The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The difficulty was with the level of the space and not having enough blocks to compensate.

We were in site 78 with a 16 ft trailer. Sites in that area of the campground are too small and close together.

Nice, clean.. spots are a tad close together but the deluxe site we had was super long and had a table and chairs in a concrete pad. Pleasant surprise. Office staff was helpful and friendly.

Well run campground. After we drove around to access our site we found someone else already in it. I went back to the office, they were heavily apologetic and provided us with a nice upgraded site. It was close to a nice grocery store and laundry facilities were nice.

We made good use of the Laundry facilities while we were there overnight. That was much appreciated. Our only complaint was the location of our campsite. We were assigned a site that experienced traffic noise and headlights for too much of our overnight.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Stayed one week. Only negative was the site was very small. Fire ring was almost on the road and adjacent campers septic was right by picnic table.

Everything was great but because I had to check out 1 day early, they acted very distant because they though I would ask for something back even though I did not want anything back. Because of that I probably won’t stay there again. Not the normal KOA courtesy.

Nice, clean, except for the mattress on the sofa sleeper in KL1. It was dirty and gross, couldn’t use. Other wise people were nice, campground quiet and clean.

While we appreciated the cement pad on our site and the table and chairs, we were in a space right next to the highway, so we heard cars all night long. Your KOA did have some nice ammenities, such as the recycling, that we had not seen in other KOA's. We were only staying for one night so did not use the showers, but the restrooms were clean.

This KOA was great. Had a cabin in a great location but there were no areas except the perimeter of the park to walk your dog. I wasn’t crazy about that and so close to the highway. Other than the dog park limitation, it was super clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Campsites in all KOA's too close. Our slides were very close to the neighbors. Know it's about money and getting as many campers in as possible. That's why we rarely stay at a commercial Campground.

We turned in our key to the cabin early, then went to get coffee. A worker kept repeating loudly “ once you turn in your key, you are done” she was not saying it directly to us but it was obvious that it was directed to us. We enjoyed our stay everything was clean. Love KOA’s but will never turn in the key until leaving.We were just trying to vacate the cabin ASAP 8am and still enjoy KOA.

Good location however the site was not great. All gravel, no green of any kind...grass, plants, trees, etc...The sewer attachment is too high, and made it difficult to drain our RV. On the plus side, quiet location, and nice staff.

Growing up around KOA and like sites this place did not disappoint. Our tent broke mid trip and we booked a cabin. It was super clean, the staff friendly and all around environment was great. Thanks.

Staff was very responsive to issue with campers not picking up after their dogs. This issue continued throughout the stay but not KOA fault. No grass but tasteful landscaping with rocks. Environmental friendly �

Spotless bathrooms and facilities. Friendly staff. perfectly laid out tent areas and an overall feeling of care taken to make the camper feel at home.

Lovely people, friendly. Nice place. Lots of things if you have young children also. Clean and kept. Great place to stay. We used them as a home base for Yellowstone. Really loves the town of Cody.

The game room had pesky flies in it . The tv in the game room was NOT programed for the cable channels and it took me some time to finally figure it out. Other than that, everything was just fine. Bathrooms were clean. Employees were nice.

What an amazing staff! When I travel, I always appreciate when the Staff anticipate our needs. This staff does that.

Only complaint we had is that we felt they closed the hot tub to early in season. We understand closing the pool, but not the hot tub.

Net sanitair. Mooie camping. Wij hadden nauwelijks last van de trein, waar veel mensen over klagen. Neem een lampje mee, voor als je in het donker naar de wc wil.
