We staying in one of the back cabins - very nice location with auxiliary bathroom near by. This is a nice KOA in rural-ish area - an active train line does run next to the property. Dog area is gravel down a road.

At least two showers were out of order, as was one of the sinks in the ladies restroom. The campground was full, so those things were needed.

It was good. The biggest thing that was rough was getting woken up by the train horn at 6am both days I was there.

Really enjoyed our first KOA experience. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the wood delivery directly to the cabin. The laundry, restrooms, and showers were always clean and stocked. Several things were out of order but staff was aware and I assume were waiting on parts/service. One evening the store closed an hour earlier than posted which caused us some inconvenience.

This is a cute and clean koa. Great for families with a little park and pool. Staff is wonderful and works really hard to keep everything clean and your stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on our next north shore trip.

The front desk staff was not friendly. Every single night at 8:30pm, when families are gathered around their camp fires, the staff would pump the toilet. Why at that hour? Can’t that happen when people are mostly away from the campground during the day?gross and smelly. The hay ride driver drove way too fast through the campground. And you really need hooks in the women’s bathroom for towels

We have stayed here a handful of times, and this was by far the most fun and welcoming stay that we've had. :) We loved the scavenger hunt, loved the hayride, it always feels like home away from home even though we only come maybe once a year. Thanks for another memorable time in our family's story! :)

The cabin was nice and the campground was fairly calm. However, most of the "amenities" were not what is advertised or not working well. The pool was absolutely freezing, the "hot" tub was even colder than the pool, the sauna is now a chemical storage room, bathroom/shower room doors were never locked...if these are not actually going to be there/working they shouldn't be advertised.

My children and I had such an amazing time here!! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back again! The campground was clean and quiet, I felt it was a safe and secure campground. The bathrooms were very clean.

I was put in a cabin and told the bathroom across the road would be accessible. It wasn’t. The wash house had like warm water at best. The locks on the only bathroom don’t work. The cabin windows were open when I arrived. Staff doesn’t seem to have any idea what is going on. All around bad stay.

A last minute decision to visit Lake Superior again, and the KOA in Cloquet was accommodating. We wanted a cabin near Duluth, Minnesota and Cloquet is 14 miles away! Beautiful, secluded, and peaceful campground, away from all the noise. This is our go place every year as we visit Duluth and Gitchie Gumee (Lake Superior).

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time. It is a perfect spot to stay and love the cabins. The staff is great and love how nice everything is kept up. We have stayed here many times and will continue to come back!

Everything was great! Very clean, someone was always around at the office. We love being able to stay in the camper cabins with our dogs. We stay at the KOA and then go do all the Duluth/North Shore stuff.

Appeared to be severely understaffed. One young lady was running the store, checking people in and escorting them to the campsite. Our cabin had a bunch of fritos and litter under the bed. And what was up with all the scolding notes posted everywhere?

Cabin to the East of us had small children. But they didnt follow quiet time rules. On Friday night children were still outside screaming and making noise at midnight. Parents must not have no respect for other campers. Perhaps cabins should be divided into sections of kids and no kids

The first cabin we checked into the lock didn't work. Thankfully we were able to move to another cabin. The 2nd cabin had a huge gap next to the lock that we could see through through so at night we stuffed it with tissue for privacy. The mattress is not very comfortable. Just think the cabins could use some upkeep. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Made traveling with two Siberian Husky show dogs very easy. I could keep them clean when intermittent storms rolled through . Enclosed dog park is a nice touch. Wifi appreciated! My neighbors were considerate and it was fun to walk my dogs through the campground to receive admiring looks~ for them!!!!

I cannot believe this is a KOA! If corporate could interview myself, the gentlemen that are VIP KOA members and other where Barb screamed at, and could see your pool, abuse of guests and lack of cleanliness , they would be appalled! Check my GMB reviews, I like to give 5 Stars but this was a disaster! When kids are scared of the people in yellow shirts you know something is wrong. KOA corporate.

Such helpful and nice staff every day. Love having the convenience of the store, wood delivery, and clean showers. It is time to change out the mattress in K9. We stayed in the cabins when those mattresses were new. It was flattened and it hurt the thighs getting out of the double bed because the wood frame was higher than the mattress. We would love to stay again but might bring an air mattress.

Cabin K2 window screens needs replacing not patching with duct tape. Ceiling light needs fixing. Store needs to stock basic items like trash bags and laundry bags. Pool maintenance is a must. Was not safe to use. Deep end needs rope divider like most pools. HOTtub was a joke. Holds three adults.

It was a wonderful experience. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the park was a little sad, and just seems like it needs to be updated. Our cabin was wonderful and the staff. We would still 10/10 go back!

A few times a day, trains would honk a few times for the nearby crossing, then rattle into the distance, reminding you that nearby local dining and conveniences were close at hand but still away from the hustle and bustle. Well-maintained and clean facilities and grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Our midweek stay was ideal for a relaxing getaway in a nice little cabin.

Stopped there on our way to South Dakota. We called after hours and they were able to find us a spot. Clean restrooms. We were only there long enough to sleep and left right after breakfast.

This a very clean and well kept camp ground. The staff works really hard and they are friendly. The play ground could use an upgrade or maybe add a few more items. The train is rather close and it goes by 4 times a day. First time at 6 am. Overall a really nice option close Duluth and Gordie's!
