The staff needs to be a little more polite and helpful. Train the help a little more on being helpful and not just thinking that campers are there in the way. Politeness and being helpful could go a long way instead of complaining to themselves that you should not have parked in front of the office the way you did. Campground itself is a nice campground.

When our tent site flooded out late at night, they graciously have us a cabin to use for the week instead!!

Tent sites are not well maintained. They need some kind of wood chips in place to raise the ground, cover tree roots, and absorb rain. None of the tent sites we were offered were acceptable for sleeping or the rain we were getting that week. We had to move to a more expensive site so we weren’t on tree roots or soaked.

The staff was very welcoming when we checked in as well as answering questions if we had any. The campground was very well kept and quiet. The only suggestion would be the pool area, while it it a decent size it could use some updates. We noticed that some of bricks surrounding the pool were loose. I could see this possibly being a tripping hazard. We would definitely return.

Internet was bad, did not have full hookup and only one dump station for a campsite to large.

The train is way too loud. And the the staff were driving their golf cart thingy SO fast through thr camp and paths. I was afraid he was going to run over my 5 year who was up ahead of me on the path.

Enjoyed the location, easy access for what we needed on this trip - Biking trails, state park, restaurants in Carlton, easy trip to Duluth.

it was pretty clean, our fire pit had not been cleaned out from the last people. pretty disappointed that the pool is only open from 10-9. The pool was extremely COLD.

My wife and I have been regular customers at Cloquet KOA for many years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi works well. We can get about 20 channels on the TV without having to fire up our satellite dish. There is good visiting with the other campers. Even the dogs are friendly. We spent plenty of time in Canal Park, but also managed to get to Gordy's High Hat. Bugs very minimal.

There was confusion over who was taking us to our spot. First a man told us to back our RV up (for no apparent reason) but we were sitting in the drive and there was another RV directly behind us. That man then just took off in his cart without telling us he was taking us to our spot or to follow him and when I asked, he was very short and rude. The lady who was going to take us was nice; not him

All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cabin was fine. Wish it had a mini refrigerator/micro but it was fine. Love the tall trees and shade coverage. We would stay here again.

Well to start with we didn’t know if we booked a site months earlier, only when I called I received a confirmation. our pull thru site was very close together to next site, they need to reorganize fire rings or something. We were at most 5ft from the neighbors fire a little uncomfortable. Other non pull thru looked ok. And when we booked we put dog but didn’t bring, they wouldn’t refund ou

We've been going to this campground for over ten years now and the owners are always so kind and accommadating. The campground, bathrooms, and showers are always nice and clean. The location is wonderful as well. A short drive into Duluth and close to walking/ biking trails.

The campsite needed to be raked. There were hard pine cone type things all over the so called grassy area. Office staff was great, park was nice enjoyed our stay except for the pinecone / rocks.

This KOA is probably one of the best ones I have stayed at. The campground is very well kept, bathrooms clean, easy to get around, and the entire staff was wonderful. We did a 3 month stay at this campground (so we got to know people pretty well lol) and I would highly recommend it for anyone medically traveling (even for the duluth area) The owners were incredibly accommodating and very kind. I would definitely stay here again. Yes, there is a train but it really wasn't a problem, and I work overnight so I had to sleep during the day.

We had a great visit. Staff is great, location was alright, the train horn blasts via the nearby tracks through the nights weren't the best but we got used to them...lol. Location is convenient though to Jay Cook and Duluth so made it convenient.

The cabin was super cute. The mattress was ok to sleep on, thin. There are outlets for phones. Bring your own cookware. The fire pit was easy to cook over. The staff was super helpful and fun. People really get into the Halloween weekend. The modern facilities are clean.
