We had a wonderful experience, great staff, great entertainment for our children. Christmas in July theme was so fun! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Amanda is so friendly and accommodating.

It wasn’t our favorite KOA experience, especially for a KOA Holiday. It seemed like many things were in disrepair, showers and restroom stalls that were out of service. The bathrooms were frequently dirty. The facilities are old and needed updating, windows with cracks in cabin. It worked well to access NCNP, but next time we would probably stay somewhere else.

We stopped for one night. It was a super fun place for children to play. The jumping pillow always had kids on it! A camper could also borrow equipment to play any lawn game imaginable. This campground was clean and had room to walk. This campground also had a dog park (our dog liked this). Friendly staff! We would stay here again.

Many issues. 1st someone else was in our site when we got there. And they were not there. We had to set up on a spot next door and then move everything next day. Also people in our spot had reservation for that spot. So it was campgrounds error. We also came I. A day later then planned, so we would have been out a spot for 2 nights. They also offered to refund me some $$ ..but never happened

Grandy was our first RV trip in our trailer a few years ago. It was very early spring and rained most of the time. This time in early summer I thing we saw the campground as it normally operates. The area we were in was mostly full but I was surprised a few sites never had campers. The grounds were well kept and the site level. We didn’t need to level at all, east to west.

We had a good stay at the Concrete / Grandy Creek HOA. This KOA has better security than most KOA's, with an entry kiosk for registration (similar to a state park) and a gate code entry system after registration. We appreciated this. The campground was quiet and well maintained, and we had a great site. If you are staying in the North Cascades National Park area, this campground is very good.

We had a wonderful derdul time. Everyone was very friendly. Grandkids were bumbed that the store wasn't open for ice cream and no tractor ride

It was ok. Everything was clean and pleasant . BUT the WiFi was not at all as advertised, On the website and the emailed confirmation it did not even hint that the WiFi would be an extra charge. The $70 price for the site was quite high.

Toilets/ bathrooms are not cleaned. 100 people are using them but they were not getting cleaned. No insect catcher light(zapper) within washrooms. Everywhere lots of dead insects. No tree shadow in tent area. It is difficult to survive in a sunny summer days if you are here with your tent. RV and log houses are under tree shadow.

The amenities were great. Clean bathrooms nice pool but the tent spots have no shade whatsoever and that was brutal. Maybe a heads up would be nice so we could have been more prepared.

Camping was ok. However the crazy golf cart lady can’t remember who you are after just talking to you 30 minutes prior, I went to the ranger station to get my packet and she tried giving me a UPS package!!! She will yell at you for driving over 5mph and kicking up dust, then spend all day driving around the campground doing 15mph kicking up dust!!! Gotta love double standards.

Kbins were great, pool was great, Italian soda social was great. Kids loved the playground and the jump pillow. It would have been nice if pool and jump pillow had opened at 9 instead of 10. My one piece of negative feedback is that I tried to call several times leading up to our stay to ask a few questions and it took 7 tries (on different days etc) to reach someone. VM not returned. Great stay!

Our campsite had the neighbor’s electric and water post right at our front door. If we moved back we would be off the gravel pad and if we moved forward we wouldn’t have been able to get our pickup off the road. There were plenty of open spaces so they didn’t have to put us in the worst spot in the campground which was space 28. There was no satellite available. We won’t be back.

The bathroom were very disgusting. In both bathrooms only 1 soap dispenser worked. I think the staff should check them more times throughout the day to make them at least acceptable

Pool too cold and hot tub only for adults we didn’t like. Housekeeping lady and reception person were on our case for following rules when we were only trying to find out if we could put some things at our new cabin when we changed cabins. I would be embarrassed to charge people for your mini golf when it’s full of debris and falling apart! Nobody seemed to know anything about hiking in the a

beautiful campground with almost all the sites being shaded. Store hours are too limited. Not open past 6 and not open every day. Lots of rules and regulations. Laundry room had only 2 of 5 washers working.

Upon arrival, the gentleman at the gate was really nice and helpful. I did ask for a site with shade and was given one without any. There were plenty gone sites around us but we were placed out almost as far as you could be from the amenities in the park. When we walked to the store for ice, the sign said the store was only open a few days a week… so, no ice. Average campground.

We had a good stay but few things we didn't like 1. It was overcrowded with no sense of privacy. Our Yurts are right next to other Yurts and campsites. If we open our windows we can see them and they can see us. One of the tents was within a yard of our window. 2. Washrooms were dirty and rocks were used to prop open the doors 24hrs. We loved the campground itself. The amenities were great, and we appreciated the easy check-in process and clean sites. However the lumber mill next door ruined the trip for us. We stayed here specifically because you don't allow fireworks and we have a toddler and two dogs, so needed to escape the loud noises. It was awful and their "F*** Biden" flag was so inappropriate for families driving by.

Not the best, we love KOA for their family friendly activities. Being next to the bathrooms was not a good experience as the lights were very bright and the laundry room light would get left on as well. Rowdy cabin campers kept us up the last night. The movie night didn't even happen. The soap dispensers in the women's bathroom was always empty and shoers barely clean. We've stayed at better KOAs

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. The site is run down though. Bathrooms were a mess and were never cleaned during our 3 day stay. The dump site is closed for the season even though this is the season. The pool heater is broken and the water is freezing. Very few pool chairs. They charged extra for amenities that should be included like the run down mini golf or jump pad. Not KOA caliber.

Campground was little under kept, the grass in play ground needed trimming. Access to the creek can be improved. Lot of street noise from the baker lake road.

Initially, we were placed in a space that didn't comfortably fit our rig, but the park quickly accommodated us, even during the busy holiday weekend. The staff were very nice, and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here four nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel in site number 97. The site was wonderful! We were level and at the end of a row with private space in three sides. We have never stayed in quieter campground. Sleep was wonderful. Laundry room worked well but could have used a cleaning. Bath and showers were clean. The only gripe we had is that the camp store wasn't open until Thursday we are told so we had to go out of the park to get ice.

The kiddos love this place great place for them to run! Swimming pool and hot tub on-site! Mini golf horseshoes basketball quart and right on the creek.

We only stayed for the night but Terry, one of the staff, was so kind to let us borrow his personal30Amp adapater because we didnt have one. Thanks Terry! Nice and quiet, we will be sure to come again for a longer stay with the kids.
