Always a great stay - although this stay had it's frustrations due to staff shortage - that's not Grande Creeks fault - so still rated a 5 star. :)

Cabin was great. Disappointing that the cook shelter had no propane and when asked for was told that the shelter was extra rental option for larger events only by the Ranger. I picked up a good amount of small litter (wrappers, caps, cigarette butts) every time I went to the bathroom facility. That could use a little more attention. Bathroom were cleaned regularly and good, showers not as good.

Wonderful stay, very clean lodge that we stayed in. Disappointed that the store was closed for the three days we were there. Could not play mini golf as store was closed. Could have called ranger but by the time you do that and not sure how quick of response the you may not feel like it -A great place to ride bikes if you bring your own. Too bad bikes were not a option to rent like at other KOAs

As a family of 4 with 2 young kids we had a blast! The staff worked so hard and we participated and enjoyed many of the activities that were planned. The kids loved the playground, pool, jumping pillow and hay ride. The breakfast Saturday am was fantastic! Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

It is a lovely space and well maintained. There was a strange issue on the last day where the office staff was unavailable to check us out until past the deadline. They were not worried about it and we were staying to swim anyways so it wasn't a big deal. The bigger issue was the # of hours that the store remained closed that day. It was closed from 9am to 1pm. We needed ice and water.

We had an issue where the gas grill was very dirty and the propane ran out and we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. We had to go to the office to find someone, the deluxe cabin was smaller and not as clean as we’ve experienced at other KOAs.

Had a pleasant stay during the weekend. Cabins are cozy and comfortable. Pool /hot tub were nice. I don’t know the staffing issues but the store was almost always closed. But there’s another store about 0.5 miles away , so it was ok.

Stayed in the kabins. Bathrooms were not clean. Maintenance around the place was not great. It’s a nice place to stay just needs better day to day care.

Nice and clean cabin, a lot of KOA's should take example from you. Please have the cabin ready earlier though, for the price, it would be nice to fully enjoy it

We stay concrete, Grandy Creek KOA for 2 nights July 1st 2023 night your one of the night staff was very Rude to us, we don't know his name, but he has a beard, we are there for have good time he need to learn how to speak with costumer big time. so many tent so close to our yard too crowded. There should be another bathroom so many people bathroom swimming pool & hot tub is so small too crowded,

Wonderful campground! Activity prices/wristbands were a bit confusing. Wish they were included for deluxe cabins. We will be back!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Grady creek campground. It is not often that we get a chance to get our blended family together. To continue bonding with aunts uncles, and grandchildren which your facilities enhance greatly. And thank you to your staff who are always kind and helpful.

We planned a stay for us and our kids/grand kids using two cabins and a tent trailer. They were very kind and accommodating so that we could all be together. I made a mistake in my booking. They were understanding and fixed it for me. The KOA was great for my grand kids. They could safely bike and play and it was easy for us to have eyes on them.

This campground is up and coming. The Kabins are newer and well-kept. The mattresses were comfortable. The man who welcomed us was very helpful. The lack of sufficient staff resulted in the store being closed which was somewhat inconvenient. The pool is a great size and the hot tub is perfect temp.

Everything was great! The grounds and facilities were clean, the activities and Father’s Day Breakfast were wonderful, lots of trees which gave us shade in the sun! And the staff were all super friendly!

Overall we are always happy with our stay at Grandy Creek KOA. We have made it a tradition since 2018 to come with 6-8 other families! This year I was a bit disappointed with some of the staff- the women running the Italian soda hour were impatient and rude to all of us and I also found what looked to be dried vomit on a mattress in our bunk room which was disappointing/gross. Otherwise great!

Very clean and welcoming cabin. Liked the heater inside so we stayed warm at night. Having activities for families and play areas that were great. Also the staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much! We will be back next year to visit again!!

Overall grounds/campground were expansive and well laid out. Signage to get to the campground from Hwy 20 was not ever clear, and google shows three different locations in the area for the campground. The camp store was closed throughout our stay, and surprisingly there is no clear entrance to the store without going through a darkened rec room.

No one around to notify of problems. Batteries dead in remotes. Mold on shower curtain. Excessive dirt on celling fan blades, could not use them. Celling fan light not working. Toliet did not stop running. After two days got remote batteries. But because phones mailbox was full we could get no one to fix the problems. One star because the cabin it self was nice and the grounds where clean.

The linens weren't there in the cabin wheh we arrived. The store was rarely open, so we had to leave for ice, laundry soap, little things it would've been nice to get on site. The laundry facility was nice though!

As always, the Grandy Creek campground and staff exceeded our expectations. Our favorite campground! So many fun family activities and the people are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

Pleasant, when we arrived the picnic table at site was covered in fish guts and blood. Our site was pretty stinky. Perhaps sites could be checked before guest arrive.

The staff was amazing and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. The only thing I will say is the braclets for $10 was kind of pointless considering barely any other kids had them on that were jumping on that pillow pad and I would assume for $10 the hot dog in the evening would have been included too. So feel as if I wasted $20 on something that clearly didn’t do much.

Fantastic staff and fantastic grounds! Very family focused, with a lot of activities for the kids. Absolutely loved our time and the staff couldn’t be better.

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
