The mattress cover was very dirty with hair and bugs on it. They brought us a new one but it remained in our minds. We stayed in a little cabin and it was near the entrance, the lights on the entrance sign were so bright and lit up our entire cabin the whole night, made it very difficult to sleep with how bright it was.

Our Kabin had cobwebs in the window and dirt piled up. The bathrooms and showers were dirty.

Very comfortable bed and very quiet. Easy access in and out of campground. Good food on the resort menu and delivered to our cabin door. Clerk in office gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

For this KOA being a Holiday, it fell very short. We have stayed at Journey locations that were way better. Cabin was not clean, cobwebs everywhere upon our arrival. Cleaning hours for the bathhouse were 1 to 3 pm and were NEVER being cleaned during this time. And after they were cleaned, the women's bathroom was still a mess with huge hole in the ceiling. Would not stay here again.

I am emotional about this stay, so I will keep this brief and list off what I’m upset about: - mouse droppings all over the inside of the cabin including in pots and pans. -sheets were dirty with makeup, hair and crumbs. -hot water lasted 30-60 seconds -manager/owner refused to call us -we had to waste 2 hours of our vacation to drive back to get our charges sorted because they charged to

Large campground with good amenities. Staff seem to be there to do the bare minimum only. Little things are being neglected like only 1 sink in the men’s bathroom worked, big hole in ceiling in women’s bathroom, spiderwebs in cabin, there was a dirty spot in shower stall the entire stay, TP and paper towel dispensers empty for 24+ hours, etc. Would stay again but it needs some TLC.

The desk chair in Lobo has stripped screws that allow the back of the chair to fall apart when moved, the map provided with check-in led us to believe there was only one bathroom located in the park, and no cabins with restrooms were available when I reserved but they were all unoccupied when I arrived. With a pregnant passenger, the bathroom issues were major!

Unfortunately the first cabin we were assigned to had no hot water and the coffee maker didn’t work. The office moved us to another cabin where the hot water only lasted 5 minutes and the shower head was broken (angled at the wall so only part of your head could be in the water). For the amount per night, we at least expected a hot shower, especially with the cold front that came in.

1st & foremost we visited in the off season of winter- cabin was cozy & warm. Plus points A distance out of town which is nice! Bathrooms/shower combo are super limited for a total of 3. Maybe an issue during the season. Would have liked to see at least a mini frig for the price point (even off season 1 night stay would pay for it) and a mattress cover. Great for summer w/ kids!! Staff nice

I always stay in a cabin and arrive late, it is dark. The area in front of "Poni" and "Lobo" is very dark so you have to go up to the doors to see the names and know which one is assigned to you. It would be very helpful if the cabin light outside is turned on (it was not on my last visit). Also, I know it's very dusty there but the cabin could have been cleaner.

Stayed in a cabin for the first time, normally we have a 5th wheel. Way way overpriced, ceiling fan and windows very dirty, heaters could not keep it warm. Very disappointed. For $155 a night we could have stayed at a very nice motel. I guess this is why we 5th wheel.

First, the positives: to Kat in the office, thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality displayed during check in. You made the stay very nice. We appreciate you! The overall campground is pretty clean and has nice large open spots for an RV stay. The dog park was enclosed with a fence and the playground was fun for the kids. Overall a nice, quiet campground. Additionally, when I called to let them know we were coming in early we were allowed to park in the overflow area until our site opened up. On the cons, the drinking was disgusting. So, plan accordingly if you come out. The location is much further than expected from the Caverns(although I should have looked at this closer in my planning) about an hour away. The pool was not open and did not plan to open until after Memorial Day although it was already super hot out.

Quiet, it is quiet at night and I like it. Standard rock pull through with 50amp, water & sewer. Shade tree at my site. Cable is available as is WiFi at no charge. Pool, kitchen and club house. I was greeted kindly with a smile and a good attitude. If we are back this way I'd definitely stay again.
