Dirty, unserviced restrooms. No toilet paper (men’s and women’s), sinks don’t drain (women’s), hair in shower after posted cleaning times (women’s), 2 sink faucets didn’t work (men’s). Extreme traffic noise. Lousy drinking water. Poor value for price.

Stayed one night to go to the caverns the next day. Caverns are pretty far away..about an hour with traffic. The campground was nice and well equipped. Wifi worked great. Facilities were clean. Friendly staff.

This park is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quite a bit away from town, but nice and quiet because of it.

It was an easy check-in and we were allowed to check-in early so we could visit the Carlsbad Caverns. We needed to purchase propane and that was also easy. They made our stay Easy!

Bathroom need to be updated, missing hooks to hang things in men’s restroom, no curtains in men’s showers so water sprays onto personal items

Staff was helpful and only issue was a few washing machines were out of service so a little wait for laundry. Sites clean, well kept, spacious. Nice clean dog yards. Quiet in the evening.

This is a good campground. We stayed one night and even had pizza. The only downside it that is far out of town and far from Carlsbad Caverns. But looking at the other available campgrounds, it is probably the best one in the area.

Clean quiet had all we need. Helpful staff. Assisted us with an issue with our RV which was really helpful.

Easy entry after office was closed, bathrooms were convenient but one was locked so we could not use that one. Grounds were well maintained, staff was VERY friendly and helpful!

The staff was very friendly! I have two negatives. One was the Wi-Fi. Very weak. Nothing worked while I had it on. I had to take it off to make things somewhat work. The other was several people walking through our campsite within feet of our trailer door.

Very nice park. Loved the restroom and shower. Laundry facility was top notch. Only complaint this trip was distance from groceries and gas. Normally wouldn’t be a concern, just caught off guard.

We came in around 7:30 with no reservation. The desk attendant was polite, cheerful, and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean, as was the recreation area. Totally what we needed after a long day of driving.

Seemed somewhat rundown, pool closed. Diner only making pizza. Sites were mostly dirt. Easy access for big rig.

The location was good to get to the Caverns. The downside was the premium tent sites were all under the same roof, like a gazebo cut into pie slices. This meant you felt like your neighbors were literally in your site. It was so loud and we got very little sleep. The bathrooms were run down and the onsite “restaurant” wasn’t reliable. The women running the place did the best they could.

The park and washroom were very clean and staff very helpful. I assume by the map that it was in Carlsbad but not so much. Only real down side was the internet. We were close to the clubhouse and it did not work at all.

Folks in the office were friendly and helpful. Campground for tents was "cozy" but nice. Recreation hall was convenient and well kept.

Planned 2 nights but stayed only 1 because it was too far from the Carlsbad Caverns to return for another night and we were traveling south east for the eclipse . Staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the bathrooms were very clean ( most important to us) .

The staff were outstanding!!! So helpful and friendly. There was a slight septic odor at our campsight in the evenings and mornings and it was not our coach. Not terrible but unpleasant. We noticed it at a few other spots as we walked around the park. The grounds were very clean and the place had plenty of ameneties.

I’The rv spaces were large and easy to access. However the restrooms were filthy. We were parked next to the unisex bathroom s in the middle of the park. They had a sign that said they were closed for cleaning every day between certain hours but they were never cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed there. The trash was overflowing. Fantastic store/gift shop. Lots of games, puzzles and more in the rec room. Love the lawn size outdoor chess and checkers. Very clean and kept up. Did not use the restroom or showers on site. The only thing I didn't care for was the dusty gravel on the roads but I was impressed that it appears raked. Much nicer than other campgrounds in the area.

We were extremely impressed with the site. Clean and well keep. Dog park was not well grassed animal need grass not dry out grass. Would recommend just adding more grass and a water station.

We tent camped- no electric or water. The site was very well kept. amenities - like a microwave, store and board ganes. The restrooms lacked. The sinks were "out of service" in the mens restroom and there wasn't any handsoap. It would be nice if the bathroom amenities were restocked before last shift. They did address it in the morning. Ladies sinks were SLOW to drain.

Staff is spectacular! Could use a seat in the disabled shower, and more restrooms out in the campsites (the one there seemed locked all the time). If in the area, I'll be back!

We arrived quite late at night and we were so impressed with the lighting which made it easy to find our site. Our only complaint was that the washrooms were locked so we were unable to use them before departing

Showers were wonderful, staff was friendly. Liked the activity room and games. Price was reasonable. If anything was not right, I would say that shower curtains need cleaned routinely, they had mildew on the bottom

Spacious lot. Full hookup. Clean bathrooms and plenty of shower stalls. We arrived late and it was dark and so didn't have the chance to see the whole place. General impression is very good.
