Stayed a few night for a wedding in Duluth. Was a great stay, all the bathrooms and showers were very. Clean and the staff was helpful.

2 nights in June. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Small and compact, but I was given a nice pull-thru due to water puddle in front of my original site. Site clean and level. I would recommend this park.

This was by far the best KOA I've stayed at. Friendly staff, friendly owners. Tent site 49 is absolutely the best spot. If you need to get away from it all, and have a spiritual experience, this is the place. I will never forget the kindness & hospitality here. This is the best of the best KOA campgrounds.

We arrived after hours and our site and info were available. Easy to find site and nearby to the amenities. They don’t mention in the park description they are close to train tracks, so I can’t give it my full recommendation for others to stay here. It’s not a big deal as only a couple trains came by.

Very nice campground. We loved our site (#62). If you are in a site without sewer hook up, they will come and pump your system at no charge. We enjoyed the area so much, we added a night!

A few times a day, trains would honk a few times for the nearby crossing, then rattle into the distance, reminding you that nearby local dining and conveniences were close at hand but still away from the hustle and bustle. Well-maintained and clean facilities and grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Our midweek stay was ideal for a relaxing getaway in a nice little cabin.

It was perfect. We arrived a little past their office's closing time; but we were greeted warmly and got settled in quickly. We have a 46' toyhauler and pull with an HDT (Volvo semi); and there was plenty of room to maneuver. The grounds are charming, including a porch swing on site #12 (pull-through with FHU). Wish we could have stayed longer, but we'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Campground is clean and is staff is friendly and helpful. Always enjoy our stay. Looking forward to future visits, including Halloween weekend, which is highlight of our camping season.

Everything was great. Clean & frienfly. Just be aware there is a pretty loud train which goes by the campsite a few times a day & sounds its horn.

We enjoyed another wonderful stay here having been multiple times in the past. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our site, the grounds, and the facilities are well kept. We enjoyed activities in Duluth as well as Cloquet plus relaxing at the camoground.

Staff was great! Sites are close and not much privacy. We assume the park is still being developed. Dog area was great but the walk back the was sketchy during later/early hours according to my wife. Maybe some lights.

It was fun, kids had a blast, nice beds, Kabin was cozy and warm, used the heater the second night cause it got cold but it definitely kept us warm. We will for sure be back!

The park was nice at one time but it hasn’t been maintained in years. The roads are no longer gravel just dirt & the pads are either grass, dirt or a little of both. There is no rhyme or reason in the lay out of sites just jumbled around to fit as many in the park as possible. The dog park is filled with some type of thistles , it is gravel & not usable. We could not sit outside due to ticks.

Nicely done koa. The amenities were great and the hosts were lovely. It was a bit farther from Fuluth than we would have liked.

Great staff! Lots of pull through sites. Complimentary pumping for sites without sewer hookups is a great amenity!

We wanted to stay at Jay Cooke, but it was full...the KOA was a reasonable alternative that allowed us to stay in the area and make use of the trails in the park. We rented a cabin...it was about the same price as a cabin at Jay Cooke, but not as nice. The space was small, the whole building was noticeably off-level, and it was crammed into a tiny space between two related RV units.

Such a great place! We were amazed at how nice this place is. We did a girls camping trip (first time solo) and this is the place! Really nice showers and rest rooms, they will pump your tanks, pick up your garbage, the list goes on. We will definitely be back!! Five stars for sure

I called the office on our way to the camp ground and told them we would be late because we were having a mechanical issues. The gal said no worries; we are here till 7. We arrived before 7 but the office was locked. The sewer hookup was too far away in relation to the other utilities; we had to unhook the electric & back up in the morning to dump the sewer tank. The train is loud & regular.

Halloween weekend is the highlight of our camping season. Enjoyed all of the activities. Staff is great and goes out of their way to help you have a great time.

We stayed for the first time during their Halloween celebration. We had a blast. It was so much fun so many activities for the kids to do and a local state park Jay Cook to visit. The whole there were absolutely wonderful so nice so polite so helpful. I would highly recommend staying there anytime!

We have come to this campground a few times and it’s always clean and the staff are friendly. They have a lot of activities for families and we have so much fun. We will be back next year!

Stopped there on our way to South Dakota. We called after hours and they were able to find us a spot. Clean restrooms. We were only there long enough to sleep and left right after breakfast.

This a very clean and well kept camp ground. The staff works really hard and they are friendly. The play ground could use an upgrade or maybe add a few more items. The train is rather close and it goes by 4 times a day. First time at 6 am. Overall a really nice option close Duluth and Gordie's!
