campground sites were good, exception was fire pits flush with ground, really dangerous in the dark, someone is going to break a leg or worst. Washrooms were adequate, showers were smallest that we have seen in almost all our travels and we spend 50+ nights in campgrounds each summer. Sites are grass (at least where we were camped) and very uneven making levelling the trailer very challenging

I felt safe there. It’s clean. The only thing that spoiled it for me was the wifi. The wifi password I was given at the store didn’t work and when I called to ask for a new one, they told me I had to go get it at the store. I even told them my name and site #.I had a few beers that night and didn’t wanna drive down and it was raining so I didn’t wanna walk down. So my iPad was useless that

It was very clean, staff were very friendly, and there were excellent entertainments for the kids. The kids loves especially the petting zoo.

Very clean and well maintained facilities were great. Campsites were small and a bit too close together so little privacy. Close to all amenities. Overall very comfortable and convenient.

We had another amazing week at The KOA in Cavendish!! This has been a week my family looks forward to every year. The staff do an amazing job!!! The kids loved the foam parties and wet wagon ride. Such a beautiful and clean property!! Can't wait for next year.

My family love the campground, fun activities, friendly staff, nice sites, close to every attraction and great play ground. I will be going back there every time we go back to PEI.

We booked online with all our information about our RV. When we checked in a very young employee put us in a tent site that was so steep we could not level our RV. He said "we picked it" Why would they put RVs in with a bunch of tenters? It was very busy, noisy and a very large amount of campfire smoke. A lot of kids were running across our campsite. We tried to change to the RV section.

We always stay at your KOA when in PEI. It's easy to get to and is central to all the interest we want to visit.

Would have been better if bathrooms were checked more often than one time per day. They got quite dirty and once they were dirty we knew they wouldn’t be cleaned until next day. Even then, they didn’t get that clean. More cleanliness would have been nice.

had a short but pleasant stay. the facilities were clean and plentiful. i would surely recommend kOA for families. The tent space was grass and level with water and 110 at the site.

The campground itself is amazing. Such a great atmosphere, fun for kids and very clean washrooms. We stayed in our comfy tent. Unfortunately the folks beside us decided to stay up until 2-3:00 am outside and drank heavily, swore, talked loud, played music. We could hear everything so didn’t sleep well. Just unlucky. We would definitely come back!

Helpful staff…washrooms need more regular cleaning… some campers and their children use a lot of foul language… smoking campers also make the stay less than perfect

Well went for 4 nights to relax & enjoy the island. My 1st disappointment was the extra FEE for my adult child. Most of all, my neighbor site had a fire and chatting (not yelling) till 4am. I leave the RESPONSIBILITY to the park, even tho the customer's common sense should have kicked in. This happen on th 2nd night. The remaining 2 night were not enough to catch up the lack of sleep. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le camping est très propre (douche wow! Et toilette) Il y a plusieurs commodités et c’est un camping amusant pour les enfants. Nous y retournerons!

We had a great stay. Sites are pretty close so no privacy at all, but overall the facilities were clean, staff was very friendly (thanks GG for all his help at the sandcastle) and there was so much for kids to do! Will be back!

Do away with the expensive card setup that you need to place a $20 deposit on gate card. Get cheaper setup and state that you will be charged if you do not return the card, and it would be something less than $20 with no upfront deposit needed. Time limit be placed on the card, rather than the open setup you have. It causes people and vehicle congestion during busy checkin/out times.

Our stay didn't start the best. We were greeted very rudely by one of the staff after arriving at 115pm. We were also rudely told we couldn't check in until 2pm. Their system was down and they told us they didn't know what time we'd get to our site. Not a great start. Other than that, the rest of the staff members were excellent and super friendly. Campground was super clean. Great place for kids!

Pleased with site, playgrounds and especially the very clean washrooms. I would recommend the website have available sites match with map locations. So I could choose to be either farther or closer to amenities.

This is was my first time staying at a KOA campground. I was very impressed with it. I was so impressed that I just booked again to go back in two weeks.

Location is 1 mile or so walk to Green Gables attraction. Entrance to CG has a gate you need to swipe a card to open. That gate entrance is VERY tight, a hassle to use, but that is the only negative. CG is very long and very friendly to biggest rigs.

Really nice campground. It's big - well over 200 sites - but we were there just after Labour Weekend, so it was fairly quiet. A mix of sites on open grass and under trees. Restrooms were clean and well maintained, although I wasn't a fan of the showers that blasted water from a relatively high height, giving you no escape! The campground is set a long way back from the main road, so there's no traffic noise. Easy walk to the Anne of Green Gables National Heritage Site just up the road.
