Very nice campground. Lots I was in was a little small but we were there to explore Duluth so was only at the camper in the evenings. Bathrooms were really clean but could use some air conditioning. Shower area was great. Kids lived the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was only a warm bath water. They were right at my site when I was having water leaking from my camper. Brought equipment to help me fix

The site was really a tight fit for the length of trailer and tow vehicle. The fire ring had trash in it. The laundry room only has two working washers. Pretty typical KOA as you always know what to expect... I will most likely stay there again when I am back in the area. It is quite convenient location wise to Walmart and restaurants.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had the campsites been better tended (the woodsy sites were quite rough), this would have been a five star stay.

Really liked this one. We stayed one night at 1st. Our 1st site wasn’t that great but it worked. We left to got to a state park near Voyager national park. We’re going to stay 2 nights but it rained and was a muddy mess. So we decided to return to the KOA. Our 2nd site was great. We play pool for over an our and I wash our clothes while there. Price of laundry was awesome.

Wonderful camp spot nestled in the trees. Felt like I was camping in the woods but with the added amenities of the campground. Very pleasant staff and willing to help with questions about predicted storms that might roll in during my stay.

Came back to camp and the guy next to us was using our 30 amp. He wasn’t about to give it up although it was ours and he was on a 50 amp site. We are frequent customers. When called home on an emergency, we had to cancel our second night. It would have been a nice gesture to have gotten a partial refund.

After long days on the road, we like KOAs. This one was fine And friendly, clean showers. I don’t give it a 5 star due to its location next to very loud trains going all hours. It could use more crushed rock at pill thru sites. It had rained a lot and our site was a little muddy. Other than that it was fine.

This is a very nice, clean and quiet family run campground. We have stayed at this campground before and we enjoyed it every time we stayed.

Nice park long pull thru sites. 20 minutes from Duluth. Only drawback not all sites have Sewer but they will come to your site and you can dump, it’s free.

Not really for larger units. We could not put out one of slides due to trees. Very limited access for larger units to make it in and out of the campground.

The hidden gem. This property is absolutely one of my favorite campsites in KOA. The workers wer very friendly and professional. My campsite was hidden in the woods keeping the trailer nice and cool. They have a clean pool and a Jacuzzi. I will definately come back to this place.

It’s a tight entrance from the “parking area” to the sites. Sites are VERY close to each other. It looks a bit run down. Don’t really understand why KOA is so expensive. It was difficult finding other options in the area, but next time I’ll look harder.

We stayed here 3 years ago and the improvements since are very evident. This is really nice to stay as a base for visiting Duluth and the North shore or just hanging by the pool. The staff is friendly and care about the campground.

We were disappointed with the sites. We had full hookup & drive-thru sites. The site we got we had to share w/ someone we didn't know. We booked this stay with our in-laws & wanted to be together. These half sites would have worked w/our camping buddies, but we ended up with strangers w/big dogs that took up 2/3 of site. They wouldn't change our sites either. Wifi never worked. Wouldn't go back

Its a nice park. 2nd time we've been there. The staff were helpful and accomodating. Nice woods. Cloquet is not far away and is a nice town. Only drawbacks were the trains run by at night and blow their horns. 2 or 3 a night. Not many on weekends. The sites where we stayed were really close to each other. Otherwise we enjoyed the park very much and would go back.

It was okay. Sites are really small. When I arrived someone else was using the plug I needed for power. The campground provided an adapter but later told me they needed the 50amp plug for another camper. Which is fine, they need to tell people to use the correct plugs to begin with then or atleast provide sufficient hookups as advertised. Lots of rules. Nothing too restrictive

Minutes away from Jay Cooke State Park, and most services a person may need. Campground was clean and comfortable. Best showers yet at any of the KOA's I have been to.

The place was very accommodating Bill his son Bobby, his mother and their staff were great. The cabins were clean. The pool area was small, but it did the job. We all had a great time ice cream, social and a hayride on Saturday. We had a lot of fun hope to have our end of the year trip with you next year 2027.
