Park was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. My only complaint is that when we called to book a reservation, we were told only family sites were available for the days we needed, which was double the price. When I booked online, there were other sites available that were less expensive and not family sites. It made me feel as though they were trying to either upsale us or get us to not book.

Enjoyed the "buddy campsite" for our 2 family caravan. Would have liked the pool to be open with the youngsters we had with us. KOA is not very near Carlsbad Caverns, but offers a good option for RVers.

I am emotional about this stay, so I will keep this brief and list off what I’m upset about: - mouse droppings all over the inside of the cabin including in pots and pans. -sheets were dirty with makeup, hair and crumbs. -hot water lasted 30-60 seconds -manager/owner refused to call us -we had to waste 2 hours of our vacation to drive back to get our charges sorted because they charged to

Sites were spacious, entire place needs some attention. Many picnic tables not useable/broken (including ours), pool looks like it hasn’t been open in a long long time. Check in gal could hardly be bothered. Campground is way out of town which is fine but they don’t really tell you that.

Nice, wide sites, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. We loved the on-site food kitchen. We ordered dinner one night and found the food to be tasty and reasonably priced. They even delivered it right to our trailer. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great 2 day stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The park was clean and there are a lot of amenities, especially if you are bringing the kiddos. Also we could fill our propane on-site, very convenient.

Easy in and out. Staff were great. Clean facility. Used laundry facilities and they were fine but covered area you have to enter building was unlit and walking onto gravel wasn’t nice to negotiate . WiFi was useless . Quiet and Clean overall.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carlsbad KOA. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The pull through sites are perfect for a couple night stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns. The laundry facilities were great, we did not use the bathrooms or showers. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to try the BBQ. Carlsbad KOA would be my first choice of an RV campsite if I came back to Carlsbad.

The stay was good and site was clean. Host were friendly. The food was not that great but good in a pinch when you just drove several hours. The fire pit/grill was right up against the road. Can't cook or enjoy the pit when vehicles drive by and kick up dust.

Was caught in a dust storm and arrived very late. Only booked 2 nights. Front desk was helpful. Laundry facilities were very good. WiFi was great. Weather wasn't good do we didn't do much of anything.

Facilities were filthy. The bathrooms appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. Dirt and mold in the showers, rings in the toilet bowls and the sinks were covered in grime. I didn’t want to touch anything. The whole park also smelled like the septic was backed up. It was spacious with easy parking though.

The deluxe tent area did not look like the pictures. The grass is actually gravel with a few weeds. The area could use some paint, though there are patches of different colors of paint like some e made a small brief effort. The storage cupboard was pretty much unusable, full of cobwebs and who knows what else. For the premium price it should have been a lot nicer. And it smells like gas.

Facilities were very clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They have a nice rec room and a great dog park. I would definitely staff here again if I’m ever in the area.

The cable tv connection is very poor we have a new cable and have had to issues at other campground but picture quality here was very poor. Bathrooms and shower facilities were aged but very nice. For some reason we expected paved pads but that was not the case

This is the most well maintained and well kept KOA we’ve ever stayed at! Everything was clean. There was a lot for the kids to do. We felt very safe. The staff were friendly. Our stay was fabulous!

Had to wait in parking lot before checking in an hour. We were early but they said they needed to clean up. Nobody left while we waited so not true. Game room messy. BBQ not very good. Last 2 kOA free coffee in morning. Nothing here. Disappointing compared to the other 3 koa we have stayed at

Nice place to stay. Actually located about 45 minutes to an hour from the Caverns and Roswell Museum. Lots of stickers in your pets paws. Almost no grass anywhere. Gravel. Still has a nice laundry but no coin changer, and the staff is nice!

I booked a 2 night stay, Paid for both nights up front. We stayed the first night , did a day trip the second day, came back and our site was rented out to another guest. Our site was paid for and they rented it out because they thought we left early. It was paid for!!! I don't care if they thought we left early it was still my site for the next day. It was a very unpleasant experience!!

Although the weather didn’t allow us to completely enjoy our stay (monsoons) the staff were very excellent! They even went above and beyond to help us resolve our slide out issue so we could make it out at ch check out time and were happy to do it!!! � Thanks so much Carlsbad Holiday KOA�ϋ�

Large campground with good amenities. Staff seem to be there to do the bare minimum only. Little things are being neglected like only 1 sink in the men’s bathroom worked, big hole in ceiling in women’s bathroom, spiderwebs in cabin, there was a dirty spot in shower stall the entire stay, TP and paper towel dispensers empty for 24+ hours, etc. Would stay again but it needs some TLC.

First, the positives: to Kat in the office, thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality displayed during check in. You made the stay very nice. We appreciate you! The overall campground is pretty clean and has nice large open spots for an RV stay. The dog park was enclosed with a fence and the playground was fun for the kids. Overall a nice, quiet campground. Additionally, when I called to let them know we were coming in early we were allowed to park in the overflow area until our site opened up. On the cons, the drinking was disgusting. So, plan accordingly if you come out. The location is much further than expected from the Caverns(although I should have looked at this closer in my planning) about an hour away. The pool was not open and did not plan to open until after Memorial Day although it was already super hot out.

Quiet, it is quiet at night and I like it. Standard rock pull through with 50amp, water & sewer. Shade tree at my site. Cable is available as is WiFi at no charge. Pool, kitchen and club house. I was greeted kindly with a smile and a good attitude. If we are back this way I'd definitely stay again.
