Great home base for touring PEI excellent camp for children however we didn’t need all the activities you had to offer

Absolutely the worst check in experience … no organization ppl jumping the que. I would recommend a line for check ins and one for store purchases …. 45 mins is not acceptable. Besides that the cart. Are around for wood sales said they were prepaid only, said they’d cone back, never did. Other than that nice spot, fun for families

The KOA staff were awesome!! Always very friendly and helpful. The campgrounds were very clean and I loved the laundry facilities with the small store for necessities. Also, we don't have small children anymore but we were very impressed with the amount of activities that the children could participate in. I would highly recommend this KOA and would come back again in a heartbeat!!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was awesome too. The staff is easy to deal with and very accommodating. Mr Joe is awesome. We camped beside Ge-Ge (Norman) and he was so friendly. We have been camping here for 3 years and hope to continue. Thank you. The girls at the desk are very nice as well although I can't remember all their names. Excellent campground! Clean and friendly staff, good facilities, and plenty of activities for kids! Our family had a 3-night stay in August 2022 and we enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommended.

We loved that there were so many activities for children and that the staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs!

This campground is like a well oiled machine . All staff and seems like lots of staff know their jobs and excel at providing a super staff at this RV park. They excel at keeping the children happy and busy with something going on steady. The grounds are constantly being worked on and every site is prepared for its new renter. Another very positive is the great internet. Best ever at a KOA.

We stayed in a large class A motorhome. The lot was ok with full hook ups including 50 Amp. The 50 Amp connection was way the back and could barely reach it. The right side of the lot sloped significantly down from the pad making it hard to use. However it’s a great location, secure and friendly. Perhaps a better experience would have been had in a long pull through lot but none were available

Except for the two dogs belonging to Site # 212 that always barked. They were left unattended always and the small black one would bark all the time. The neighbors next to us in 216 and 215 apparently made complaints but nothing was done. We Loved being down at the end of this row away from all the other sites and would love this again. Thank you. We paid $33 to renew our KOA card, like we do every year and on an 11 day stay only received 33$ off our stay… when we inquired several times the new staff could not help us and finally told us to deal with KOA directly. Not one staff worker could help us… please ensure staff is trained properly on how to add the 10% off nites. These guys had no clue and were very unprofessional. camp there 1

Nice big park with lots of activities for families and kids. Our site backed onto the trees and was quite large and private. Office staff were welcoming and rates consistent with what you’d expect in a resort community. Nice small 9 hole golf course and a couple larger courses very close by. A paved road or at least a grader would be welcome for sure considering the number of RV’s on the road.

The camper beside us when we first arrived had septic running all over the ground cause it was broke and not connected. Then they left and another arrived in the same spot and they were loud after quite time and drunk from North Carolina.

The roads need to be fixed/upgraded in the campground: dusty, significantly raised shoulders in places, potholes. I have asthma: this is by far the smokiest campground we have stayed in, particularly on a still humid evening. Why do we have to wait in the registration lines at headquarters just to buy a bag of ice? Staff were friendly and very helpful. The petting farm was a big hit for the gkids

We booked a pull through site for 4 nights more than 5 months ago, but when we checked in it was changed to a tight, noisy back in site # 55, another site’s campfire is right next to our RV. KOA couldn’t or didn’t want to give an explanation about this situation and was refused to give any compensation at beginning. We are pretty dissatisfied about this KOA!

We were so excited to be back staying at KOA Cavendish for CBMF weekend ~ we love this KOA for so many reasons as there is always so much for each of us to enjoy ~ Kay, Victor & their entire team are so awesome, always pleasant & helpful even during one of the busiest times of their season ~ Kay’s Cafe is a must try, baked goodies are absolutely delicious ~ we look forward to our next stay!!!

I have stayed with Cavendish KOA several times in the past over probably a 10-12 year period and every time we have issues with customer service. With our most recent stay, I arrived at 12:30pm to check in, the guy at the desk told me that check in was not until 2pm and there was no way that I could check in at 12:30. This is our fifth year staying at the KOA and our children refuse to stay anywhere else. They love the play area, the petting zoo, and the pool. This year we went on the wet wagon ride and had a fantastic time — not to be missed! The staff always goes above and beyond, bathrooms are very clean, free showers, lots of scheduled activities and very close to everything in Cavendish. Stay here!

Location is 1 mile or so walk to Green Gables attraction. Entrance to CG has a gate you need to swipe a card to open. That gate entrance is VERY tight, a hassle to use, but that is the only negative. CG is very long and very friendly to biggest rigs.

Really nice campground. It's big - well over 200 sites - but we were there just after Labour Weekend, so it was fairly quiet. A mix of sites on open grass and under trees. Restrooms were clean and well maintained, although I wasn't a fan of the showers that blasted water from a relatively high height, giving you no escape! The campground is set a long way back from the main road, so there's no traffic noise. Easy walk to the Anne of Green Gables National Heritage Site just up the road.
