This is a large facility with a variety of campsite choices, some are very close together. The entrance traffic flow is congested when more than one camper is waiting for check-in, or the dump station. Drivers, including one KOA pickup don't always adhere to the speed limit in the campground with many pedestrians, kids on bicycles, dog walkers present. Nice playground and dog area.

Big Rigs are welcome, but the sites are not easily level-able. WiFi is horrible. WiFi gets a F.

My only complaint with this heavily used KOA was that I made my reservation to stay there for 3 nights probably 6 months in advance. And I am a KOA member. When I arrived I was given probably the least desirable spot in the entire campground. Spot 10 right next to the bathroom. People using the rest room literally all night long! I was able to move after one night.

This campground was perfect for getting to the east entrance to Yellowstone it was clean and the staff was very friendly

Very disappointing. It was a concrete jungle. Nothing but rocks. No trees. No bushes. No grass. Just all rocks (and dust and dirt that comes with rocks). The campsite looks like they are intentionally letting the place deteriorate. The section of the campground that had a little grass was slowly dying. The campfire pit was definitely deteriorated. Nothing but busted concrete pieces. No pool. Sad.

Great accommodations and grounds are pristinely kept. This was a “return” visit on our way back home from a National forests road trip. We drive a Tesla and needed 50 amp charging and they were gracious in allowing us to book a site-we are soooo grateful! The person checking us in was very efficient and helpful.

Sites are small. Truck and trailer don’t fit together. Park truck crossways and is partially in the road. Water was off in afternoon and all night. They were working on the sewer when we got there. Sewer could not be dumped for 3 days.

Had arranged a 3 day stay. Called ahead to get in a day early. On the second day someone came to our site (217) and rudely said we were in the wrong site and needed to move. I showed him the paperwork and we were not in the wrong site. They made the mistake, he was extremely rude about. We ended up moving with no apologies or offers of amends.

Exceptional KOA, clean, well run, huge dog park. Close to Yellowstone, Beartooth Highway, Buffalo Bill Museums. Stayed for 5 days, enjoyed every minute.

Unfortunately not as positive an experience as many other KOAs. Staff in the store were not really friendly, the showers were really not clean, the pool was unfortunately already closed (although the weather was great), the pool furniture was placed in the games and TV room. Everything looked like the end of the season although there are still three weeks to go. No free coffee , no pancakes

Camping cabin didn’t look like it had been cleaned but we were so tired we swept the floors & used wet ones to clean off the beds( which were dusty & gross) ourselves rather than complain & wait for housekeeping. Very disappointing as most KOA have met our expectations

We were super disappointed to arrive ans be met with an unfriendly employee to start. Then, the only reasons we chose the KOA- the pancake breakfast and the hot tub- were both closed or not being done, despite advertising for otherwise online. A huge rip-off and disappointment. We travel lots and I will be avoiding KOA in the future.

Stayed in a cabin. I especially liked they had a heat pump to take the chill out of the room. Quiet as they were on the back of the property. Maybe a bit to spendy. Friendly staff.

Easy and very friendly check-in. We got a upgrade to full hook-up, which we really appreciated, thanks! Spacious lot. Clean toilets/ shower Wonderful quiet swimming Pool Very quiet during nighttime Camping site looks nice also with the cottages and tipi's. Thank you for everything, it was nice to stay on your camping!!

The staff and facilities were amazing. My kids loved the playground the bathrooms were in easy walking distance from our cabin. The only downfall was our cabin was dirty. We found underwear under a bed, along with the floors being not cleaned. There is also only one outlet for the whole cabin and the A/C only cools the back room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

We have a Tesla vehicle and found ourselves in need of 50 amp charging overnight (the other chargers around town did not work for us)…that put us in a desperate predicament…we were so delighted when this KOA staff were so helpful to get us a spot so we could charge our car…we then booked a spot for our return trip in a few days to charge again-THANK YOU for helping us! We are so appreciative

The facilities such as laundry, store, patio feature, and pool as well as the people were great. The problem was the trailer sites. We were in 69 and it was sloped so severely front to back that it was difficult to get level and we felt our trailer was quite precarious with the tongue jack extended to near max. Many rows had the same slope. Great for drainage but not so great for trailers.

Great location. Just outside of Cody so not to busy with traffic. We stayed several days to be able to visit Yellowstone. The staff was so nice.

Great campground, not many trees where we were, but I did see plenty of plantings. We were only one night so it may have influenced out placement. Bathroom's clean and a much appreciated shower after a few days of boondocking.
