It was clean. Sites were pretty level. We were lucky to have a smaller tree. Very dry there and anytime someone drives by it causes a lot of dust. The staff were polite and helpful. I thought wifi would be better at all the KOA since we were out west in 2018. But nothing has changed. It's still seems to be unimportant the owners

Too dusty, your koa needs new pavement with rocks. Compared to other koa, the fee is much higher. I do not want to come your koa anymore. Thank you.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Always closed for cleaning and yet they were never clean. Sinks were all clogged up, showers in main bathroom were grotesque. Some guy raking gravel on heavy machinery creating unnecessary dust bowl day after day. Other campers blaring music at all hours of the night.

This campground was great. It is literally in the middle of now where! About 13 miles in either direction to either Carlsbad or Artesia. But that was not a problem. You are still in a central location for the Carlsbad Caverns, Sitting Bull Falls, Brantley state park, and of course Roswell! All the camp hots were super friendly and helpful. The sites are gravel but level.

Conveniently located and very quiet. Area is very dusty. Campground grades roads and sites daily which stirs up a lot of dust. Laundry had several out of service washers. Staff were friend and helpful.

Quiet and peaceful. Deluxe patio site was great for relaxing. At night, enjoyed watching the nighthawks swooping to catch insects above the lighted entrance sign.

Campground was great, but the water is not so great. The water curdled the milk in my coffee. I think you should let people know there is an issue with the water. Otherwise everything was good.

Nice campground and pretty central in relation of things to do in the area. Campground has some things to keep the kids entertained if you decide to take a rest day. If you're in a tent, a high profile tent particularly, be sure you vent that thing if you leave for the day, because the winds have no mercy on them if you don't. Will stay again if we are in area.

Spent a week here and found the campground to be quiet and well maintained. Laundry room and rest rooms clean and lots of machines! Used camp as a base to visit local sites and had a great time..

The staff was very accommodating. We had to extend our stay a week because the control pad to our hydraulic jack system went out and we couldn't move to coach.

Very nice campground. Good big bathrooms. Very comfortable sites. Some repairs were needed—some washers and dryers were out of order so what appeared to be a big laundry was only 1/2 in service. And the pool was closed, waiting for inspection? But I still give it a 4 out of 5.

Quiet park. Courteous staff. We stayed a week. No pool open. No food as described on website. Did not use laundry or showers. Told by staffer not to drink water. Not the KOA I’ve experienced.

Everything was good except the pool was not open. It was 94both days we were there. They said the pump was broken. They should give a discount if they advertise a pool and then can't deliver.

Park was clean and well kept. We stayed 2 nights. We did not use any of the amenities. The location makes for an easy drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

This KOA is just OK. The sites lack any kind of curb appeal and they seem unkempt. Grass is dying (might rethink growing grass in an arid climate) and trees as well. The bathrooms were clean enough but need a little TLC to make them better. The water is extremely hard and creates lots of calcium deposits on the fixtures. Lack of covers for the tables. KOA is usually a higher standard.

Everything was "fine" and "acceptable" but not exceptional. Showers and bathrooms were decently clean but could've been better. Location is a bit far from Carlsbad and Carlsbad Caverns but it worked out ok even though it added a bit of drive time. We didn't see any campgrounds closer to Carlsbad that we'd have preferred so this probably is as good as any other option we saw.

It was a very clean park with very friendly staff. We would have enjoyed the pool being open. (Not until Memorial Day) That’s my only suggestion.

2 Adults, 2 children, 1 dog, Small Cabin, 4 days. The cabins have 2 grills available for cooking or having a camp fire as well as a picnic table and a porch swing. The bathroom facilities are comfortable. We didn't utilize the laundry or rec building, but did enjoy the pool and the giant chess board. There are 2 pet parks on the camp grounds as well. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
