0 customer service- run by a mother and her teenage kids or friends. It’s totally obvious no maintenance is EVER done. Good thing there is no competition for them or they’d be run out of town. Store closed early one day at 1:30 and was listed as open till 4. Don’t expect to get anything ordered and delivered to you unless you fork over 5 bucks and sign your life away. Terrible KOA.!!!

We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. Customer service is our goal. Our lawn mower is currently being repaired so unfortunately, the push mower has been our go to. Per our package policy online, we only accept medication FREE or emergency RV parts $5 per package. Thank you for understanding

We had a great time. The kids really enjoyed the jump pillow, putt putt golf and of course the pool! Camp site that was assigned was very tight against the neighbors. With our slides out we would have not fit at all so we had to move. Our second assigned spot was perfect!

It was clean and quiet. Only problem we had was trying to buy at the store. Went up 3 times before someone came to open it up. 2nd time gave up and walked to the store on the highway

Beautiful! The gal at the booth was so nice and accommodating. Lot of trees that provided lot's of shade. Didn't like how my picnic table was opposite where our door/awning are . Having my picnic table on the side of my hook-ups ruins the whole camp set up for us. Additionally, when you walk out your door you don't want to have to walk around to the other side of your rig to hang out.

Kind of run down, dusty and noisy, but the worst part is that instead of cleaning or helping at the horrible check in process, they have a giant Karen focusing on raising revenue by imposing arbitrary "speeding" fines . $50 with no evidence or way to measure. Does KOA condone this scam? Cannot contact anyone. Pick the big motorhomes and see if they can get away with it? Stay far away from this pla

We enjoyed the atmosphere and gorgeous weather. The pool was also a highlight! However, the store was not open during posted hours. The grass was not mowed between the campsites or on the big field we have enjoyed many times on previous trips. Upon arrival and being told there’s a fifty dollar fine. Set the negative upon arrival. Then we get a flat tire after we were in camp. Trying to find place to park. I am sure you could check your cameras, no flat until the next morning. While we had a flat tire, we were being told we can’t park while. Our camp site was dirty. The dump site had feces and paper on the ground. No hose availabl

The staff was wonderful. The facility is staring to look tired and need of a refresh. My husband said the men’s room was good. The women’s was dirty. The last stall close to the wall had dirt all along the sides. The drain was very slow and I ended up Standing in water. I had to move the bench to close the door. At 7 pm cleaning sign said 0800. Next morning it was all filled in. Great for kids

We had an issue where the gas grill was very dirty and the propane ran out and we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. We had to go to the office to find someone, the deluxe cabin was smaller and not as clean as we’ve experienced at other KOAs.

I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this KOA. Highly understaffed, very rude and unprofessional workers. Unfortunately our families worst trip and won't be returning or recommending to anyone.

The campground was beautifully clean. The staff was phenomenal from the gate to the store to recreation. The weekend was full of activities for all ages. The sites were spacious and clean. We love Grandy Creek where we always have a Grandy time!

The stay was very pleasant. The woman working there was very nice and informative. She managed to squeeze us in as the campground we originally booked misrepresented the size for our trailer. It was a quiet and very accommodating. My only concern was that it was quite clear that the gal working there (who again was awesome) was juggling a lot and could have used some additional help.

The welcome and treed setting was fabulous! Our site #96, was set over the septic, with space taken by the 3 fenced areas housing the 6 raised septic covers was less than welcome. We did not enjoy sitting outside due to odor from the septic. There was some trash at our site and our impression was that the KOA is a little run down. We were happy that we only stayed the 1 night.

Great campground with mix of short and longer term campers. Huge trees for shade. Very quiet at night despite a campground that seems largely set up for kids. *don’t go over 5 mph though*. Also, speed bumps throughout because of how many kids on bikes there are. Overall, a very good KOA.

WOWWW...Absolutely the most amazing place on earth � Fun for the kids in every direction �ϋ� Extremely clean pool, playground area and this crazy bounce pillow!! The kids cried when we had to leave. Most items in-store were priced great. Excellent game room with movies and attention to details with painted rocks to make you stop and smile.....AGAIN WOWWW ..STAFF IS LOVING AND MAKES IT PER

While the setting of the campground was nice, the park itself was not well maintained. And they wanted to charge you for everything. For example, $3 for a putter to play mini golf and it was in terrible shape. Debris all over the putting surface and some holes were unplayable because of the condition. I do not think we will be returning.

Went to the store twice, not open. Never saw an employee driving around. Campground had a breakfast but never said where it was. They have a communication problem.

I wanted to stay all summer. Very quiet and low key. Lots of shade. Really nice people. Extra clean. A perfect place to stay.

Super! We all (family of 6 with 4 young kids) had fun. Loved the kid focused activities. Jumping pillow and pool were huge hits. Staff seemed overwhelmed due to understaffing and as a result the store was closed during typical open hours more often than we would have liked.

Great overnight when visiting North Cascades National Park. Very nice staff. When driving up to check in, Thousand Trails signs were posted and both campgrounds were combined. Not sure how I feel about that. Short staffed because store was only open if you requested it. Basic property.

The campground seemed to be a bit run down . The grass hadn’t been mowed in a very long time and the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing !

Hard working staff! They had to close the store a lot to work other areas but they always were nice and helpful. Making s’mores with the kids was fun and the hay ride around the park is a great free perk.

Had a pleasant stay during the weekend. Cabins are cozy and comfortable. Pool /hot tub were nice. I don’t know the staffing issues but the store was almost always closed. But there’s another store about 0.5 miles away , so it was ok.

Stayed in the kabins. Bathrooms were not clean. Maintenance around the place was not great. It’s a nice place to stay just needs better day to day care.

This is a super nice KOA with some great sites and fun amenities for the kids. The bounce pillow alone is worth the stay for them. Make sure and check what site you are getting, many are wonderfully treed but some are full sun. The camp store is well stocked. Their hours and staffing were super unpredictable. Be prepared for them to be closed randomly all the time and not open or close when said

Nice and clean cabin, a lot of KOA's should take example from you. Please have the cabin ready earlier though, for the price, it would be nice to fully enjoy it

We stay concrete, Grandy Creek KOA for 2 nights July 1st 2023 night your one of the night staff was very Rude to us, we don't know his name, but he has a beard, we are there for have good time he need to learn how to speak with costumer big time. so many tent so close to our yard too crowded. There should be another bathroom so many people bathroom swimming pool & hot tub is so small too crowded,

We stayed at this KOA last fall while we explored North Cascades National Park. Nice RV park with great amenities. We upgraded to one of the premium spots and the patio with Adirondack chairs and log bench swing were nice additions.

Grandy Creek KOA is a great place. ALL Staff works very hard to make everyone stay awesome. I'm not someone who has only been here one time, I've been coming for over 5 years and always happy. It saddens me to see review of people complaining about stuff when I know there doing the best they can. Thank You Grandy Creek Staff. :) The Menzies
