Had to leave the campground to purchase ice. Lots of floaties/big toys in the pool, yet staff hollered at kids in the hot tub (enforce all rules, or none). Restroom was out of soap and paper towels for two days. Every campsite near us had more than 6 people overnight; one site had 4 tents, 2 canopies, and 10 people. Scheduled movie on the grass did not happen. Grass not mowed. Overall disappointed

Very quiet location. The bathrooms could be serviced more often to be cleaned and restocked.

My campsite had garbage in it from the previous people. Overall the spots are rough in the up keep part. Did not use the facilities so no feedback as to the upkeep on that. Lots of people speeding through the camp grounds.

Couldn’t have a campfire, we called before we came to ask if we could light fireworks and were told yes only to find out that was a lie. All the shade spots are for RV’s, the tent spots are all in the wide open sun. Which makes no sense because you can already get out of the sun and into air conditioning with an RV. We made the best of it but I would definitely never stay here again.

Elder kids shouldn't be using jumping pillow along with little ones. My kid got leg injury due to that. Had to cancel my stay

I called and asked for Linens for a cabin (which $15 per bed is crazy) was told they come with towels too. There were not any bath things plus I was charged for too many. Bought the bracelets for the kids so they could use the jump pillow but my grandkids were the only ones wearing them, because it’s not monitored. The store closed earlier than what the paper work said and that meant no mini gol

The store was not open once during my two day stay. KOA employees were were not around,or at least they were not visible. Fire pits not certified, so no fires. Grounds maintenance and upkeep could use attention.

Stayed 10 nights. There was a septic/sewer issue at the main bathhouse on the women’s side that closed the entire bathhouse including the laundry periodically and after the first weekend part of our stay closed it all from Tuesday to Friday. This was a big inconvenience as our site was at the far end of the smaller 2nd bathhouse. Sites were good and level, but the bathroom situation needs fixi

We love visiting Concrete/Grandy! Our family enjoys the amenities for the kiddos as well as the access to local hiking trails. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Will always make it a point to visit a few times a year.

Friendly staff, place is getting very run down ! Part to fix the pool heater was in but no one fixed the problem so pool was cold !! Our site smelled like sewer off and on . Grass needed mowing and flower beds could use a good weeding !!

The bathrooms were filthy and shower was clogged with hair. Bathrooms stink like pee. 2 of 3 soap dispensers were out of soap. Our site was missing it's picnic table and was not very level.

We had numerous issues with our stay. The 3 tent sites next to us stayed up having a party until nearly 2am at a very loud volume, preventing my party from sleeping. They even used our campsite as a walkway to the bathroom, and when we called the after hours ranger they said they would come by and help but never did, and when I called back an hour later it went to VM. Very unhappy with the stay.

We love this area and have stayed here every year for the past 5 years. A mixup in reservations was reasonably and graciously resolved. The hosts have always been good and accommodating. During the busy weekend, all guests were well behaved and respected their neighbors and night time hours.

Staff is so knowledgeable about the area around the park and the park itself is spacious and lovely. Clean bathrooms and no overflowing trash was a bonus.

It has potential to be a nice park but I think its size makes it challenge to maintain. Was told to make sure to keep truck and trailer on gravel area but the whole park not just our site was overgrown with vegetation making it hard to figure out the transition. The c store was never open. Seems to be a big loss of opportunity there. The people were great though

Site and staff excellent. Next door neighbour ignored fire ban and I picked up 6 pieces of pizza scattered behind our site before our dogs got it. Otherwise perfect. Issues not your fault and minor.

Pretty disappointed to be honest. We stayed here years back and we have nothing but great memories, this time not so much. Potential is there but next time more transparency is appreciated. Most everything is closed/ unavailable for kids Mon night- Wed. Only 1 restroom available near by with 2 young kids is hard, then to close that one is even harder. Staff is friendly when you can find one.

Check-in process was terrible, we waited at the gate for someone to show up and start checking in the line of cars that were sitting waiting. The little store was never open and had terrible hours to accommodate guest. We were told there was a burn ban yett the people in the first row closest to the gate burned in their fire pit, and no one said a word.

LOVE camping here. We camp when the park is not full, So quiet and relaxing. We walk around the park, everyone is so friendly. Staff is great too.

Power poles.did.not work at several sites. Store employee did not know how things worked. Store did not have some basics like fire starters. Neighbor was very loud till 1130pm.

Loved that our hook up site was right by all the kids amenities. The site was pretty narrow but long enough to spread out. Fun kids activities. The foam party should be earlier in the day, not during dinner. The pool heater was broken (informed ahead of time) so we look forward to coming back when it’s working so we can take advantage of the pool more. The location was easy to get to/find.

Fun activities, nice sites, great amenities! Need a bigger off-leash dog area. the off-leash “dog park” is tiny, no room to run or fetch. Very strict about leash rules, so unable to get our pups energy out. Theres a large gated area for a group bonfire. It was unusable because of the burn ban so we tried to played fetch there and were told no. This would be a be great spot for an offleash ar

All went well. Our pull through space worked well for our needs with our group of campers. Nice and shady, space was roomy and activities for the kids were great. We'll be back.

Very nice KOA. The bathrooms were clean and warm - I was very surprised by the wonderful warm shower! It was a quiet place to tent camp and had a lovely play area for the kids. The only downside was the smell of someone smoking pot - which is not the environment I like for my family. Outside of that, it was very enjoyable.

Poor grounds maintenance. Had to wait at the gate for 10 minutes for a ranger to arrive. Very little directions. Dump station was marked “closed for the season”. Thousand Trails side was much better maintained.

We stay at KOA because of the consistency between campgrounds however, concrete/Grady creek were a complete disappointment from the expensive site that was never cleaned never trimmed bird droppings on all the furniture patio full of debris to the dump station close for the season makes us never want to come there again and we’ve told camping friends, definitely not up to KOA stand

Our family enjoyed the comfort of our 2 bedroom cabin for 1 night at Concrete/ Grandy Creek KOA! We traveled with a baby and the included plug-in heat offered nice comfort. The cabin was clean and our campsite was upkept nicely. It was a great pitstop on our long road trip that included the North Cascades!

Absolutely disappointed in our stay. The cabin was fine but the attention to detail and customer service was lacking to say the least. There is a modified burn ban in Skagit county which means you can still have campfires. But bc a few of the fire rings didn’t meet the specs they banned campfires for EVERYONE. Maybe 5-10 pits didn’t meet. Ruined our weekend. Will not stay here again.

This has an off-the-grid feel absorbed by nature while having what you need. The only warning is the large amount of tiny pinecones everywhere — keep an eye on your slides and roof! Great park!

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
