It appears this campsite is co-run with Thousand Trails. I had bad experiences with Thousand Trails in the past. While I did not have problems with this particular campsite, I wish that KOA would indicate in the reservation which campgrounds are partnered with Thousand Trails.

This is such a pleasant campground. There are big, beautiful trees to camp among. The facilities were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

One night stay before heading into the North Cascades NP. Restroom facilities were immaculate. How ever shower We used had mold and mildew on the shower curtain, recommend they be washed or replaced if won’t come clean. My experience is if washed every couple weeks and then sprayed with cleaner in between works great. Otherwise a beautiful campground.

Overall, our stay was very good over the Labor Day weekend. The staff was very friendly and we were impressed with all the things to do. There appeared to be some staffing issues leading to activity changes. But, the staff did the best they could. Only downside was by the end of the stay, the restrooms were looking pretty rough and running out of paper towels and TP.

The kids activities was fun. Rock painting, sack raises, scavenger hunt. Kids loved the jump pillow and the pool. A few things that made our stay unpleasant was how dirty the bathrooms were. Toilet paper was not restocked, so multiple stalls didn’t have any, garbage on the floor, it didn’t look like anyone cleaned it for the 3 days we were there. GrandyCreek campsite: Been coming to this site for yrs & never had a problem except this yr. Had to make numerous calls, emails just to get a call back. Untrained staff (said we just need to show up & didn't need to pay any deposit)... toilets/washrooms not cleaned regularly, no paper, flushes not working, no hot water. Sani dump not working!! Pros: nice location, friendly staff

The linens weren't there in the cabin wheh we arrived. The store was rarely open, so we had to leave for ice, laundry soap, little things it would've been nice to get on site. The laundry facility was nice though!

Love koa in concrete it’s are new go to for a quick weekend. Only thing that could use a little work is some of the sewers are really high. We stayed in 86 & 101 & sewer were higher then are outlet

The washrooms were only cleaned on Saturday 03rd Sept at 9.20 and were left in a mess till we checked out on Monday. The paper towels were not refilled and some flush tanks would not flush in the ladies washrooms. It was a really frustrating experience. They were definitely short staffed bec there was none to even talk to.

As always, the Grandy Creek campground and staff exceeded our expectations. Our favorite campground! So many fun family activities and the people are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

Clean and relaxing, TONS of stuff to do for the kids which means ample adult time. The layout of the park is well thought out with big RV’s in mind. We loved every part of our stay and will most definitely be back

Nice area, very friendly staff. Bathrooms are in need of upgrade: toilets do not flush!! Lots of things for children to play, although you have to pay.

Was disappointed that for the price to stay there there was no internet at the sites. Loved the big trees but our site had all kinds of sewer holes with covers and a KOA employee had to check the filters. Fire pit was full of cigarette butts and should have been cleaned out before our arrival. Staff was friendly and rest of area was clean.

Great place! The only suggestion would be to please fix the screens in cabin 2. Almost all of them are torn. Loved it there and hope to visit again!

We took our granddaughter on her first camping trip. She enjoyed swimming, jumping on the air pad and the little activities that the campground put on. She enjoyed the Italian sodas, painting rocks and going on the scavenger hunt. It was a great first experience for her. The campground was clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to many more trips.

Rest rooms and showers were OK. But tent camping was a bare field, with only big logs separating spaces. Not one speck of landscaping. A picnic table and fire ring. And a number. Also, lots of up charges for Wi-Fi and kid activities. Wish I had gone up to Baker Lake. Won’t be back. People were nice, though.

They were obviously short-staffed, dump station was closed, store was closed. Have to stay there several times before this time was seem to be very expensive for not being fully staffed and everything closed and not working.

It could be a great Koa but needs work. Lack of maintenance to keep things kept up. Trees need to be trimmed up for low branches, weeds pulled, grass mowed and landscaping done. Don’t charge extra for mini golf when it’s falling apart and can barley be played on. Hot tub isn’t working. Power, water, and sewer worked great. Over all could be a great place but needs maintenance and things repa

It is a very large campground, the site's were a nice size. We were in site 112 with a patio which was nice, the hookups and patio location were too far away from each other. You would need extensions for power and sewer to reach the hookups and be beside the patio. Due to staff shortages the store was not open for the limited hours it was set to be open and unfortunately there was a burn ban also

With Bellingham Landcruisers, 2nd. time, campgrounds are clean and appreciate the full h/u's. The folks in the arrival kiosk very friendly and helpful.

Some of the shower’s didn’t work. And not having the little store open during the day so we could buy ice wasn’t good. The staff was great!

It was fine. I know the KOA probably makes most of its money from trailers and everything campers but MAN the tent sites are rough. We were envious of spaces with any tree cover at all. No shade in a tent site in the summer makes for an uncomfortable stay. But otherwise everything was great!

Campground was a little run down. Playground especially. Many activities are extra cost. Site was next to septic field so there was a funky smell for a lot of the stay.

Pleasant, when we arrived the picnic table at site was covered in fish guts and blood. Our site was pretty stinky. Perhaps sites could be checked before guest arrive.

The staff was amazing and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. The only thing I will say is the braclets for $10 was kind of pointless considering barely any other kids had them on that were jumping on that pillow pad and I would assume for $10 the hot dog in the evening would have been included too. So feel as if I wasted $20 on something that clearly didn’t do much.

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
