Front office person was not the least bit friendly when we arrived. Seemed to hate the job. They were not overtly rude, just not welcoming. It kind of soured us from the get. Everyone else was friendly and made up for it, but I think the first person you encounter at a business sets the tone. You don't have to pour it on, but at least make us seem welcomed. The kids at Subway were more welcoming.

This campground has a lot of amenities for family and kids. Swimming pool, playground for all ages and plenty of room to play. The campground was clean and neat and a Very friendly staff. Some sites were a little close and some decent spacing but easy in and out. I would definitely come back.

Really like the pancakes. Very clean. Big park and you would be appreciated adding another bath house closer to big rig sites.

Didn't get off on the right foot with the the staff. On our guard within the first few hours. The neighboring site wasn't friendly even though we didn't do anything.wrong. We weren't at the site long enough

We prefer reserving at KOA campgrounds due to the ease of making our reservations and knowing what to expect. We loved the Cody KOA. It was far enough away from downtown to provide a restful night. They offered free shuttles to various activities which was great!! The offerings in the store were fantastic! Great variety and quality products. We highly recommend this KOA!!

Tent campers walked through our cite multiple times per day at cite 96. Those tent spots should be taken out. It ruins the RV cites, or tell the tent spots there that they cannot walk through the RV spots.

We stayed at this KOA while visiting Yellowstone. In spite of the fact that it is a very large campground, we did not feel crowded or cramped at all. The sites are very level and well maintained. In spite of the number of camps, there was very little waiting for any of the amenities. The free pancake breakfast was wonderful as it helped get us on the road for the park without having to cook!

Boy Scout troop stayed overnight on the way to summer camp. The entire staff was incredible, friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean. The boys had a great stay. Oh and very excited to have pancakes in the morning provided by the Cody KOA.

Brought two of our grandkids to visit Yellowstone and used your facility as our base camp. Kids had a better time at your place than the park! Great place!

Camp ground is well kept up. Dog pen at camp site was very handy, clean and our dog used the shade shelter. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Located next to the dump. Received an email stating that we could check in early for a fee but the guy at the desk gave us a hard time, not friendly. Pancake breakfast was nice! KOA website states they have mini golf and they do not. We have traveled 3000 miles so far and staying at all KOAs, this is the only one we would not stay at again

Location is convenient, bathroom facility's not the cleanest. Lack of green spaces, campsites really close to each other and its dust everywhere.

Stayed here one night. Our site was sort of a shared gravel pull through which meant we had to maneuver around our neighbors' large truck to pull our trailer in. They have two dog parks which is nice, but the larger one has a huge dirt patch right in the middle which ended up in us needing to bathe our dogs. The one lady at the desk was not as friendly as I expect from KOA but in all, it was great

This camp is awesome. It is clean and well maintained. The store has great hours and it's convenient to Yellowstone and everything in Cody.

Great campground. Nearly everyone was polite and courteous. Loved the hot tub and heated pool. Great place to stay. Little deceptive for distance to yellowstone but beautiful drive regardless. Would have liked to stay longer. Shuttle to rodeo was an added bonus.

Since leaving New Hampshire and heading west, our stay at the Cody KOA was our best so far. Great campground and super friendly staff....we especially liked how the sites did not feel crowded at all. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a very nice campground and loved the fun things for our grandson to do. The pet area, pool, shower/bathroom facility. The store was nice also. My only negative comment would be that we were in the last row 317 and was unable to get reception to watch TV at night. Other than that we loved our stay,

It was a beautiful place. Unfortunately the woman who checked us in was very rude. I actually saw her a short time later and said hello and she gave me a dirty look and said nothing. The gentleman with her was friendly and said hello. We've camped our way across the country this summer staying at KOAs and all were friendly and wonderful. This was the only place that we did not feel welcome.

The best KOA I've stayed at, friendly staff,and great customer service,clean bathrooms,and grounds AND FREE pancakes,the dryer malfunction and the manager immediately gave me my money back and a free dry 🤌

Phenomenal experience all around! They serve a free pancake breakfast all you can eat(sides, fruit toppings additional) every morning from 7 to 9. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Campground is lovely and maintained. Excellent reck room and laundry room. We would definitely stay here again.
