As much as I enjoy the KOA I did have some hiccups this stay. Check in is at 4pm and my cabin wasn’t ready until 4:15. Behind my futon in the living room was a ton of food, dust and debris not swept up. I specifically called before coming out to make sure there was a working bbq and propane which I was assured there was. The bbq was barely in usable condition and there was no propane.

Disappointing. Rented a cabin, propane grill did not work reported to KOA staff was told maintenance would fix it but they didn’t so we had no bbq to cook on. Pool was closed with no notice, store was closed our entire stay, rec center also not open, so we couldn’t swim mini golf, jump pad etc Booked here specifically for the amenities but were unable to use them. Campground not as advertised.

We enjoy the camping experience while in a Cabin and the kid friendly pool and pillow. This is our second time coming here and both times the pool and pillow are opened late which is really annoying with our kids getting all ready to go in the pool but in Saturday it didn't open until 11:30, an hour and a half late. The staff are friendly but it seems they are understaffed.

Always fun. Come every year or 2. Rent a couple of deluxe cabins for a few days. Pool is nice for the grandkids. Store is fun. Wish the grounds were better kept. WiFi could be better along with the TV situation. Cabins are clean, cute and comfy. Really really better than you’re expecting. Early check in when you know the unit is ready would be nice also.

Not sure you are aware, but Yurt #1 is infested with lady bugs. Dead and alive. They were literally dropping from the ceiling our entire stay.

We rented a cabin. The beds were very uncomfortable, did not have enough pillows, not enough bedding in the linen package and we only brought 1 extra blanket. My husband is going through cancer treatment and he was miserable the entire time. Power went out on Saturday and he was freezing. His food that is feed through a feeding tube could not be given on Sunday since it was too cold.

Stayed in a Yurt 10/8/25-10/10/25. Heater was broken but was able to message the after hours number and a working one was delivered within 15 minutes! Staff were friendly, bathrooms clean!

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in deluxe cabin. Property was quite, cabin was well stocked. Staff was helpful with our request of a couple of issues we had. Only thing negative was the floor mat in kitchen was very dirty. And Guest are responsible to wash dishes before leaving and there were a couple not clean in cupboard.

The deluxe cabin was great with ONE exception: The overuse of Febreeze caused me on night one, to leave the bed at midnight and use my blanket I brought from home to make a bed on the couch. For those of us who suffer from migraines, inescapable smells can trigger migraine attacks. I have always find the smell of Febreeze to indicate you're trying to hide something, and the smell is nausea

Enjoyed our stay. We were hiking in North Cascades NP and it was a great home base. Very happy to have a bed, bathroom, and kitchen in the cabin. Laundry room was also super convenient.

The store hours need to be increased. The store should open at 8am. Bathrooms and showers need work. Having half the showers not working at one time and bathroom stalls not working was frustrating. Many times the ladies room bathroom doors would not latch. A feminine production box fell off the wall while I was in the bathroom and I had to clean all the contents that fell out of the box. Yuck!!

1. Very disappointed that the pool was closed at 4:30pm on the day we arrived, Monday 8/4. Not enough staffing, (they said). 2. Cabin was clean. 3. Staff was responsive.

The campground was nice and the very nice skeleton staff worked incredibly hard. However, the information for the campground does not say anything about the camp store only being open Saturday and for a few hours Sunday morning. Info also says there are kids activities every 2 hours, but not the is only when store is open.

The delux cabin’s toilet was so low it was impossible to use. The rest room was so far away from where we were it made my trip very uncomfortable

The cabin was clean, and the staff were helpful. The Campground store was closed, no fires were allowed, so food access was limited to driving to a nearby convenience store. The pool is well-maintained and is one of the reasons we return each summer.

We stayed in one of the yurts for 2 nights. Our window screen was tied so tightly that I had to have maintenance come and adjust it after the first night of it being open. They responded quickly and were able to fix it. The bathroom house was large but half of the showers were out of order; the ones that were usable were either missing shower curtains or had large clumps of hair/debris.

We enjoyed the property overall. The cabin we stayed in was clean and very nice. It worked well for our family of 4 with 2 kids ages 5 and 7. The only complaint is that the pool and pillow have late opening times, and both mornings I had to go track down staff to open the jumping pillow because they "lost track of time." It was supposed to open at 10 but it did not open on time both mornings.

We had a great time, we rented one of the luxury cabins, it was so cute and perfect. Our kids had so much fun riding their bikes around the property, and playing in the little creek. We will definitely be back!

The staff gives you a warm welcome at the gate and continues to offer help during our stay. Visiting the store was I highlight for the kids and adults to get a treat and souvenirs of our stay. Eric is absolutely fantastic! He is engaging with all who enter the store young or old. Thank you all for another great weekend

We had an amazing weekend at the campground. It poured rain the entire time, but the staff and the other guests were so friendly and no one seemed to mind the weather. That’s how much fun the campground is.

It was wonderful. The cabin was super clean, well stocked with all the things needed in it. The futon is pretty uncomfortable as a place to sit or sleep but the beds were very comfortable. The staff at grandy creek were the best and they made the stay there really first rate. Looking forward to staying there again!

We really enjoyed staying in the tiny Kabin. It was close to the bathroom and had plenty of room inside. We were disappointed the pool/hot tub was closed for the season, but the bathroom facilities were nice and we enjoyed being close to North Cascades National Park.

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
