No issues, seemed mostly like a park for long term campers. But it was quiet and clean.

Area is beautiful. RV pads aren’t very level so it can be tricky. Charging for wifi is annoying. Laundry facilities are nice and easy to use on App. Sites are pretty shady which in the summer is great.

Suggestion: since our climate is getting warmer, it would be great to leave the pool open thru the end of October.

We had a lovely site, and the campground was friendly and pleasant. Price was a little high, but now we will anticipate that. We look forward to bringing our granddaughter back for a weekend getaway!

Stayed in a primitive tent spot. it had a fire ring and 2 logs demarcating the space . there was room for our teo small personal tents and our motorcycles. The bathrooms and showers were well kept up. They also had nice laundry area. Ranger was freindly and polite.

I am very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the sites. The layout also left a lot to be desired. Also the campfire pits were not DNR approved so we could not have a real campfire. These are all things witch I do not expet from a KOA campground. There was also a pole right in the middle of our small campsite that was very unsightly as we were camping with friends and it was right in the middle.

Very nice campground with excellent location and well cared for. Many activities for kids and great spot for biking trail access.

Overall grounds/campground were expansive and well laid out. Signage to get to the campground from Hwy 20 was not ever clear, and google shows three different locations in the area for the campground. The camp store was closed throughout our stay, and surprisingly there is no clear entrance to the store without going through a darkened rec room.

There should be free wifi, a dump station, and cable for the price they charge.

It was great!! First time camping there and so much for the kids to do, super friendly staff, good size camp sites. Won't be the last time we will stay here!! :)

Was perfect. The new renovations are beautiful. We stayed an extra unplanned night because of it. Your staff are suburb in every way. Kudos to all. Especially Ms. Amanda.

No one around to notify of problems. Batteries dead in remotes. Mold on shower curtain. Excessive dirt on celling fan blades, could not use them. Celling fan light not working. Toliet did not stop running. After two days got remote batteries. But because phones mailbox was full we could get no one to fix the problems. One star because the cabin it self was nice and the grounds where clean.

Nice wooded sites, but many are very difficult to get into with a big rig. Campground is quiet and serene. The internet (which you pay extra for) is lousy. The 5 mbps that’s advertised is laughable. You have to be vey patient just to get email.

Grungy. That’s it. That’s the word to describe this place. The restrooms in the middle of the campgrounds were much better. But the compliment ends there. The showers were horrendous. There’s mold/mildew on all of the shower curtains. Grime on the floors and walls. I’m not sure bleach could clean these things. And more items, but not enough space.

I was kind of upset that we weren't able to use our propane fire pit cause of the burn ban status and I didn't recieve any email or text message about it before we arrived. Would have nice to have known in advance. Also my daughter was a little disappointed that they canceled the hay ride, but other than that it was a great place.

Campsites were decent sized, not close together. Park was nicely maintained, staff was available for questions. Only thing that I feel would be nice is if the staff would let you know when you check in that the local fire dept sets off the siren at weird times. It went off at 4am and with all the forest fires around, we weren't sure what to do.

We are a very large Motorhome - 43'. Accommodations were fair -- a heavily wooded-site which provided us NO telephone reception as our Satellite could not get a clear signal. Site was grass & dirt.....no gravel or cement/concrete. Barely had room to park our small pick-up truck. BUT.....a very convenient location with full hook-ups. Staff was VERY accommodating and friendly.

We had a rv site by the playgrounds, first time with our pop up camper and it was awesome. Site was clean, power and water works great. Bathrooms were super clean showed they had been cleaned twice a day per the log all week :) Italian sodas at 3pm for the kids which is awesome. Pool was closed but its a little cold for that in late sept. Overall a great stay, we shoulda brought a space heater!

This was our 4th year for our full summer stay. We have been spending time here for 16years. That says a lot. We will definitely be back next summer. The park has never looked so good. Amanda had a great team this year.

Our site (#97?) was next to the onsite septic system storage and pumping station. Stayed in this site before, but never noticed the raunchy whiff of sewer gases emitted occasionally from the system. Suggest extending the vent pipes vertically somehow to allow the gases to disperse beyond the immediate campsites.

Fortunately it was only one night. We booked the most expensive spot and found ourselves in between 3 dusty road and a neighbour with no privacy. Both our patios were next to each other on the road. Showers and washroom were far away. It was our first KOA where for WI FI you have to pay. You don’t except that when you pay $80. Very disappointed

We full time and we weren’t able to get a package. The sites were nice. Amenities are old. Dog food scattered all over our site when we got there and dogs pooped in our site while we stayed there.

Electrical hookup had hot neutral as did three others in that line. Called numbers provided at check in to report this dangerous situation and received no response. This had the potential of being a deadly issue. I did report the problem at checkout. Hopefully it has been corrected.

Our Friends are all users of WiFi, getting service at Gandy Creek is virtually impossible so we could not recommend staying here. We could not create an account, AVS address mismatch with no other explanation. Calling resulted in ring no answer. Jabba does have a poor reputation for customer service. For our part, we like the shaded sites and the large fields, great place to walk our dogs.

It was nice to see that things were being cleaned up and fixed up. Wish they still had adult swim time and ice cream social. Don’t like the new dog park…don’t like the ground cover and no shade.

The campground was quiet and relaxing! There was a lot of things to do here as well! We appreciate that they had the pool open as well! Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly! We absolutely loved everything and will definitely be back!

We enjoy the amenities and friendly staff. They do fun activities every weekend and it’s great for the whole family. We also really like the different space options for campers. We will be back many times.

Our first time there and absolutely loved it. Loved the spacious sites, the old growth trees and a ton of fun stuff for the kiddos to do! We liked it so much we made reservations to come back this season!!

It appears this campsite is co-run with Thousand Trails. I had bad experiences with Thousand Trails in the past. While I did not have problems with this particular campsite, I wish that KOA would indicate in the reservation which campgrounds are partnered with Thousand Trails.

This is such a pleasant campground. There are big, beautiful trees to camp among. The facilities were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

One night stay before heading into the North Cascades NP. Restroom facilities were immaculate. How ever shower We used had mold and mildew on the shower curtain, recommend they be washed or replaced if won’t come clean. My experience is if washed every couple weeks and then sprayed with cleaner in between works great. Otherwise a beautiful campground.

We were here mid-week before all the amenities were opened. It was so quiet! Just what we needed. Love all the trees and how the campsites are arranged. Be aware that there is WiFi but you have to pay for it. I don't think that was mentioned on the KOA website. It is a reasonable charge per day or weekly rate. We will be back!!

We had a great experience in our staying at Koa in concrete! The rangers were so friendly and welcoming.
