problems out by asking other campers. What if we drank the water??? It should be a policy to keep your campers informed about these issues.

We apologize for our pump going out. We immediately printed out forms for each site and it was hand delivered (one per site) and added into the inbound packets. On this form it mentions the boil water notice. We are sorry that this happened during your stay as it affected many campers. Thank you.

The grounds were beautiful!!! One of the best, although we were very disappointed the camp store was NEVER open. We were there for 3 full days over a weekend and not once was the store open. We asked the ranger and was turned away rudely I might add.

Adequate and pleasant, but too many rules and restrictions. Far more than any we encountered in 14 years of RVing. Not well situated for visiting North Cascades NP.

Bathroom super duty, store all the time close and really bad customer service , only 5 bathrooms working for the all camping ground I never back

We have several areas of improvements planned for 2024. Our bathrooms included. There is a Ranger cellphone number that we provide so if the store is locked, we can still accommodate guests within a few minutes. We look forward to our improvements next year. See you then.

0 customer service- run by a mother and her teenage kids or friends. It’s totally obvious no maintenance is EVER done. Good thing there is no competition for them or they’d be run out of town. Store closed early one day at 1:30 and was listed as open till 4. Don’t expect to get anything ordered and delivered to you unless you fork over 5 bucks and sign your life away. Terrible KOA.!!!

We had a great time. The kids really enjoyed the jump pillow, putt putt golf and of course the pool! Camp site that was assigned was very tight against the neighbors. With our slides out we would have not fit at all so we had to move. Our second assigned spot was perfect!

It was clean and quiet. Only problem we had was trying to buy at the store. Went up 3 times before someone came to open it up. 2nd time gave up and walked to the store on the highway

Beautiful! The gal at the booth was so nice and accommodating. Lot of trees that provided lot's of shade. Didn't like how my picnic table was opposite where our door/awning are . Having my picnic table on the side of my hook-ups ruins the whole camp set up for us. Additionally, when you walk out your door you don't want to have to walk around to the other side of your rig to hang out.

Kind of run down, dusty and noisy, but the worst part is that instead of cleaning or helping at the horrible check in process, they have a giant Karen focusing on raising revenue by imposing arbitrary "speeding" fines . $50 with no evidence or way to measure. We enjoyed the atmosphere and gorgeous weather. The pool was also a highlight! However, the store was not open during posted hours. The grass was not mowed between the campsites or on the big field we have enjoyed many times on previous trips. Upon arrival and being told there’s a fifty dollar fine. Set the negative upon arrival. Then we get a flat tire after we were in camp. Trying to find place to park. I am sure you could check your cameras, no flat until the next morning. While we had a flat tire, we were being told we can’t park while. Our camp site was dirty. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this KOA. Highly understaffed, very rude and unprofessional workers. Unfortunately our families worst trip and won't be returning or recommending to anyone.

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
