Very friendly staff but our site #103 had HUGE boulders on all 4 corners making it tight for our 43 ft Class A to get in & out. When I mentioned it to them, they said they “didn’t want people to cut corners on the grass”. BUT~ to get out, we had to run on the grass across the street to clear our tow vehicle around the boulder. Suggestion~take boulders out & use gravel. We won’t stay agai

The site given to us was bad (#47) being placed on the knob of a hill making they are trying to fit as many campers in as possible not caring about comfort. The owners din Don't seem to be very helpful either. The rest of the park may have been nice but our spot was bad!

A nice Journey KOA! Very nice pool-do bring your sunscreen. Camp is clean and orderly. Easy access from I-75. Pilot fuel station and CAT scale close by if needed. Some freeway noise, but not bad at all. Close to Cleveland, TN, for restaurants and shopping. Good location for day trips to Chattanooga, Harrison Bay State Park,and even Knoxville and the Smokies are within reach.

The gentleman in the front desk was excellent and extremely helpful. All staff were very friendly. People staying at the campground were also very friendly. It was just a very nice experience. I will definitely want to try a cabin next time. ���

Everything at the Chattanooga KOA was excellect. Far enough off major road so not noisy in campground. Very clean and well maintained. Have no complaints about anything.

We came in rather late in the evening and only stayed the night. Our campsite was fine. The restroom and showers were clean and very nice.

I made reservations months ahead. I did not appreciate being put into a BUDDY site with only 1 fire pit 5 feet from my RV door. I could not change it. Also i requested pull thru with a toad. The site was so sloped I had to take toad off to even get level. Mud by the electric and water hookups. STONES NEEDED! We will never be back here.

Cable was advertised as free when we reserved our stay. However when we arrive cable was no longer available. Otherwise our stay we very nice. Short and sweet and the KOA rep was very nice and helpful bellgetting us backed into our site.

Great campground. Nice facilities. Not really very convenient to Chattanooga. Our site #30 was located next to what looks like a long term camper who has several bird feeders set out and lots of birds that made a mess of our camper, awning and truck. Probably should not be allowed. Thank you.

Had a wonderful night’s stay at this KOA. The staff was so accommodating when we had to receive a Fed Ex envelope. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay at this KOA if in Chattanooga again. Had great site. W/D worked well. Showers were little small, but liked that had 2 hooks on door to hang clothes, towel etc

This park was okay. We’ll be back because of its location. The sites were close. When the motorhome pulled in next to us, their slide was very close to our awning. We were left sitting outside our RV looking at the side of our neighbor’s RV a foot or two away. Cable was shown as an amenity, but there was none. Good wifi.

Very nice helpful people. My wife needed medical procedures at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga and this KOA was about 30 minutes away. This summer we stayed here a number of times. The campground was always clean and quit except for road noise. Closed up the camper and that went away. The sites that we had were level. Puller in hooked up and that was it. Than all of you at KOA Janet & John

There is no handicapped shower for elders and handicapped. One of the three showers was out of order. We were there several weeks ago and the same shower was out of order. Very friendly staff and campground was well kept.

Attendant went above and beyond to fix a problem somebody else created for us. She’s the best. Love the park and our site was the best.

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Met some nice co-campers. Shared experiences and phone numbers for future camping. Our site overlooked the K-9 park which was nice, but being on a hill was a little challenging.

One of our favorite go to places for an extended weekend getaway. As usual we had a pleasant stay. The entrance and exit could use some maintenance but otherwise no complaints.

Nice location except for traffic noise. Some sites a bit close to eachother. Grounds are kept super nice and staff members awesome!! Would stay here again.

Great placed to RV at, not to big and not to small. Gravel at all sites. lot of areas to walk the dogs. Friendly staff and helpful. Wi-Fi was GREAT. Towers all around. Road noise fair, I-75 is about 1/2 mile away as crow flies. Local traffic trucks to a landfill area and work garages. But not bad, normal for most of KOA locations. The RV sewer pipes are to HIGH off ground, so you have to "snake" the last bit into drain ! 15 min drive to Chattanooga town. Checked out some nice golf courses Nob North and Valleybrook look good.

As stated in a previous post about a different campground, i am generally NOT a fan of KOA's. HOWEVER, this campground is an exception. We were not necessarily directly on top of our neighbors and had some room. Workers were all very friendly. Campground was clean. Store was well stocked with parts etc. They had a fenced in dog park. Was within walking distance of gas stations and within 5 miles or so of Cleveland, TN. Movie house right around the corner. I was very pleased with our stay here and would for sure stay again if we come this way. Highly recommend.
